Great Family-Friendly Beach Condo

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at Cinnamon Beach. There is no better way to start each day of your vacation watching the sunrise on the porch. If you want a relaxing, family-friendly beach vacation, it doesn't get much better than this.

Gorgeous view

This was a wonderful location - beautiful views of the golf course and ocean. The condo was very nice and equipped with everything you’d need. I would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing vacation at Cinnamon Sunshine at Ocean Hammock! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every moment feel like a dream. The owners were wonderful—so helpful and communicative, and it was clear they truly cared about us having a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

This condo is fantastic and top of my list for favorite places we have stayed. Everything was clean and the condo was perfectly situated with amazing views. I loved everything about the place itself. Updated kitchen, spacious countertops, and plenty of kitchen utensils and items for cooking. Beds were comfortable and the couch was cozy as well. The only 1 small complaint my family had was the ceiling fans were not useful at all. They barely blew any air around even on high speed. I think they need to be upgraded or changed out, esp if the thermostat has to stay at 74. We keep our house at 68 so we were a little stuffy at times. However, that wasn't a deal breaker by any means and I definitely plan to book again!

Great Beach Stay

Really enjoyed our week at Cinnamon Beach. the apartment was just as it appears in the photos and furnishings were first class. The apartment was nicely equipped and showed great care by the owners. Unfortunately the winds were high all week resulting in rip currents and small craft advisories, but the resort had 2 lovely pools which we used quite a bit. Lots of great restaurants within a 15 minute drive.

Lovely

We had a wonderful, social distanced, vacation here. Unit was perfect, plenty of room, comfy beds, nice showers, kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Sidewalk to beach is right outside the unit and the pool is a 5 minute walk down the road. Good area for walking/ jogging. We hope to come back!

Best Condo in FL

This is truly the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. The host Scott went above and beyond to accommodate my mother who is handicapped by installing a grab bar in the master bathroom. The view from this condo is INCREDIBLE! It overlooks the golf course AND ocean! It’s super easy to get to the beach, and both pools are about a 5 minute walk. The condo is also decorated so beautifully and comfortably. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

When our kids were young, our yearly beach vacation was always enjoyable, and we were fortunate to stumble upon this particular and unique condo. Beautiful property with beach gear!

The owners had fantastic communication with us ensuring we would be happy with this vacation property. Besides the comfortable beds and stocked kitchen, they include tons of beach gear to greatly reduce the amount you have to pack. Things included beach chairs, canopy, toys, balls, a cooler, beach towels, and body boards. Their linens and towels are high quality. Being able to wash some laundry was a help too. We saw dolphins and pelicans from the balcony. We relaxed on the balcony and enjoyed the rain when storms rolled through. The corner balcony was absolutely beautiful.

The Best Panoramic Oceanfront Views

o Breathtaking ocean, beach and coastline views from this perfectly positioned end unit and the best balcony we've ever experienced, o A beautifully appointed condo -- the pictures and description perfectly matched our experience, o Spotless in every way and the kitchen was especially well equipped. As an added plus, all beach equipment was supplied, o The property manager communicated quickly and effectively with us and solved a minor before arrival check-in problem with ease. He also provided restaurant recommendations. o Problems? The patio door was heavy -- so heavy that my wife had trouble opening and closing it. The poolside cafe (in fairness, not mentioned in the listing) was not open during our stay.

Gorgeous property with one caveat

We were first time visitors to the area so I'll break it down Pro/Con style: Pros: -Gorgeous condo, well decorated, very clean -FABULOUS views -Great location if you love the sleepy beach town vibe -Well stocked condo, both in the kitchen and in the beach supplies (towels, chairs, toys etc.) -Great communication and simple check in process -Great price Cons: -Large rocks on the beach I know they can't help it, but there really needs to be a more prominent warning about the rocks. My father and I cut our feet multiple times getting my kids out past the rocks. We figured out on day 3 that you could walk down the beach to the pool (about 5 minutes) and there was a break in the rocks. We ended up making that trek the rest of the week which kind of defeated the purpose of buying an on the ocean property. The unit is already priced competitively even with the rocks, but a fair warning is needed for families with small kids where the extra walk is a burden.

Dear Chris, We are sorry the beach rocks presented a problem. We try hard to be clear, and we will revise our VRBO posting to make it better. Unfortunately, hurricanes and Noreasters the last several years have cut into and removed some of the sand from the shoreline, and exposed these rocks (and you shouldn't swim in those areas except during low tide). As you mentioned, just south of the oceanside pool seems to be fine, but is a short walk. You all were wonderful guests, and we are glad you enjoyed the condo.
