Shangri-La, grande maison haut de gamme dans le quartier calme de Marathon Florida Keys. La cour accueillante vous mène au niveau principal avec une cuisine entièrement équipée qui comprend une machine à glaçons, un gril séparé, une laveuse et une sécheuse. Assis pour 8 à la grande table à manger ainsi que d'un bar. La chambre principale du premier niveau comprend un lit king-size, un dressing, une baignoire et un dressing. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et une vue sur la piscine chauffée et le golfe du Mexique, juste à côté de la chambre à coucher vous avez une salle de bain avec une douche / baignoire.

Le deuxième niveau est une grande salle familiale avec un bar, un réfrigérateur, une télévision, une table de cartes / poker et son propre balcon avec vue sur la baie et la piscine. Cette chambre comprend un canapé-lit queen-size.

Le Highlight absolu se situe au troisi��me niveau et comprend la suite principale avec un lit king-size californien, un coin salon avec télévision, une baignoire à jets avec balcon privé donnant sur le golfe, une grande douche, une coiffeuse et un dressing.

Espace piscine éclairé avec contrôle automatique des moustiques. Congélateur appât extérieur pratique pour le quai. Table de nettoyage du poisson avec eau et électricité.

Prenez plaisir à attraper une queue jaune, un vivaneau rouge ou un mérou à droite du Dockage utilisable de 50 pieds.

Les plongeurs certifiés apprécieront la descente à seulement cinq milles, où les récifs de 20 à 30 pieds passeront à plus de 60 pieds et où la vie marine changera.

We really enjoyed the house, everything was perfect. The set up was perfect with plenty of room, beautiful views, large dock was perfect for our boat. Jessy was very helpful and always answered my text promptly if I had questions. Overall we recommend this house to anyone.

Great Vacation

We stayed for a week and had a great vacation. This property was nicely appointed and although it is in a neighborhood, the fenced in yard was very private and safe for our dog. I enjoyed watching the manatees playing right off the dock in the mornings. I also saw dolphins. We rented a boat for the week and enjoyed jumping in it whenever we wanted to go out and explore. The location is great.

Keys trip 21

Slice of paradise. The house was perfect for our family myself and husband and two sons with their girlfriends stayed here. We rented a boat and loaded up on groceries and never had to get in the car for a thing. Took the boat everywhere fished and snorkeled. There are so many fish just off the dock we also saw a pod of Manatee, mana rays, dolphin and small sharks. The master bedroom gets amazing views of the sunrise and sunset from our balcony. Loved this house and we would love to come back next year.

Marathon Vacation

Beautiful view and lots of landscaping. Only disappointment was not being able to use the boat lift that was pictured. After we arrived, the property manager said that if it wasn’t stated in the listing, it wasn’t available. The house was comfortable and worked very well for us. We went fishing and sightseeing. Manatees came up to the dock on several occasions. The neighborhood is not a resort type neighborhood, very mixed use and close to industrial/commercial/airport buildings. Overall, we enjoyed our month long stay in Marathon, caught quite a few fish, went snorkeling on reefs and made memories with friends.

2 week vacation

The views were outstanding. Enjoyed our daily visits from the manatees and my husband fished off the dock daily. We did have an issue with sewage backing up into the house but the property manager responded promptly and had the city issue rectified and sent cleaning and disinfecting same day. The house is older but is not as well maintained as the photos show. There was also multiple pet stains on the upstairs carpets when we arrived. The views from the 3rd floor master were great but the other 2 bedrooms are awkward layouts and not up to par. Would not rent again for this price.

Simply Amazing - Boaters Dream

My wife and I vacation in Marathon 2-3 times a year and rent a house and rent a boat for our stay. We want a very high end, private residence and a boat friendly dockage as SO many are a nightmare at low tides or require lengthy canal rides to open water. THIS HOUSE IS THE ONE! The house is amazing with a high end kitchen, completely private pool and deck for sunbathing as bare as you’d like. Upper balcony is equally private and has a stunning view of the gulf. Our boat is a 28’ CC and can come and go at all tides directly into the gulf and Vaca Cut is right around the corner for instant access to the Atlantic with Capt Hooks on the way for ice, bait and fuel. We will never rent another house and in fact look to do and extended stay next year. No disappointments here folks.

