Luxueuse villa design de 4 chambres avec piscine privée chauffée - à 100 mètres d'une plage privée. (la maison est la 3ème à l'arrière de la plage.) La maison est joliment meublée et peut accueillir 10 personnes. La disposition en 2 ailes est idéale pour 2 familles car chaque aile comprend une chambre principale et une chambre pour enfants et une salle de bains. La cuisine moderne et design et le grand salon confortable sont au centre de la maison, séparant les 2 ailes et ouvrent sur la véranda très privée et la piscine chauffée.

Vero Beach est une charmante station balnéaire haut de gamme, juste au nord de Palm Beach. En plus de vous détendre au bord de votre piscine privée chauffée ou de faire de longues promenades sur notre belle plage, vous pouvez profiter des activités de la région comme le golf, le tennis, le shopping, la navigation de plaisance, le jet ski et plus encore.

La maison est à environ 1 1/2 heures de Disney World à Orlando - vous pouvez profiter des parcs pendant quelques jours, puis revenir vous détendre au bord de la piscine et de la plage!

The house was exactly as advertised- such a great family trip. The host was fantastic and so responsive. Close to town/ beach/ shops/ great pool- could not have asked for a better stay!

Excellent Experience

We enjoyed our three week stay at this beautiful modern home. The back yard is 100% private and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type of meal. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area. Most of them will deliver to this house. The host is very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back soon.

Perfect island getaway

A family of five with children ages 8, 6 and 1 found this property to be ideal! The house, pool and surroundings can't be beat. The short walk to the beach adds even more. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect getaway

The home fit our entire family very well - 4 adults and our 5 children. Well stocked with everything you would need. Great location and you can even hear the beach while sitting on the pool deck.

Everything We Were Looking for...

We spent two weeks and had a wonderful time. The house is on a quiet street. The beach is a 1 minute walk away and we were usually the only person there. The backyard is 100% private. We felt comfortable letting our child run around and have fun. The property manager is very friendly and helpful. We had no problem getting Door Dash or Walmart to to deliver food/groceries to this location. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Outstanding Property

We planned a family vacation at this property. Everyone from age 7 to 80 LOVED the house. The word "luxury" gets thrown around a lot - this listing truly lived up to the word. It was immaculately clean and perfectly stocked, from towels to beach chairs to cooking implements. The pool was gorgeous and when the listing says it is steps from the beach - it is quite literally steps from the beach. The living room has big comfy couches for movie nights and conversation. Every bedroom was beautiful. The host was warm and friendly - check-in and out were a breeze. We are already talking about planning more trips to this house! Thank you, Elizabeth, for such a wonderful week.

Unbelievable!

Words can’t describe how perfect this home was for our family vacation! Very well stocked with anything you might need. Two minute stroll to a VERY private and gorgeous beach. The pool in the backyard feels very secluded and so nice to have right at your fingertips. Large dining table for the whole family. We had a blast doing late night family game nights. We had groceries and pizza delivered right to us. Cute shopping and restaurants just a ten minute drive away. AMAZING hostess and incredibly responsive. I think we spent the majority of our trip just gushing over how PERFECT this house/spot was for us. Most definitely recommend!!

Great Stay in Vero Beach

This was our second trip to Vero Beach and our first time staying at this property. I, along with my wife, our two young children and my wife's parents all stayed at the house. There was plenty of space for all of us with room to spare. The house / property is set in a great location - a quiet ocean block with only a dozen or so single family homes on the street. The home is set just two properties back from the beach. It was clean, with plenty of space and beautiful back yard, pool and covered patio/veranda directly off the kitchen and living areas. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Elizabeth was a terrific host - she contacted me to make sure we arrived safely and again during our stay to make sure we were enjoying (which we were). The beach was terrific... beautiful and we had it pretty much to ourselves during our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation In Vero

The house was a perfect setup with the 3 access points in the back! Just about everything we needed was there, only things we were “missing” was foil or plastic wrap, kids utensils (we had 2 kids under 3,) and a rubber spatula for when we made brownies. Other than that, there were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, etc. Elizabeth and Norm were great hosts, welcoming and accommodating at every turn. We had an unfortunate encounter with “no see-ums” bugs or sand fleas but I’m sure this is seasonal and we didn’t let it ruin our time! Next time we will be prepared with some spray. Our kids loved finding coconuts in the yard and swimming for hours in the pool! We brought a few rafts from home which were great for adults to relax for an evening swim. All around a beautiful house, beautiful private beach and great memories were made!

Amazing Time at Vero Beach

This was our third stay at this property...and again it was an amazing experience. Things you should know: The house has an open floor plan and is very modern/clean. The owners were very nice to work with and attentive to our needs. The house is a short walk from the beach (60 seconds). You can hear the ocean from the back yard. The back yard is 100% private and the veranda has ceiling fans to keep you cool. A protective barrier is available to keep kids from falling into the pool. The outside shower for sand and tar removal is private. The house has great water pressure in the showers and sink. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The beach is private. We were often the only people on the beach. There is a 7-11 about 2 miles away. For groceries, the Publix and Fresh Market (highly recommend) are about 15 minutes away. The house has plenty of tools for cooking. This includes an outdoor gas grill. I took my son hiking at Pelican Island and my wife spent some time at the local shops. We had an excellent time. However, the majority of our time was spent in this house/pool cooking, eating, swimming, and relaxing. I would (and do) recommend this property to everyone I know.

A fabulous house for a family get together !

This property was well stocked with anything and everything a family would need . The layout afforded privacy with two master bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Any easy and very short walk to the beach . We will return !

Two Quiet Weeks in Paradise

The house has everything you need for a successful relaxing vacation. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The beach was clean and quiet. The pool was warm and private. We ordered amazing food from local restaurants via DoorDash and ate under the veranda while our kid played in the pool. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Family Vacay

The house was perfect for when just my husband and I were there and for when our daughter, son in law and 2 year old grandson arrived. We were so happy to have the fence around the pool, and happy to be able to use the pool without the fence as well. Two bedrooms are on each side of the house which allowed for privacy for both families. The beach was lovely and just a short walk from the house. The owner was exceptionally responsive. We highly recommend this house.

I grew up in Vero, and although we now live in London, we come back as often as we can to this little slice of paradise. My father lives nearby and will help you get settled in - and can be there in case you should need anything during your stay.

The house is casual and yet beautiful with high ceilings and high end finishes throughout. The layout - with two bedrooms on either side of the main living areas (kitchen and living room) makes it an ideal vacation home for 2 families.
