Notre Master Suite réside à l'arrière du troisième niveau avec un balcon surdimensionné regardant l'océan à partir de 40 pieds de haut !! Purement spectaculaire!

Le deuxième niveau abrite le salon principal ouvert, également avec un balcon surdimensionné directement sur l'océan pour rassembler plusieurs familles et amis.

Au rez-de-chaussée, une immense salle de divertissement offre un endroit où les enfants peuvent se réunir et s'amuser à l'ancienne!

Practically Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is beautiful with amazing views!! Main pool was awesome and very clean. Workout room does the job but nothing fancy. Beaches had zero trash. Kitchen is well stocked and has both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. All the BBQ accessories are in the kitchen, the BBQ worked perfectly, and they have a replacement propane tank which most rentals do not have. Publix is a 5-minute drive from the house. If you bring multiple outfits/day for a week's stay you will need to bring/buy hangers or double/triple up. Also, bring bath soap, shampoo and conditioner as these are not provided. Lots of beach toys/chairs/towels and 3 bikes which we rode daily. We had no Wi-Fi issues, and the main TV worked fine (others had issues so the owners must have updated the Wi-Fi). The only complaints people had that were with us were the uncomfortable beds. The mattresses have depressions, and the twin bedroom beds (as others have noted) have noisy mattress covers. These mattresses were actually the most comfortable as they had no depressions. We did need to contact management for lightbulbs, a leak under the kitchen sink which did not allow for use of the dishwasher, non-working TV in game room and air conditioner vents did not work in the twin bedroom. We were told management would come the following day, but no one ever arrived. Since we were leaving the following day, we did not reach out again. Our stay was when most kids were back in school, so the condos were pretty empty. I don't know that I would select this property during high season as the beach access runs right next to the house. Overall, a wonderful home and had a great time!!

Great family vacation spot

The set up of the house is excellent! The three floors gave everyone some privacy when needed! The elevator was very helpful for the grandparents! You will need to pay attention to the tides. The rocks on the beach are intense and you’ll have to figure out your way around them to swim in the ocean. However, there is some good snorkeling 30 feet off the beach. We did have an issue with the washing machine while we were there, but the owners had a repair guy out the next day. Overall this was an awesome family vacation spot and the beach is not overcrowded at all. You can see the pool entrance from your driveway and they were plenty of beach toys in the closet. One other comment, be prepared for the queen size beds in the other rooms. It’s a perfect opportunity to be cozy with your significant other.

Great location!

Great house. Great location. Plenty of room for our group which was 2 families of 4. Definitely needs some updating… internet was terrible, mattresses and linens are old, tvs don’t work so we used computers, very poorly stocked, especially for the price tag. we had to go to store for all toiletries, dish and laundry soaps and trash bags which was too much quantity for our short stay so it was wasteful. I would stay again as long as I didn’t need to get any work done and I would pack differently.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is situated with perfect sunrise views, easy access to the beach and pools, and plenty of space for larger families/groups. The main level provides great space for cooking, eating and lounging with amazing views and sounds of the ocean. The upper floor has 2 great bedrooms with privates baths. The bottom level has a great additional lounge area and bedroom. So nice to have bikes and beach gear provided. Make sure you bring all your toiletries (including hand soap) for the 4 bathrooms or you will have to buy nearby. We will definitely be back to this spot! Oh and watch for dolphins, armadillos and other wildlife from the deck!

Great for family gatherings

Nice property as advertised. Access to the beach directly from house is closed due to damage but access is a short walk. Great community pool with food and beverages available. Great area for walking/light hiking and short drive to shopping. We had 10 people in the house and it never felt crowded. Would stay again.

The perfect beach house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time, the house was beautiful, updated and spacious and had everything we needed. Everyone loved the large patio with ocean views and such easy access to the beach. There were plenty of beds, beach towels, kitchen utensils, everything we needed. Our kids loved access to many options for kids shows and movies when we were taking breaks from the heat. Although the pool is a short walk, We rented a golf cart from a local company and I highly recommend it, it made going back and forth a breeze and you can also take it to Publix near by to pick up groceries, or just cruise around Ocean Hammock. The elevator was also very helpful for my parents. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group vacation!
