Oceanfront La Palapa Condo, "Bella Solana" - 6ème étage condo centre. 2 chambres avec lit king en maître et 2 lits jumeaux en autre (peut être transformé en lit king), chacune avec salle de bain, salon et salle à manger, joliment décorée, cuisine entièrement équipée, télévision câblée dans le salon, lecteur DVD / CD, climatisation, haut-parleur Bluetooth, Internet sans fil, ventilateurs de plafond et terrasse-balcon avec une vue spectaculaire sur la baie de Banderas et les montagnes de la Sierra Madre. Great property with an exceptional location. You cant get stay any closer to the beach/water than this. The Zona Romantica is known for it's amazing sunsets. You have a front row seat from the balcony.

Enjoyable vacation location

Great location, comfortable condo, friendly staff. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the activity in the ocean, sunsets were beautiful. The pool and pool area is well maintained. Great accommodations for a relaxing, enjoyable vacation.

Wonderful location. Beautiful sunsets and watching storms roll in across the bay. Central to everything. Perfect for us. Pool was great for a mid morning swim or an evening plunge. The elevator was out for a couple of days and when you're on an upper floor and it's 90 degrees out, it can be challenging to do go up and down multiple times daily, but that happens from time to time. Obviously that is not the fault of the location - just an inconvenience that was managed well. Overall a wonderful experience in a condo building that we love and we have stayed in other units previously. Front desk is always available and present. Highly recommend this location.

Nothing short of magical

That is what this place is : from the views of the sunset, to the ease of check-in and communication with everyone, to the helpfulness of the cleaning staff and the door guy when minor things are needed. Everything just goes smooth and the only thing you need to do is relax and enjoy. That’s all !

Perfect Location!!!!

This condo was exactly what my husband and I were looking to stay in for our holiday trip!! Located in the heart of Los Muertos beach right on the beach we couldn’t ask for more. We sat on the balcony having mimosas and people watched. The sound of the ocean waves at night provided for a relaxing sleep. The part of it all was the location. We’d walk down to the many restaurants, bars and bakeries. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Very quaint and authentic

We very much enjoyed our visit. The property was ideally located so no vehicles were needed. The view was terrific and access to restaurants and the beach was outstanding. Air conditioning worked great and kept us comfortable during a very warm and humid season. The rooftop pool was so peaceful.

Wonderful location and great view!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It had everything we needed including spices for cooking, a big water dispenser so we didn’t have to worry about buying water plus chairs, umbrella and many beach towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. We could easily walk to restaurants, stores and the beach. Was a great vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

Craig’s condo is exactly as described. The property is amazing. The condo is very well maintained and the service from the front desk and housekeeping was fantastic. The views are outstanding, sunsets stunning. The restaurants in the area are incredible. We have stayed at this property before with other hosts and this one is the top of our list. Craig provided more information than expected that was extremely informative. We would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your condo with us :)

Excellent vacation condo

From the moment we booked this condo at La Palapa, we knew we made the best decision because of the excellent communication with the host. This was our first visit to PV. The condo is amazing, with the best view (location) We especially appreciated the comfortable deck to view the beach and all the activity. We were amazed and grateful that there was bottled water!!! Appreciate the guys at the front desk which were friendly and helpful. Our amazing week was definitely enhanced by choosing La Palapa condo to stay.

What a great time!

We had the best time! We went to the beach club for five days got massages at Aura Spa (been going there for 30 years) fabulous restaurants, wonderful service our room was always clean and the people at the front desk were more than fabulous. Don’t forget to go to the pinnacle for happy hour half price cocktails can’t wait to go again next year. This unit at La Palapa was the best right on the ocean beautiful place, beautiful kitchen, living room, bedrooms fabulous.

No better location!

Our family of four had a great time here. The view from the balcony and living room/ bedroom is second to none. The pictures accurately depict the decor and view. The thing that sets this listing apart is the owner. Craig is very responsive and proactive. This is the best experience I've had renting from vrbo. We will return because of the location and peace of mind dealing with a great owner we can trust to treat us well.

Beautiful Location overlooking Los Muertos Beach in the Romantica Zone

Wonderful condo, right on the beach! Enjoy the sounds of the waves while still within walking distance of remarkable restaurants. We also enjoyed our patio overlooking La Palapa and the amazing pool on the rooftop! Daily maid service with fresh towels, beds made up and the condo tidied. Full kitchen with all the amenities, bottled water and right round the corner a bodega with wonderful chips, pico and guacamole to watch the parasailing! Air conditioning in both bedrooms made for a cool restful sleep after a day in the sun. We enjoyed another wonderful visit to Puerto Vallarta at this amazing location!

La Palapa Stay

The condo was in a perfect location right on the beach so the sound of waves night and day was very soothing. The Mexican inspired condo decor was very fitting. Check in and check out were smooth. Maid service was good however the cleaning person did not knock on the door before entering the room when returning a rug that was cleaned. I really think she should be asked to knock in case residents are not prepared for her entrance. One other item we were pretty bummed about is that we weren’t notified by Craig that the rooftop pool area was being maintained for 3 months. We were really looking forward to enjoying the pool and laying out on rooftop. I’m not sure if we would have stayed at this location if we knew about the pool. Despite that, we enjoyed the condo and location.

We will pass on your concerns to our maid to insure this doesn't happen, again. Regarding the pool renovation; when we were notified of the dates for the pool work we emailed all our guests that would be visiting during that time informing them of both the work that would taking place and the availability of an alternative pool area located at one of our neighboring buildings. It appears as though this email went into your junk folder. We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience and your subsequent disappointment because of.

La Palapa - what a lovely place!

La Palapa is the perfect location within the Emiliano Zapata/Romantic Zone neighborhood. We love staying in this building, so we were happy to find this condo available for our trip this year. Our favorite thing about it is the breathtaking view from the balcony! Every day, we would start before sunrise and watch the town slowly wake up. Then, in the evening, catch a beautiful sunset, or see the pier lights turn on. The inside of the condo also totally exceeded our expectations. The kitchen is fully stocked (minus your own groceries), if cooking is your thing on vacation. We prefer to explore all the fantastic places to eat in the neighborhood. Our friends stayed in the 2nd bedroom and said everything was great. My husband and I had the master bedroom that also had a window with the same view as the balcony. The owner was very thorough and helpful after our booking. Everything was set up to our liking. We also were in contact with the property manager regarding something during our stay. She was very kind. The cleaning lady always had a smile on her face. The gentlemen at the front desk have been there for years and continue to be such nice and helpful guys. Each day, we also spent time at the La Palapa restaurant’s beach club right at the bottom of the building. What a lovely place!

Beautiful Location

All of the building staff were so friendly and helpful! Beautiful view and perfect location! We had everything we needed. The restaurant downstairs had lounge chairs and umbrellas that were perfect for us, only need to spend 500 pesos on food/beverages to enjoy, otherwise there are beach chairs provided in the condo. Many restaurants and convenient stores near by, and it is a very walkable location. We hope to return!
