Bienvenue à Maui, votre paradis vous attend! Notre condo est situé dans le Kamaole Sands Resort à Maui, en face du magnifique parc Kamaole Beach III. Il est situé dans la cour intérieure hautement souhaitable du complexe, au rez-de-chaussée, avec l'intimité d'une unité d'extrémité. L'unité est idéalement située à proximité de toutes les commodités du complexe, y compris la grande piscine et le jacuzzi (fête de piscine Mai Tai le mercredi), centre de fitness, courts de tennis et plus!

Kamaole Sands est une belle et relaxante station balnéaire avec plus de 15 acres de verts et un paysage tropical d'Hawaii et de superbes équipements. Le complexe offre également un emplacement idéal, à quelques minutes à pied des boutiques et des restaurants du sud de Kihei et à quelques minutes de route de Wailea.

Amazing

My family stayed here for just over a week and loved it. They have games for the kids and so much beach stuff for all of us to use we had to rent nothing. Fully stalked and so close to the beach. The pool is right next door as well. Thanks Joy and Matt!

Beautiful property, great location and very comfortable.

The condo was very comfortable, much more so than other units I have stayed at in Maui. Everything you need is there and they have an excellent supply of beach equipment. Across from the best beach , never too crowded, sand and the surf are perfect. Had a wonderful time and will definitely rebook here next year.

Perfect condo for family with toddler

We loved Matt and Joy's place! It is close to the beach, pool and restaurants. We were travelling with our toddler (almost 2 years old) and the condo had everything we needed for her (pack and play, plastic wear, even kids utensils). We used the beach cart almost daily and it was a life saver as we trucked our daughter and all of her beach gear back and forth. Definitely recommend!

Great location

We loved being so close to the beach, Kam III was the best beach in our opinion. If you want a view this not not the location for you. But easy access to the pool and parking spot, worked great for us.

Clean, convenient unit. Well-maintained complex. Friendly, helpful staff. Quick responses from owner. Beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, wagon available. My faves: morning coffee on the lanai and a quick walk to Kam 3 beach.

Clean, comfortable, great location

This was our second stay at Kamaole Sands and we were so pleased again. We were particularly impressed with how this unit was maintained. The cleanliness, organization, and comforts helped make our vacation super relaxing and stress free. I love the location, so close to the pool with a lovely lanai next to the lawn. Monica was so helpful and responsive. You can tell the owners treasure this property and truly want others to enjoy their stay in Maui.

We would stay here again!

Property and unit were as pictured. We were notified about checkin time that the dishwasher was not working properly and it wouldn’t be fixed until after our stay, bummer to have to hand wash dishes on vacation. Other than that, all was great.

Kamoale Sands stay!

Thank you Joy and Matt! Our family stay at your condo at Kamoale Sands was a joy! The condo was clean and well maintained. The property was well kept and facilities (pool, gym, activity area) absolutely perfect. Thanks for keeping the kitchen well equipped amd the Murphy bed was an added touch that made the stay for our 4 family members more than manageable. Also lots of snorkeling equipment and boogie boards that come in handy. Thank you again! We would recommend this to other families.

Excellent place to holiday relax

Three families traveled together and our condo was the best, furnished, cleaned, and supplied. We wanted for nothing just our food and libations. Walking distance to beaches restaurants and shopping. Shaded lanai was ample to sit and relax. We have used VRBO often and this with one other(Italy) did not disappoint in any way. There were beach toys for kids(we had no need) and the beach chairs were a godsend. There was no oean view but the condo was bright and would and will stay again with Mike and Monica. D&R Canada

