Rebecca was a great host for my bachelorette weekend! The house was clean and comfortable with the most gorgeous sunsets to watch on the back patio or front porch. The location couldn't be more ideal, we were able to walk to the beach and it was about a 15-20 minute Uber ride to Thames Street and the Polo Club. Rebecca was a very attentive host, who we occasionally ran into as she stayed in the back of the property. I highly recommend this stay and would be happy to visit here again!

Great Beach Getaway

Rebecca’s place was lovely and clean. We were in town for a wedding but would come back to enjoy a weekend by the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach and the side patio was a great spot to relax.

My family and I had a great stay. The location could not have been better for walking to restaurants/the beach. Rebecca was very responsive and flexible.

We loved the home. It has a great location and is a five minute drive to Newport. The owner is very helpful and proactive and the home ia beautifully decorated.

Great house for our beach vacation

Everything about the house was great.. location to the beach, restaurants, and neighborhood walks with the dog. The backyard was perfect to unwind after the beach. We will be back!!

My family had a wonderful stay at Ellery House. Rebecca is a gracious host and provided tips on places to visit both for adults and kids. The house is great for a multi-generational family like ours with lots of bedrooms, a large kitchen and living space and an enclosed patio. Another bonus - walking distance to the beach and lots of places to eat. We hope to be back!

Our group of ten adults stayed at Rebecca’s property for Memorial Day weekend. Folks had to share beds for space but that was to be expected. The property was spacious and clean, especially the backyard. The kitchen was our primary gathering place and a great size. Ubers were reliable and got us where we needed to go within about 15 min. Our host was great too as some of the group arrived early, so she was flexible with early check in and helped us coordinate that. Overall a really lovely trip, and I can’t wait to come back!

Great for a girls’ weekend

Ellery House was perfect for our girls’ weekend. Rebecca was communicative and welcoming. The house was clean, comfortable and in a great location for getting to beaches & downtown Newport. I’d absolutely recommend this place!

Summer week at Ellery House

The location was convenient for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. The house has outstanding curb appeal and a private/shaded outdoor area for reading, eating, and relaxing. Inside, the rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. We would highly recommend for friends and we will return.

Great Stay at Ellery House

Ellery House is lovely, has a great location (walking distance to First Beach and Cliff Walk) making it a great base of operations to explore Newport and the surrounding area, is well equipped, and very dog friendly. Rebecca is a fabulous host - available when you need her but not intrusive. We recommend it highly.

Family wedding in Newport

Rebecca was wonderful to communicate with. Got us in earlier than normal check in due to wedding activities on Friday. Great house in a very cute neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and easy drive to downtown Newport.
