Wonderful stay!

This property had everything we could’ve hoped for in a vacation rental—a gorgeous well-heated pool, direct access to the beach, and lots of peace and quiet. Many thanks to Pascal and Lisa for a great stay!

Wonderful stay

The house was very comfortable and the pool was amazing! The walk to the beach is short, and on a concrete path - probably about 200 yards.

The heated pool was great and relaxing. The house was close to Vero Beach restaurants and shops. Quite neighborhood, good for seniors.

Pascal's home will definitely be one my family and I will return to for years. You can't beat the amenities on the property, its proximity to the beach, and Pascal's hospitality. Look no further. This is the place to stay in Vero Beach!

A Great Stay

We really enjoyed ourselves. The house, the pool and the beach were all great! It was close enough to go out and eat and shop, but far enough away from everything to be relaxing. The beach was very quiet with very few other families. We just had such a relaxing time.

We enjoyed the property from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. Easy beach access, beautiful pool which we used every day, and nicely decorated property. Close to shops/restaurants.

Wonderful vacation!

Our family has renting many homes thru VRBO and this was the most well equipped so far. Extremely clean upon arrival. Everything we needed for a great week in Vero Beach. Beautifully decorated and a lovely pool area. Hope to return again and rent this home.

Amazing property

This was our second stay here for a spring break trip and it was just as amazing as the first. The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Perfect location, steps from the beach! The pool is wonderful. This is a very nice house with plenty of room.

Magnificent place and area

Vero is probably one of the best towns on the east coast. The house was very nice and spacious for 6 people. Only a few minutes from town, great pool, and the private beach was wonderful. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Nice job, Pascal.

Vero Beach House

We stayed for a week in June and had a wonderful time. The beach was absolutely beautiful and VERY private. The pool was incredible as well and great for cooling off during the hottest times of the day. The spacious house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was also great to work with. Thank you!

Picture Perfect

Decorated like a page from Coastal Living, this house was impeccably organized. With a beautiful pool and a short walk to the private beach there was no reason to leave the area unless we ventured a few miles for dinner. Pascal was very accommodating and quick to respond. I highly recommend this location.

Lovely home in a peaceful setting.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this location. The pool was fantastic, as was the clean, quiet beach a very short stroll away. The house if well stocked and comfortable. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. We did drive to Universal Studios one day; an easy 1.5 hour drive. We enjoyed an air boat and a pontoon boat tour, where we saw a variety of wildlife including dolphins, manatee, and many different birds. Pascal was very responsive to our requests.

Comfort at the beach

This was one beautiful comfortable house! Very well appointed, close to groceries and restaurants and most important the beach (just down the block). There was nobody at the beach besides us which was really relaxing. So much space in the house, so many places to hang out and all of them comfortable. The pool was fantastic and there were so many pool toys. I appreciated the personal phone call from the owner to welcome us to the house ( that was the first time ever in all the years of renting vacation houses) . He also promptly called to answer a question I had. Lovely customer service. I would definitely comeback to this rental.

Beautiful Pool Home

We really enjoyed our stay during the week of July 4. The house had everything we needed. Communication with Pascal was excellent, and he made sure we had everything we needed. The check-in/out process was simple and fast. The house is clean, just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay, playing in the pool, visiting the private beach just a quick walk from the house, playing games in the evenings at the spacious dining room table, grilling in the backyard by the pool, and everyone was comfortable in the spacious bedrooms. The beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room for everyone to gather together or find time alone (for those that wished to do so). The kitchen had everything we could ask for. All we had to do was bring in groceries and enjoy our week in this beautiful home. The only issue we had was with garbage pickup. The trash cans had not been brought out front from the previous visitors, so they were all full upon arrival. The next pick up day was scheduled for Tuesday (no collection due to the holiday) and then again on Friday. We placed the cans out front Thursday evening, but the garbage company passed us right by! Luckily, the neighbor across the street was kind enough to lend us one of her cans so we could leave the trash in an orderly fashion on Saturday morning upon checkout. For that to be our only problem, we were very happy! I would highly recommend this beautiful home....you won't be disappointed!

Serene beach home

Home is decorated with calming beach tones. Plenty of space for the 6 of us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms and the dining tables hold 6 and 8. Updated the pool chaise lounge chairs - very comfortable. Fell asleep in the sun ;) Steps away from the beach. Beach isn’t busy so we took many long walks. Unfortunately the pool heater was malfunctioning so we couldn’t use the pool but as a home owner myself I understand sometimes you can’t get repairs done during the holidays. We didn’t mind too much because the outside temps were in the 60’s the week we were there. We enjoyed lounging on the rooftop deck where you can see the ocean and hear the waves. We always love coming to this property and have for 6 or 7 years. Pascal is extremely responsive whenever you message him! I highly recommend this property!

Elisa and I have 2 children, one is doctor in exercise physiology and one is a child psychologist. We are happy to have welcomed our 1st grandchild, Sage, in 2018, she is wonderful.
We love the outdoors, running, dancing, walking on the beach.

Our home is a happy place. The lay out with the 4 bedrooms on each wing and the living space in the center is perfect for family reunion and we believe that you will find everything you need for a great vacation. It is a super quiet spot, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach.The beautiful beach is right there and the pool is great !
