Casa Retraite de luxe privée à Tamarindo

La maison est confortable pour un maximum de 9 personnes. Il y a un total de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain complètes. La 4ème chambre est en fait une casita séparée avec non seulement sa propre salle de bain complète mais une kitchenette. C'est un endroit idéal pour donner aux grands-parents ou à toute partie de votre groupe un peu plus d'intimité.
La maison elle-même est une étude de l’attention portée aux détails d’une résidence tropicale. Vous verrez ces touches spéciales partout où vous regardez, depuis les appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en inox et les ustensiles de cuisine dans la cuisine jusqu'à la beauté de chaque chambre.
Promenez-vous dans la grande salle et dans un paradis tropical privé. Votre propre cascade se jette dans la grande piscine privée. Sentiers vous emmène dans la jungle de la cour avec un hamac pour un confort ultime. La cour privée comprend une balançoire dans la piscine, une table de ping-pong professionnelle en plein air et des sièges en teck dans tout l’espace.
Il y a des tables couvertes et des tables extérieures couvertes et des tables extérieures ouvertes, à la manière dont l'esprit vous déplace. Un barbecue à gaz est disponible pour votre pêche du jour ou votre repas préféré. Vous pourrez vous détendre en plein air autour de la piscine ou sous la terrasse couverte.

If I could give it a 10

Where to start … The grounds are like you’re in your own oasis. Trees, plants, pool, monkeys, great outdoor living space all a 10 minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and food trucks. Had 5 kids ranging from 7 to 14 and while the adults were taking it easy they were swinging from the ropes, playing games in the pool and playing ping pong. If I could move this place to everywhere we went, I’d do it in a heartbeat.

Great spot walking distance to the beach

we had a great time at Casa Colorado. Perfect location. It was fun to sit by the pool and look up at the howler monkeys in the trees nearby

Thank you for the nice 5 star-review about Casa Colorado. This 3 BDR plus appartment house is perfect for families and small groups. It offers great indoor and outdoor spaces. The private pool is a plus to enjoy the wildlife around and warm hours during the day. The house is a short walk to the beach and town. Great to drive a car if you want to explore the area around but not mandatory if you plan on enjoying Tamarindo. Also most of the tours you can hire around will include transportation.

Everything we needed, just hoped for the hammocks and working waterfall but just minor compared to the house itself, the gardens, the vegetation, wild life and comfortable home with everything we needed. We felt safe, we were always able to reach out if we needed anything and we had grounds keeping and a lovely housekeeper every few days. Our kids loved the pool and rope swing and views of monkeys, iguanas and birds. We could walk to anything and really enjoyed the meal we had with private chefs in the home. If you’re coming to Tamarindo and need the space and would like some quiet and privacy with walkability, Casa Colorado is a great choice!

Perfect location in Tamarindo

Casa Colorado couldn't be better located if you want to explore Tamarindo. The property is clean, safe, and has an amazing pool. I would recommend Casa Colorado to anyone that is going to Tamarindo.

The place was laid out so nicely for a large group of people. Perfect house for a family of teens! Beautiful pool and great location. We wanted to use the grill but we couldn’t find any instructions so we left it alone. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Thank you for the great 5-star review and for choosing Casa Colorado for your vacation in Tamarindo. This is the perfect home for a family. With 3 bedrooms in the main house and a separate apartment, you have plenty of room. The property has internet, a/c's in every room, a full kitchen, laundry amenities, hot water and TV. The property also includes a private pool and parking space for two vehicles. Casa Colorado is located downtown Tamarindo, a short 5 minute walk to the beach and town.

The best trip

We did a 10-girl trip here and this house was absolutely perfect for it. Plenty of space and bathrooms. It was also the perfect distance from town - far enough to be quiet and secluded but also only a 5 minute walk into town. All of our expectations were exceeded!

Thank you for the 5-star review. Casa Colorado is a fantastic property located in Tamarindo, within walking distance to town and to the beach. The property is the main house with 3 BDR's, kitchen and living space plus a separate casita with another BDR. It sleeps up to 12 people so the perfect place for large families or small groups. The house is fully equipped. It has a nice space outside. You can park two cars. There is a nice private pool too.

