Le 'Perfect Getaway', cet appartement de jardin Bay Oaks se trouve Ă  moins d'une minute Ă  pied de la piscine, du quai de pĂȘche ou des barbecues au bord de l'eau et de l'aire de pique-nique. Cuisine amĂ©liorĂ©e avec comptoirs en granit, lave-vaisselle, four Ă  micro-ondes et cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e ouverte sur une superbe piĂšce comprenant un coin repas pour 4 personnes et un espace salon confortable avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition de 55 pouces. Le patio blindĂ© du salon est ombragĂ© par l’un des nombreux chĂȘnes gĂ©ants. Le cĂŽtĂ© de la chambre principale a un lit king size, une TVHD de 40 pouces, une commode, des tables de chevet et un grand placard; meuble-lavabo adjacent avec toilettes sĂ©parĂ©es et grande salle de douche. Le cĂŽtĂ© opposĂ© du condo a une chambre d'amis compacte avec un lit queen-size, une petite commode et un mini placard. Pas plus de 4 personnes et pas d'animaux. Dated but value for money for the location

Good location on Siesta Key with a trolley stop right outside. Resort backs onto the bay where there is a nice picnic area, BBQ and fishing pier.The pool area is a good size but there are no parasols to escape the midday sun.The clubhouse has a great selection of used books and a quality pool table.The condo was dated but sufficient for the price and location. It lacked some basic facilities like chopping board, place mats and facilities were generally poorly equipped.Bikes were provided which was a bonus.Beach facilities were provided but mostly old and in poor condition.Good responsive communication from the owner.

We arrived and the property was very clean. Property manager was very responsive to questions I had before my stay. It’s a small space but it worked perfectly for what we needed it for!

Close to everything we needed! Checking in couldn't have been easier. Brent was very nice and always responded right away. We rented a car, but the trolley stop was right out front. My daughter and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo. Thanks for a great vacation!

A very comfortable place to stay

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the availability of secure Wi-Fi as I was telecommuting for my job. Brent, the owner was so helpful in dealing with my emergency. If I had the chance, I would definitely rent there again.

It was the perfect little condo. Brent was really responsive. Everything was clean. I think the only annoying part was having to dump out the humidifier. The pool was close and love the dock area too.

This place was perfect for me and my adult kids!! We loved it! It was clean, neat, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location and absolutely loved the dock. The owner was very easy to communicate with! Had stuff for the beach and shampoo conditioner

Joe & Inna: stayed September 23-29, 2023. Absolutely beautiful, cozy and clean condo supplied with all kitchen/bathroom/beach needs. Great location on Siesta key, 1 mile away from the paradise beach. Perfect location

This property has all you need for a great stay in a incredible area. We welcomed the bikes and beach equipment. Plenty of towells and shampoo/ conditioner and an iron and hairdryer. This co.mplex is great value for the area, the pool is refreshing! People in the complex are so friendly. Brent was very efficient in communicating. Would highly recommend.

Good location on the Intercoastal!

Host was quickly responsive when required a few things at beginning of the stay. New appliances in kitchen which were great and comfy king size bed. Intercoastal dock was great and people very friendly. Enjoyed our charcoal bbq’s and the heated pool. Walk to beach access is about 10-15 minute walk). Took free Trolley a few times and enjoyed it. Great to have bikes to ride up and down the key!

Really grateful for the stay at this condo

We are 60+ years old. We came after spring break and it was nice and quiet. We appreciated having the blender, we used it daily. The bikes were in good shape and we had fun riding them. The location was good for us, we could walk or drive to the beach access points. Brent was quick to respond when we had a question or simple request. We would consider staying at the same condo again.

Snowbirding

We spent the month of January 2023 in this unit. The location was great and Brent was very easy to work with. We had a couple of issues that he addressed quickly for us. I agree with a couple of other reviewers that the place could use a deep cleaning. I noticed during our stay that there were some Damp Rid bags hanging in a couple of places, but didn't think much of it until we got home and noticed a musty smell on our clothes upon unpacking. If you are sensitive to mold you might want to rethink this unit. Many thanks to Brent for his hospitality!

Affordable on the bay.

My concerns are not with the owner, who was fine, but with the complex itself. although unit could use better small appliances and new pans. The 1 bedrooms at Bay Oaks are tight, the kitchen has no storage or prep area. Every time the people upstairs flushed the toilet, we heard it. Every time they did laundry and ran the dishwasher, we heard it. Leave bikes inside unit rather than bike racks as there is an issue with theft.

Siesta Key is the ultimate beach holiday spot because its sunny, tropical climate, sugar-white sand beaches, and mild, shallow, warm Gulf waters make it the perfect location for sunbathing, swimming, and beachfront activities. There is fishing available at the Bay Oaks pier, surf fishing from the beach, and available local off-shore charters. The village area is full of great restaurants, shops and bars that can keep you busy with a different place to sample for dinner or evening entertainment every night of the week! Golf and many other tourist attractions are within short driving distance depending on your preferences. All in all, this is one of the best beach vacation spots in the world.