Amazing place to stay

My family and I stayed at this property for a week (July 2023) and had a wonderful time. The house itself is big, beautiful, the view from the top master were spectacular. The pool was nice, clean, maintained while we stayed, the view from the pool were great. My kids and I all caught fish right off the dock. We caught mangrove snapper right there, as well as a few nurse shark, and something that we may never know lol. We saw tarpon busting right there AND a manatee made a little visit one day as well. We brought the boat, the dock was nice and easy, boat ramp only about a mile away (mile marker 54). Location was very convenient- publix only a few miles away. Plenty of restaurants near by to choose from. sombrero beach was only like 3-4 miles away, with a great covered play ground. Kitchen was big, fully stocked with all the necessities and the fridge was HUGE. We had zero issues during our stay, with the only complaint being the HEAT outside, which is not the fault of the property! I would highly recommend as a nice clean place to rent.

Breathtaking view in a great location!

This was truly an awesome home and location for our family vacation. The house offers beautiful ocean views especially from the upstairs master bedroom. Most mornings we would sit out on the balcony enjoying the view and drinking our coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and ample space so many "cooks" could be in there without tripping on each other. We loved the game room area as it's own separate space (and the full length ocean views). The poker table was perfect for our nightly card or dice games. The landscaping was well taken care of and it provided us with many beautiful backgrounds for pictures. The pool was great for us. We are a family with older teenagers/young adults so we used the pool primarily for playing pool volleyball or just cooling down. The house is located less than 1/2 mile from Walgreens, walking distance, and about 2 1/2 miles from the grocery store which was convenient. The airport is very close and has a nice bike/running path around it for our 4 mile runs. Night time was perfect for sitting out especially since they have an automatic mosquito system. We had decided against renting a boat and instead rented paddle boards and a kayak from Keys Kayak. This was the best decision. The water was very calm with no big waves to deal with. The water in the bay went from very shallow to very deep quickly. We enjoyed paddle boarding out to find stuff and going around the nearby island. Because it is so deep right by the dock, several times a day we would have a pair of dolphins swimming in there. Sometimes they would come up not far from us while we were on our paddle boards. The house is near the end of a canal where the manatees hang out but sometimes they paid us a visit to get a nice fresh water hose down. We saw horseshoe crabs which are very unusual as at first we thought they were sting rays. Oh, we also saw those. We saw lots of nurse sharks sometimes near the dock and discovered near the rocks by the end of the canal a bunch of baby nurse sharks. We also saw lots of baracuda. It became a rule that we couldn't come in from paddle boarding unless we saw a shark. They often were in or around the same locations so it became easy to find or avoid. Despite that, we still enjoyed jumping into the ocean right off the dock. We had several iquana guests to watch. Again, great location with so much to explore. Would go again.

Beautiful House on the Water

Very nice property with the water (and private pool) in the backyard. Boat dock i'd imagine would be super awesome and useful if you have a boat. Only negative is we did get destroyed by Noseeums towards the end, though as most know it's pretty impossible to pinpoint where and when you get attacked. From what we understand on calm days (no wind) stay away from calm waters. Most days were windy at the house and we had zero issues. The last two days were very calm, so maybe don't sit right next to the dock and dangle your feet in the water on calm days/evenings, as that could have been where we got attacked (and use that bug spray!)

This is the second year that we have stayed at this property. It is a beautiful home in a great location. This year we took our boat and used the boat dock out back. We will be returning again next year.

Fun in Marathon Key

Shangri-La on the gulf at Marathon Key is a great house on the ocean with a pool. Only had a few minor issues that were handled quickly by the manager. No sandy beach there there but the breeze and view are magnificent. I highly recommend this home.

Checkout procedures and insect issue

We enjoyed our stay, however we were a little taken by the ant issue and some termites flying around in master bedroom and bathroom. Also we have stayed in other Vrbo homes, and we’re never told to wash property linens before leaving, like in this rental. Overall, great property and amenities.

Thank you for your review, we did notice that you guys brought the lazy boys and other comfortable chairs to the living room area to have more sitting area. Glad that you guys were able to do that. We do have more of a movie night set up in the den area with new lazy boys and full size sofa.

Great Home on the Gulf

Nice Home, great location. Master Bathroom Cabinets needs work. It would be nice if the plastic was left off the dinning room chairs. 3rd Bedroom had no built in closet. Jessenia was very nice to deal with.

Hi Elke It was my pleasure to deal with you as well. I am happy to say that we have added a portable closet for the guest bedroom and the master drawer board that needed cosmetic repair has been replace .