Casa Colorado is a Great Place to Stay

We had a great week at Casa Colorado. 5 adults and 1 3-yr old. House is very spacious and roomy and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped and housekeeper is fabulous. Excellent location to town center and 5-6 minute walk to the beach. Management company is very responsive and helpful with any questions or advice on activities. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful, functional and convenient!

The space was perfect for our group of seven: 3 bedrooms each with own bath, plus the casita a few steps from the main house (for our couple with a 7 yr old). The property is fenced so no worries about the child wandering off. We used the pool nonstop, and also the washer/dryer. Walking distance to so many places, whatever you choose! Hoping to return someday soon!

With 3 bedrooms plus a small apartment that is independent from the house, it gives a lot of space for guests to sleep. The property is comfortable, very well equipped with a private pool with good space to park up to 2 cars, this house is located within walking distance to the beach and town.

Enjoyable stay

We had a wonderful time at Casa Colorado. It is very comfortable overall and in a perfect location in easy walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet it feels private and safe. It is an older property with somewhat iffy water pressure and water temperature, but everything functioned fairly well. The pool is under trees and had large amounts of leaf litter in the pool and on the surrounding patio. But overall, and in spite of these minor issues, a very enjoyable stay!

Friends vacation

We had a fabulous time. The proceas from deciding to rent casa colorado until we departed went very smoothly. Lola from RPM was great to answer any and all of our questions. Check in was super easy. The vrbo was just as it is advertised. It was cleaned when we arrives and was cleaned several times during our stay. We rented golf carts to get around and carry things to the beach. It truly is a 5 minute walk to the beach area. I would highly recommend this for a stay at the beach!!!

In a very Costa Rican style, this property is perfect for families and small groups with great space inside and outside. The tropical-style private pool is a great addition to the experience. The location of the house is also perfect being within walking distance of the beach and the town amenities. Casa Colorado w kids and infant

We had such a blast here. It’s a great property for two small families or one larger one. We were two small families and one of us w a baby (me). I stayed in the little casita w the baby and it was the perfect set up. The baby could take naps without being disturbed by everyone else. There is no bath tub in this residence, but the kitchen sink is enormous and can easily fit a baby, even a toddler. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower in the bunk room of the main house, and I couldn’t get hot water in the casita. As far as hot water goes - I never complained to management, who very well could have been able to help me, but I just didn’t need it enough to bother. The main house I had no problem with hot water. Overall we loved it and had a great time!

Kelly, thank you very much for your review and feedback about casa Colorado. We are so happy the house and casita worked well for your family and group. The side apartment truly gives a lot of independence, especially with kids. The house also has a nice private pool, laundry amenities, a large parking area, and a ping pong table that families with children can enjoy. We are always on call for any maintenance reports and would have been happy to review the hot water in the apartment and the water pressure in one of the showers. We have our office open 7 days a week and also assistance e at night in case of an emergency. We are glad to hear it was not too much of a problem though and that you still had a great time at this property. Please come back soon! It will be a pleasure to host you again!

The property was clean and well maintained. The property management company provided excellent customer service when we had a maintenance issue as well as booking all our activities and transportation. I would highly recommend a stay at Casa Colorado. We had the property management company book transportation to and from the airport, the full day Rincon de la Vieja activity and half day sailing tour. All were amazing with friendly drivers and tour guides. For sunset dinners try Noguis and Panagas. For excellent steak reserve a table at Patagonia. For homemade Italian, Enea's was delicious and a short walk from the house.

Perfect getaway from home

Casa Colorada for the Canadian Care Bears!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Colorado proved the perfect location for our group of 6 mommas to have a much needed escape post COVID. We were able to relax immediately and stayed that way for the week (with the exception of a few close calls with critters)! The gated home offered safety, great proximity to the beach, shopping, groceries, property management office and golf cart rentals. The home was very clean and well equipped. The cleaning lady came mid week to tidy and the pool guy came once. Due to the season, perhaps pool cleaning could have been twice as there was much debris in the pool. We managed well enough and despite our aged swung on the Tarzan rope!! We brought in a chef who was able to create amazing meals in the well equipped kitchen. The only feedback would be to have some basics...salt, pepper, sugar, and hot sauce on hand as buying small portions not possible...enjoy the sugar packets!
