Le 101 Hickman Street est un cottage de plage traditionnel de Rehoboth qui regorge de charme. Il présente un design sur deux étages avec un porche avec moustiquaire à l’avant de la maison. À moins d'un pâté de maisons et demi de la plage et de la promenade, cet établissement est idéal pour la famille qui souhaite garer les voitures et ne pas les déplacer pendant les vacances. Internet sans fil et deux places de stationnement dans l'allée fournie. Cette maison est disponible pour des semaines entières en été et des semaines partielles ou des week-ends hors saison, alors pourquoi ne pas réserver un week-end de détente et d'automne?

sweet spot by the sea

This house is cute and cozy, my family felt right at home. Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped place to stay and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk/shops/restaurants.

Great Shore House

Property was great and as described. Was large enough for 9 of us (a 3 and 17 year-old and 7 adults). It was a quick walk to the ocean (a little over a block) and the boardwalk.

Comfortable, welcoming home with character

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house twice in March. This house has lots of character and has been in the same family for generations, unlike a lot of newer, rather sterile places for rent in Rehoboth. It is comfortable and well located, within a very short walking distance of the Boardwalk and a short walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue. BHHS Penn Fed is an excellent and responsive management co.,the best we have dealt with in our many years of renting in Rehoboth.

Family vacation

Very beachy , simple and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable which was nice. Close to everything. I didn’t drive anywhere the whole week.

Great location

Great location, plenty of room for a family in the house. Good outdoor space. Appliances were nice. New carpet. Could use a deep clean, but overall the house was a bit cluttered, but was clean.

Memorial Day weekend 2023

Great house close to everything in Rehoboth. We arrived and didn’t move the cars until we left. The house is pretty vintage but in a cute, beach cottage-vibe kind of way. Had what we needed. Front porch and back deck were great extras. Would come back :)

We didn’t understand how to make the ice maker work in the huge refrigerator/freezer, they responded immediately to show us. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Comfortable Home in Great Location

101 Hickman is a classic Rehoboth cottage, if that term applies to a home with four bedrooms. It had plenty of space for us to spread out and not be in each other's hair, and also good living spaces for gathering. It has a comfortable, lived-in vibe, no surprise since it probably dates from the 1920s. It is a short walk to the beach and also to Rehoboth Avenue. We will seek to stay there again!

The property was in a great location and was a good fit for two couples. Any more than that and closet/storage space may become an issue. It was very clean and oozed old time charm.

Wonderful beach house!

Searest is a comfortable, lovely beach house that’s close to everything (boardwalk, beach and town) but still quiet and in a nice neighborhood! Loved the house. Weather was challenging (Tropical Storm Ophelia) but we still had fun. Well-kept property and home. We will definitely return!

Dishwasher was showing its age, but worked fine for our purposes. Upstairs shower water pressure very low, but downstairs and outdoors worked well. Overall, one of my favorite spots we’ve stayed so far in Rehoboth!

We had a great stay at this beach house in Rehoboth. Close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Comfortable accommodations with a nice screened in porch.

Perfect "Beach house"

This is a classic old beach house filled with history. We spent Thanksgiving there and had dinner on the back deck. Plenty of room for us and two grown children. The house is close to everything, but not so close that it was overrun with people and noise. We absolutely loved it. Our parents live a few blocks away so this gave us the opportunity to be near them but still practice social distancing.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cottage! It easily accommodated our family of 8. The screened in porch was the favorite place to hang out and relax. It was very close to the beach, the boardwalk and downtown! Check in and check out was easy and efficient! I definitely recommend this beautiful beach cottage and we will be returning!
