11 Henlopen Ave- Une grande maison accueillante située dans le cadre tranquille des pins. Dans le bloc de l'océan près de la plage de Deauville et des courts de tennis. Cette maison a deux chambres de maître en suite, dont une avec une baignoire et une douche. Il y a une chambre au premier étage avec une douche à l'italienne à proximité. Construction de qualité supérieure avec tous les planchers de bois franc et de carrelage. La cuisine dispose d'une table de cuisson à gaz, d'un double four et de comptoirs en granit. Regardez le monde défiler depuis le grand porche, grillez des hamburgers dans la cour arrière ou faites du vélo jusqu'au parc national du cap Henlopen. Parking pour 4 cartes sur le site, plus un garage pour une voiture à la plage.
* Ceci est un non-fumeur, pas d'animaux à la maison. L'accès à la plage le plus proche pour Henlopen Ave se trouve en dehors de Park Ave.

11 Henlopen- a great week

This is a very accommodating house. The bedrooms are well positioned for adolescents in the 3rd floor "command center" and uncle in the first floor bedroom. The only real issue is the lack of dresser in the first floor bedroom. No closet, no drawers, no armoir or other storage capability. The week was wonderful- fantastic weather and ease of accessing the beach, boardwalk and town.

Perfect Rehoboth beach house

Great house in a perfect location in Rehoboth. Large, clean and well appointed. Looked exactly as pictured, perfect location - 1/2 block to Deauville beach parking lot, 10m walk to Rehoboth ave. Very strong central AC throughout the house, cable and WiFi. 6 nice sized bedrooms - one with 3 beds in it. Plenty of space for 2 families. Lovely front porch for enjoying warm summer nights. Highly recommended.

Property was spacious but in need of a refresh. Back door did not lock - got no help from agent. Kitchen was barely adequate- coffee machine non-functional. Decor was thrift jumble. Showers had dangerously slippery floors and no shower mats. No hair dryer. Mattresses had seen better days. Internet spotty.

perfect location, beautiful home

The house was well decorated, comfortable, clean, and in the perfect spot. Our visit was great. There were a couple of issues, however. Our group has been staying at VRBO homes for many years, and there has always been a roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, a small size bottle of dish liquid, a sponge, some basic spices like salt and pepper. Not enough to last the whole week, no one expects that, but just enough to get you started and be comfortable after a day of travel. When you do get into town, you have to make your way to the realtor's office to pick up the keys, there is no lock box or key code entry. They also need a modern coffee maker, a stove top with all four burners working, and a working lock on the back door. Rehoboth is gorgeous and we would visit again, but we would choose a place with the comfort and convenience of the guests in mind.

We strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and convenient stay, and your notes are helpful as we look to improve. We do highlight section 6 of your lease argeement in red, but unforuntately it still gets overlooked time-to-time. "6. LINENS AND PERSONAL/PAPER PRODUCTS: Tenant(s) shall furnish bed sheets, towels & blankets. Pillows, mattress covers and bedspreads are provided by the Landlord. Tenant(s) shall provide their own paper and personal products which include but is not limited to toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, detergent etc., as well as any beach gear. All properties are individually owned and tenants should not assume what is provided. The Owners and Coldwell Banker Premier will not be responsible for tenants not bringing their necessitates." If we can do anything to make future visits smoother and more enjoyable, please let us know!

Great location, but needs a good cleaning

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and easy access to the beach. Nice large house. Downsides are that the place was only somewhat clean for a beach house. Very dusty/dirty under beds/furniture, spiderwebs on corners of kitchen cabinets. Found bottle tops under dressers, old toys and lots of crumbs in pull out sofas. Outside of the house was pretty dirty, spiders and wasps nest right at entrance of the home. Dressers were broken and very difficult to open/shut. Found papers and used ziplock bags in random areas from previous renters.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was excellent for our group of eight adults and four kids. The photos don’t do it justice. Super high ceilings, lots of light, great layout on all floors. Garage space for beach items and bikes with extra fridge was so useful. Front porch was awesome. Gas grill was great to have. It was clean and ready when we arrived. Location is perfect - far enough from boardwalk to be quiet, but close enough to walk to the action. Beach not crowded and is a short walk, but parking is available and plentiful if needed. State park close by with awesome bike/run trail. Feedback on items needed: not enough coffee cups, could use some frying pans and spatulas, ice maker didn’t work at all (CB office didn’t return our message on this or another message regarding something else), it was tough to be in one of the bedrooms without a proper dresser with a week’s worth of clothing. Overall we loved this house and this neighborhood and would stay here again.

Great front porch for drinks at night and coffee in the morning. The negatives are so minor but here they are: The extra fridge in the garage was literally screaming. We were afraid in might die so we unplugged it and didn't use it. Could use a few more coffee mugs for the number of people. We have to dink our coffee in shifts because there weren't enough cups. That's it. small inconveniences, but we loved the place and plan on renting again in 2023!

We were able to store bicycles and beach gear in the garage, which made getting out the door every day very easy. The street is quieter than other in RB, which works for us. We enjoy not having to deal with the Boardwalk crowds and the Rehoboth Avenue traffic.

Deauville Beach Week

We loved being on Deauville beach and at the tennis courts. It was a little longer to get down to Rehoboth Ave for shopping and dining, but it was worth it. We loved the neighborhood and were very comfortable in this nice, airy house. Our agent Joseph came to change a burned out light bulb right away.
