Just as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Nice view of the sunrise from the deck. The hot tub was big and in good working order. It was nice to be just a mile from the park entrance. I would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location for a wedding at Della Terra. Itâs located next to pool, which is great and with private hot tub with Excellent view of river. Would recommend and stay again
Highly recommend this place for your next trip to Estes Park!
Property was clean and thoroughly furnished. The extras like free snow shoes and movie rentals are another great highlight. We enjoyed a quiet place and the sound of Fall River while on our hot tub.
Spacious rental property with a large balcony for a scenic early breakfast and private hot tub for late night relaxation after a long day of hiking. It is located right outside Rocky Mountain National Park and close to the amenities in Estes Park. The staff were awesome, anything you need they will take care of!
This was the perfect location for our group of two couples with a short drive into both Rocky Mountain NP and Estes Park. The condo was clean, roomy, and well stocked. We had coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning while enjoying the mountain views and the sound of the river below. Hiking during the day, a visit to the private hot-tub in the afternoon, then dinner in Estes Park daily made for the perfect long weekend get-away. We would definitely book this place again.
When we arrived the first thing we noted was the property is just like it appears on the website. We enjoyed cooking in the good sized kitchen, the views from the balcony, very comfortable beds, the hot tub, and complimentary snow shoes. It was just a short drive to Estes Park but allowed us to stay in a beautiful mountain area.
This property was exactly how it looked on the website which was exactly what we wanted. It was in a good location just outside of downtown Estes and close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park. The kitchen and living room are spacious. The beds were comfortable. And the place was clean. That's really all you can ask for.
This is one of the cleanest and well-supplied properties we have ever stayed in. Even fans were supplied-which we needed! I was happy to see how many towels were supplied, since there wasnât a washer/dryer in the unit. The property is very well kept and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the river rushing by.
The location of this property is beautiful. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and a pretty short drive to the center of Estes Park. I think the property is a little dated and some things maybe need to be pointed out in the description. The property does not have air conditioning. Even in Estes Park, July is pretty warm. With windows open it was nearly comfortable, but rough on my allergies. Also, the hot tub is not very private. Sure, you need a code to get in and it is reserved for your unit, but you have to leave your unit and walk near the pool to the hot tub. All in all it was a good stay. Not sure I would stay in this unit again though.
We had a beautiful time in Estes Park and the location of the inn was great! With that being said, the property was not in great shape. There were exposed wires leading to our unit, chipped paint and a leak in our ceiling over bed. The maintenance man came to look but all he did was push the bed forward so we wouldnât get dripped on our heads while sleeping. Also, the advertised hot tub was not directly attached to the unit. We did have a private hot tub, but had to exit our unit and walk through the parking lot to access which made it much less enjoyable then we had hoped.