Fabulous girls trip

Three of of stayed at this wonderful location. We could walk across the street for endless beach and snorkel time at a variety of nearby beaches. We even walked to the boat launch for our whale watching trip. Shops and restaurants were close enough too. We managed the 10 days without a rental car. Used Uber for airport transfers and one day of adventure to Ho'okipa beach & Paia . Other than that we rented bikes to explore the locality and made it as far as Big Beach to the south, and Sugar Beach to the north.The condo was extremely roomy and perfectly equipped with all the beach gear imaginable. We used the ground floor lanai for exercising in the mornings and for all our meals. The kitchen had most of the basics, but we made do without salt and pepper. The bed and bedding was perfectly comfortable. The condo gardens are spectacular, and the pool area was perfect. Just the right blend of sun and shade for lounging and swimming. Books and puzzles from the games room were nice to have. There is a tradition that every evening at 5:30 residents walk down to the field at Kamaole III to watch the sunset. It was so nice we did it every day. I heartily recommend this condo as it was one of the very best places I've ever stayed.

Way nice Condo!

We had a fabulous time! The condo was even better than the pictures. The beach across the street was close and awesome. The pool and hot tubs were so much fun and were close by. I was really glad the master bedroom had its own ac unit. The bed was so comfy and sheets were soft and good thread count. Everything was well equipped. I would stay here again when I return to Maui. Also the parking spot was very close to the unit, and because it was a ground floor unit and a end unit, it was very private and we had no noise from neighbors. Way fun vacation! Thank you!

Excellent condo

Condo unit was as advertised. Our second stay at Kamaole Sands and the condo grounds and atmosphere at the resort is excellent. Condo is very clean, fully functioning AC units in bedroom and living room, parking just outside your door, good quality beach chairs, much needed umbrellas for the beach, beach towels and plenty kitchenware items. There were also plenty of beach toys if you have have young children or teens. Barbecue pits are clean with overhead protection and picnic tables. We had some great barbecue meals with our travel friends who stayed in the same condo building. Location is ideal. Plenty of beaches and snorkelling nearby. Owners are very organized and a pleasure to work with. Maui is our favourite island. We will definitely stay at this unit again. Hope this review is helpful to fellow travellers.

Maui vacation

We found the condo roomy, clean and comfortable. The decor was a beach theme. There is ac and two tvs for those who need one. The kitchen is well equipped to have meals in when you don't feel like eating out, and the complex has grills to bar b que on. There are plenty of towels and there are beach items such as chairs and sand toys to use. The bathrooms were great. The master bath is roomy with a tub while the other has a shower. And the master bedroom was excellent! It was in a perfect location to do most anything that you wanted to do. We rented a car and drove all over the island with no problems though the one lane roads were exciting! We also took advantage of the concierge service there at the complex, and did some fabulous adventures. If we had known that you could take day trips to the other islands we would have stayed on Maui the whole time as our base since the accommodations were so much better there!

Great condo at a great complex!

Great condo in our favorite condo complex! We've stayed at Kamaole Sands before, and the complex is really great for couples, singles, and families. The condo itself was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described in the posting. Having a corner unit was especially nice, as it was quieter and had more light. Mike and Monica were quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. A quick to trip to the grocery store and we had all the provisions we needed to make it our temporary home! The beach is just across the street and has great amenities and snorkeling opportunities. There's really no need to go to other beaches, as this one is large, has great surf, and is a two-minute walk from your condo. We recommend Bistro 808 for breakfast - can't get enough of that yummy banana bread French toast. It's just a quick walk up the street from the condo and has great service. Check out Monkeypod in Wailea for dinner, and don't forget to order the pie for dessert!

Nice condo unit

We stayed in Mike and Monica's unit for 14 nights. The unit was relatively clean but not sparkling. The trash can under the kitchen sink was not emptied prior to our arrival and the main bathroom shower grout could have done with a good scrubbing. The king bed was very comfy while the living room hide-a-bed was not at all comfortable even to sit on. The lanai storage was equipped with 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, several boggie boards and sand toys. The unit was a few steps from the pool with a beautiful orchid wall to pass by every day. Being on the ground floor was convenient but did not afford us a view of the ocean. All in all, the condo served our needs. Mahalo.
