Belle maison 3/2 rénovée située à Hollywood Beach, à 3 km du célèbre hôtel Margaritaville Resort. Juste à court vélo de la plage. Fermer l'accès au taxi d'eau et de nombreux autres équipements peuvent accueillir 10 personnes. A une cuisine complète en granit et une belle salle de bains avec douche. Le linge de maison et les serviettes sont inclus, ainsi que le Wifi et la télévision intelligente.
Quartier très sympathique et idéal pour se détendre pendant des vacances agréables!

Way below our standard

The house is big and that is its main quality. However it's very quirky and not really cozy. It actually feels quite empty (so empty sounds resonate) and in general isn't very well equipped. The kitchen lacks basic things like a kettle, a decent (not worn out) frying pan or a vegetable peeler. The beds are really bad (shaky frames and cheap mattresses, all covered in plastic) and the old synthetic sheets made us itchy. One of the beds didn't even have a flat sheet, just the bare comforter laid over the fitted sheet. Both showers only have a head up in the wall, no hand held spray. The TV in the main living room is too high and the Roku device hanging from it is slow and hard to control because of its position. Several electrical outlets (including a whole rack in the kitchen) weren't working. No proper curtains in the bedrooms to cut out the exterior light, while the lights outside stay on all night. Floor was dirty (crumbs, dirt etc) especially in the kitchen and main living room. Finally, host was relatively nice. However it took her two whole days after my booking request (which I instantly confirmed with a text and my picture ID) and she actually called with a request to delay or check-in so as to accommodate the previous guests. We found an arrangement where we checked in later but dropped off or luggage early (in the TV room at the back, so we're not the ones who soiled the floor in the kitchen and living room), which was convenient for us. Then she sent us the information and never inquired about our stay until we left. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience but I can't say we had a pleasant stay nor would I recommend this place to any of my friends.

It was in a convenient location and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay. The renter was accessible when we needed her. She responded quickly to any request. I would rent again.

Big clean comfortable house.

Clean place with comfy beds. Nice kitchen with new appliances. Two separate family rooms each with tv’s. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The beach was less than 10 mins away and less than $10 Uber ride. Would definitely stay here again. Not 1 complaint about the house or location.

Very clean and in a secure area

Perfect location- we were visiting friends in Bal Harbor then going on a cruise from Ft. Lauderdale- this option was right in between and cheaper than most hotels we looked at. Also near Ocean Blvd with restaraunts and the beach- would stay here again.

Just place we needed

We were in FL for a family wedding and the home was a perfect base for our weekend. From the treats in the fridge to cut our hunger so we wouldn't ravage a grocery store at arrival, to beach towels for a day trip, we felt like we were able to focus on the tasks and events ahead. The house was clean and comfortable. A hiccup in our stay was handled immediately and added a "remember when" moment to our memories. :) Check in and check out was smooth and we would certainly recommend staying here instead of a hotel. The only thing we found ourselves factoring in each day was the travel time in the traffic.

B-day celebration in Hollywood

House was beyond my expectations, my friends and I had a great time. Big parking, everything in the house was very modern, close to the beach, lots of restaurants near by. Everything was just great.

Darelynn was WONDERFUL and us the only thing that saved this from 1star.

As I said the hostess was great. 2 problems at check -in that literally were handled in minutes. Good location. Having said that the place was dirty. No crumbs or overt things but walking barefoot on time and our feet were black. Either finger prints or chipped paint on every door frame. Smell from blue room like old food or worse. Decor (outside of renovated kitch/baths) looked liked purchsed in thrift store. Literally nothing matched 6 shades of wood tones. Outdoor table spray painte white with streaks and runs on glass. Dark with green lighting were there were no windows. Wood framing boards to keep master bath tiolet tank upright. If hot water in bathroom sink used while other hot water was on, loud banging sounds ensued. I have used home Away or VRBO about 5 times. Never had a place this bad.

Quiet, good communication

A very large home. The house was perfect for our needs. Quiet area. Great communication with the owner. Local food menus available and close to stores. Only negative I have to offer is, although the house was clean, there was a very strong odor of dog. One of our guests is allergic to animals, and it was uncomfortable. I think the thick humid Florida air and the house closed up, it intensified the smell. We opened all the windows, but did not get much relief.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The house is comfortable, and it is located in a very nice neighborhood close to restaurants. It could easily be rated as a 5 if they had also twin beds in the bedrooms. It is advertised to fit up to ten people, but after seven guests, there are charges per every additional guest; this policy did not make much sense to us, since they had to sleep on air mattresses on the floor. We did love the house and how well equipped it was.

Excellent Location and beautiful 3 BR and 2 BA home! Love it!!!!!

Beautiful home in an excellent location! It has three big beds and a sofabed and all amenities we needed. Closer to beach, shops and restaurants! We were there for a tennis tournament and we enjoyed every minute of our stay in this home. Darelynn was an excellent host and was in communications throughout our stay. Loved our stay there and would love to stay there again next time we travel to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood/Plantation area.
