Casa Coco is a pleasant 100-meter walk via a neighborhood trail to spectacular and private white sand Playa Langosta. The Spanish-style villa has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps up to 12. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned bed and bath suites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a versatile family layout with 1 queen bed and 3 built-in single bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has a private entrance off the pool with a king bed and twin sofa bed. In addition, a sofa bed is in the living room for extra guests. NEW to November 2025 are a beautiful full kitchen, master bedroom & bath, bunk room bath and half bath renovation. Just a mile down the beach or road is the famous surf town of Tamarindo where you can enjoy open-air restaurants, abundant nightlife, boutique shopping and a lively beach for surf lessons and beach dining. Relax in the private, lighted pool at Casa Coco while listening to the sounds of Howler monkeys and tropical birds.
