Cette belle et élégante villa supérieure située dans la région de Tamarindo / Langosta est nichée dans un cadre intime composé de 5 villas, dénommées Casablanca, qui entourent une belle piscine à la végétation tropicale exceptionnelle. Travers de la route est la plus magnifique plage de sable sûre qui est idéal pour la natation, la marche, le jogging et super pour les enfants. Il ya une grande terrasse privée donnant sur la piscine ainsi que d'une seconde terrasse de jardin où vous pourrez profiter de la sérénité et les sons des nombreux oiseaux tropicaux et de regarder l'iguane résident. Les sons et de la vue des singes hurleurs est une expérience incroyable.
La maison est joliment meublée et le plafond de teck voûté crée une atmosphère merveilleuse. Il ya trois chambres, chacune avec lits queen ainsi que d'un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il ya l'air conditionné ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre.
Il ya une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit. Il ya un barbecue en plein air autour de la zone de la piscine.

Inclus est un service de ménage hebdomadaire et un service de ménage quotidien est disponible sur demande. Il ya internet et la télévision par câble et un parking privé sécurisé à côté de la villa.

Il ya une petite épicerie à une courte distance mais pour une superbe sélection de boutique de nourriture au supermarché nouvellement ouverte Auto Mercado ultra moderne.

Cette villa est extrêmement bien trop cher et profiter d'un hébergement de haute qualité à un prix abordable. Il est un lieu de grande famille.

Super great for our family! Location, amenities!

We are 5 adults an a 3 yr old. Pool and beach proximity perfect for our needs. Host had excellent recommendations for restaurants and services I likes that it was a little beyond but a short walk to the busier centre.

Perfect family vacation in beautiful Tamarindo

We’re just back from an amazing week in Tamarindo, having enjoyed a lovely family vacation staying at Syd and Lynne’s beautiful place in Tamarindo. The location was ideal, with the beach just a quick walk across the street and shops and restaurants a nearby walk away. It was easy to get around by Uber for those in our group that couldn’t walk as far. We spent a lot of time lounging by the lovely pool, when we weren’t at the beach. We also arranged a couple of tours with the help of Willy, the property manager, and really enjoyed Our outings. The unit where we stayed was perfect for our family of 6 (3kids plus grandma) - comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We had everything we needed and when we had questions or an unexpected need, Willy was super responsive to our texts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to family and friends. It was perfect!

Great property for our family of 5. Easy and quick access to the ocean, and added bonus of a pool. Perfect location close/walkable to downtown, but not in the noisy mix. Very nice restaurant next door

Great stay for a week

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Well located, lots of restaurants nearby, especially next door for breakfast. Villa very well appointed, particularly if you wish to self cater. Great laundry facilities which were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Fantastic place!

We had a fantastic stay, the unit was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and the pool area was perfect. This is such a great location, walking distance to the beach and a short golf cart ride to town. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous property and location

Across the street from the beach, next door to a fabulous new bakery and restaurant (Sofia Mediterranean), great pool on site and the layout of the villa was perfect. Our bedroom was connected via French door to another bedroom that our small children stayed in. It gave us privacy while also giving me the chance to check on the kids whenever I wanted. Great property with a great location!

Great location.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, only issue we had was the power went out on the last night which was not any fault of the owners. We emailed Willie the next day and he was getting it fixed but we had already checked out . Great location and great host.

Paradise in Tamarindo

This Villa was fantastic! Just as described. It was clean inside and out. Easy walk to the beach and downtown. The pool was a perfect place to relax and meet other visitors. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Perfect location for Tamarindo. Easy to walk to the beach in 5 minutes and a quick 3-5 minute drive to get any where in Tamarindo. Pool was nice at night. The property also has beach chairs and towels for the beach, they came invery handy.

Amazing family vacation

The owners were easy to reach and helped out with all the questions we had. The apartment and grounds were gorgeous cool and quiet. Town was maybe a 5 min walk with lots of bustle, shopping and restaurants to explore. The beach was right across the street and the chairs and umbrella that our hosts provided were so great to have. Willy (our local host) was super helpful for reliable, comfortable transportion and suggestions and contacts for all excursions. We would absolutely stay here next time we visit the beautiful country of Costa Rica!

We had a great visit. The owners were super nice and even allowed us an extra day after our flight was cancelled and we couldn't arrive until 2 days later. The property manager Willie and his assistant Justin were amazing as well. The property is in a great location and the grounds are beautiful and kept up. The beach is a 2 minute walk and you can walk in to town easily. Our excursions (ATV tour and Catamaran trip) locations were within walking distance as well. I would definitely stay again.

Great except dishwasher not properly installed so tipped when trays were pulled out. Main bathroom had a serious water leak.

Beautiful!

We just returned from our stay at Casa Blanca. What a gem this place was to stay at. The villa quite comfortably and easily accommodated our five adults. Friendly onsite staff, very clean, with all needed amenities. Grounds were just beautiful, and the location was perfection. We loved the second floor outdoor eating area. Great access to the incredible beach, with just a short beach walk to downtown Tamarindo. We would return to this spot in a heartbeat!!
