Idéalement situé au coeur de Paris, ce joli 2 piÚces trÚs lumineux comporte un salon, un coin cuisine tout équipé, une grande chambre, une salle de bain équipée d'une baignoire, et des WC séparés.

CapacitĂ© d’accueil : 3 personnes maximum, avec un lit double dans la chambre et un canapĂ©-lit double dans le salon.

Vous pourrez profiter du quartier piéton de Montorgueil, de la proximité des grands boulevards avec leurs multiples théùtres, la Seine à seulement 12min à pieds, le musée du Louvre et la rue de Rivoli trÚs commerçante.

My son and I really enjoyed our three night stay in this cozy Parisan flat. Marina was very helpful and was easily accessible when I had questions. She was also very helpful with transportation advice. The flat was very comfortable, but the best part was the location. The neighborhood was beautiful, and there are restaurants and cafes everywhere. It's also an awesome location if you wish to walk to many of the sights, as we did. I'm very happy with our choice to stay at this location.

Weekend in Paris

The stay was delightful. A ten minute walk from the Louvre, in between metro stations with plenty of shops and restaurants within 2 minute walk. Mina was super helpful at check-in with constant communication provided. Great value for location. Would stay again.

Excellent location

great place to stay

We checked in without problems acording to the provided instructions. Place has a wonderful location in the city center and at the same time it is peaceful at nightime. I want to thank host for the tipps about surroundinggs. We had blast of the time in Paris and rue Mandar will have a warm place in our memories.

Amazing location!

Marina is an amazing host! So thorough, so easy to communicate with and incredibly welcoming and helpful with any information needed. The flat is in a perfect location! Very centralized, many stores, cafes and restaurants nearby, but on a quiet street so nighttime was quite peaceful. We felt very safe in the neighborhood at all times and the apartment was very comfortable. We highly recommend!

Great location, comfortable apartment

We were very happy with our stay at this 'cosy flat' in the Marais. Marina was excellent with communication and flexibility with checking in and out of the property. The flat was bigger than I expected from the pictures and previous reviews, although it was comfortable for 3 people, I think it would feel crowded if there were more. Beds were comfortable. Towels were old and in need of an update. We appreciated the 'breakfast provisions', although I would say that these are European style, no milk provided and I normally do not count biscuits as breakfast. This is an excellent area to be in and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Fantastic Location

Marina is as gracious a host as one could ask for. She communicated well in advance of the trip with all the details regarding the property and accessing the location. She was also helpful with suggestions on activities and ideas to maximize our stay. Her flat is in an amazing location. There are lots of restaurants and shops just outside her building. It’s no more than a twenty minute walk from lots of the major tourist attractions and the area was completely safe into the wee hours of the morning. We lived out of our suitcases so limited storage was no bother. Also, it’s Paris. Even though the flat is comfortable we weren’t in it much because there was so much to see and do. It was a fantastic trip made more enjoyable because of Marina and her apartment!

Perfect location

Thanks Mariana for everything, my family and I (2 adults + 2 kids) had a great time in your loft! The loft is very cozy and well located. Beautiful neighborhood with many cafĂ©s and shops around. Close to metros and bus stations. Pos: location, communication with the host ( Marina was amazing!), easy checking and checkout, comfortable bed, cozy loft, safe. Cons: bathroom suitable for bathing not shower (the tub don’t have shower curtain, making around the tub wet and very slippery). Because it’s Marina’s actual place, it has too much of her personal staff everywhere. There is no closet space available, only two drawers to store clothes. Overall I do recommend Mariana’s loft. Best for two max three people.

Cosy flat déception

L’hĂŽte Marina est formidable au niveau des communication et l’appartement est vraiment bien situĂ© pour accĂ©der aux sites majeurs. La grande dĂ©ception est l’état de l’appartement. Il n’est pas propre et les murs et plafonds sont lĂ©zardĂ©s. Quant Ă  la literie elle devrait ĂȘtre rafraĂźchit surtout le couvre matelas. Quant au matelas il a fait son temps. Marina a eu la gentil de nous donner un petit dĂ©dommagement lorsqu’on lui a mentionnĂ© que l’appartement n’était pas propre. Quant Ă  la localisation l’appartement n’est pas au 12 rue du Faubourg PoissonniĂšre mais plutĂŽt au 12 rue Mandar. Encore une fois la localisations est parfaite et Marina est trĂšs disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos demandes.

Perfect place

Great apartment in a perfect location in Paris. We were there with 2 older children and a smaller child and there was enough space for us. But we didn't need the kitchen. There are simply too many good restaurants in the area. ;-) We had such a wonderful time there and the communication with Marina was great. Thank you again for let us stay in your cozy home.

