La propriété est au deuxième rang, avec une vue d'entrée depuis le balcon. Il est situé à Cherry Grove Beach, à distance de marche de la jetée de Cherry Grove. Près de tout ce que Cherry Grove a à offrir! La plus grande chambre a un lit queen avec un lit gigogne double et un lit queen dans le maître. Le condo est parfaitement installé pour 6 personnes et 7 avec le canapé. Le balcon est parfait pour votre tasse de café du matin et l'emplacement est parfait pour des promenades sur la plage.

Excellent accommodations close to beach

We had an excellent vacation in this cozy condo across the street from the beach. Nice pool. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 couples. Nice to have 2 separate bathrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome short stay

Very clean and quiet! Steps from the ocean. Only thing the entire condo complex is missing is an elevator. Them steps were rough for us 40 year olds. Can’t wait to come back in August!

A favorite place of mine

Again, we had a great time at this condo. The people who are owners in the complex are so nice and the place is just perfect for us. Renters have been really good to us last every time we have rented their place. I will definitely rent again.

Great location

My family and I had a great stay at the condo. There was a very nice public beach access right across from the parking lot. It was great not having to pay for parking. The pool was never crowded and was very clean. The condo was as pictured and perfect for the three of us. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store located near by. We also had a great view of the waterway. Owners were easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend getaway at Steps To the Sand. The property was in an excellent location. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the waterway. We will absolutely be staying here again on our next visit to Cherry Grove!

We had fabulous week!

Very comfortable beds and “just steps to the beach”! The Cherry Grove area is very quiet and safe. The condo had everything we needed. We were on the third floor which had a great view of the lagoon!

Great weekend getaway

We loved the location and the view. Everything is within walking or short driving distance. Home was nicely furnished and had a great relaxing vibe. It was stocked with everything you needed. Host was great with communication and telling you what they did not provided so you were prepared. The only thing I would add for him to mention would be that there was no elevator, but stairs are easy to navigate and there is several entry ways into the building.

If you’re able bodied and carry cleaning supplies with you on vacation then this is your place.

First off, the host was very accommodating in allowing me to check in the same day. I was told they did a walk through and that the unit was clean and ready. First off; there is NO ELEVATOR to the third floor. I guess the ADA has no relevance in SC? After lugging my heavy cooler, etc., up 2 flights of stairs all I want is a hot bath. What actually ends up happening is me cleaning the bathroom tub and floor after finding black hairs EVERYWHERE. The following day I went out and bought a swiffer so I could do the rest of the floors as they were so dirty all my socks were getting ruined. This place needs a deep cleaning badly. Sadly, I did much of it already for free or rather I paid their cleaning fee to THEM and I cleaned THEIR rental property. I almost feel bad saying something cuz I worry that I am more able bodied than they are but it’s not my responsibility to clean a rental property on MY vacation. If my asking for same day check in was the reason they couldn’t provide a clean unit then why make a big deal out of doing a walk through and declaring it clean? Please update the ad to reflect the accessibility issues on the property and please hire a professional cleaner. The view from the balcony was great and I made lots of good meals in an adequately equipped kitchen. 2bd 2 full baths would be perfect for a larger group. I’d love to bring my family next time but sadly the absence of an elevator would be too much for my mother and disabled son. Cheers.

Great Get Away !

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It’s an older property, but has been well maintained and extremely clean. The location is fantastic! It’s directly across the street from a public beach access and the canal view is beautiful from the porch. The owner is very responsive and even had a case of bottled water in the refrigerator when we arrived. We could not have asked for a more cozy and nice place to stay.

The property is in an ideal location with restaurants and grocery nearby. The ceiling fans helped circulate air flow. View from patio amazing. Don't forget to pack towels and linens. Bonus closet has beach toys and chairs. Be prepared for steps to the third floor. Hint: Use center stairs. I will definitely tell others about the property!!!

Nice Little Place

This was a nice little place to stay. Everything appeared clean except for the hair on the oven vent. Location was good. Only real complaint was that the master bedroom doesn't have air conditioning, only a fan in the wall to bring in air from the family room. It got unbearably hot in that bedroom.

Lovely place at the beach.

This is a very quiet and lovely place to stay. Great for small families or couples. The walk to the beach is very short and the location is close enough to go to the shops but be away from the busyness of the main beach.

Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was lovely. The beach right across the street. As soon as you walked back inside you were greeted with plenty of cold air. Air conditioners and ceiling fans were plentiful. With the heat that was a huge plus. Beds are comfy. Jeremy the property owner was easily reached. Thanks for a wonderful stay. If you want a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of your busy life. Definitely go here.

I would stay here again!

No complaints! This is a great place to stay with easy beach access, lovely marsh views, and clean, comfortable space. The unit and rooms are a comfortable size and did not feel cramped or crowded at all. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. Stores and restaurants are nearby in case you need anything or want to go out. The kitchen had your basic necessities. The beach area was great. Kids loved the pool too for more swimming after the ocean. The building was quiet and family friendly. Very happy with our stay here!