Super séjour !

L'appartement est parfait: propre, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, trĂšs bien placĂ© pour les visites, de nombreux commerces Ă  proximitĂ©. La rue est calme, et nous nous y sommes sentis en sĂ©curitĂ© avec nos 3 enfants. Marina met tout en Ɠuvre pour que l'on se sente Ă  l'aise, et pour que notre sĂ©jour se passe au mieux. Il n'y a eu que du positif dans cette expĂ©rience. Nous reviendrons chez Marina, c'est certain.

Appartamento delizioso e centralissimo

L'appartamento Ăš nel centro, comodissimo ma silenzioso. Ampio, pulito, arredato con attenzione e cura. Il letto Ăš comodo ed il divano va bene anche per due persone adulte. Marina Ăš molto gentile e in caso di problemi o difficoltĂ  ti aiuta a risolverli al meglio. Ci ha fornito numerosi ottimi consigli sulle attivitĂ  ed i ristoranti migliori e ci ha aiutato nel gestire il nostro viaggio. Appartamento e host consigliatissimi!

Everything I read from past reviews has proven to be very accurate and reliable. What I liked the most about the apartment was the location, location, location! And that Marina was a wonderful host. The place is very convenient and close to everything that our family needed (and I have 3 little kids). It was walking distance to the Louvre and many other sightseeing places. It was walking distance to the metro (Les Halles) and our family of 5 easily traveled to the Versailles and Disneyland Paris. Also, the neighborhood was so packed with cafes & restaurants that we ate out for dinner nearly every single night at places that were just a few minutes’ walk away. For breakfast, there were plenty of bakeries and cafes open nearby. Again, the location was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. To address some things mentioned in prior reviews, this place is not like an empty hotel room where you have plenty of space to put away your luggage. We recognized that this is her home and coming from a big city ourselves, we were careful to be quiet and respectful of her neighbors. The apartment was indeed quiet and cozy. We left our suitcases out next to the bed and put our clothes in several empty drawers and on hangers that Marina set aside for us. Our young kids were fine with the pull-out couch. I brought U.S. outlet adapters for our electronics but it turned out that Marina provided a USB hub which allowed us to recharge our cell phones and iPad (we brought our own USB cords). Finally, there is a washer in the apartment for doing laundry which allowed us to cut in half what we had planned to pack for our weeklong trip. There are dryers in a lavanderia across the street and it closes at 10pm (costs 1 euro/10 minutes). Yes, the apartment is cozy but our family rarely spent any time in it. We spent 90% of our time outdoors sightseeing and the place was mostly for us to lay our heads at night after long days of exploring Paris. Finally, Vrbo slightly obscures the actual location of the apartment for understandable privacy reasons. For planning purposes, I would have found it helpful to know that the apartment is actually south of Vrbo’s “blue circle” which means that the apartment is really closer to the Louvre & the Seine river than it appears. In summary, this place is a great value for its prime location and overall convenience. Also, we found Marina to be an extremely helpful and accommodating host!

Appartement idéalement situé pour découvrir Paris en famille ou entre amis . Quartier vivant proche des commerces tout étant dans une rue calme. Ascenseur bien Appréciable aprÚs une journée de marche intense ! Marina a été joignable à tout moment pour nous donner de bonnes adresses . Bref, séjour parfait !

Diese LAGE....!!!

...ist fĂŒr mich die beste, die man in Paris haben kann! Mittendrin im typischen, pariser Leben mit tollen Straßencafes und kleinen LĂ€den aber: kein Autoverkehr und absolute Ruhe. Zudem ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu sehr, sehr vielen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten. Wir haben alles ohne Verkehrsmittel erreicht und haben die Bahntickets am Ende verschenkt ;-) Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen und war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn man eine Frage hat kĂŒmmert sie sich umgehend und rĂŒhrend. Wir wollen unbedingt zurĂŒckkommen. Herzlichen Dank fĂŒr alles, Gaby und Familie

Darling apartment at great location.

We did quite a lot of sightseeing on foot from the apartment. Great little shops just steps from the door. The view of rooftops was wonderful. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Location, Lovely Place

Marina was a fantastic host! Very responsive and very helpful. The place was indeed cozy, I loved it, worked out perfectly. This was my first time in Paris, and the neighborhood this flat is in, is how I pictured Paris neighborhoods to be - narrow streets, lots of quaint cafes, restaurants, bars. You're 1/2 mile from the Louvre and conveniently located to Paris' train systems, which makes getting around so easy. Using the transportation system, it's easy to get to any of the Paris sights. I highly recommend doing one of the hop on/hop off bus tours (several companies do them). It's a great way of taking in the sights and stopping at any iconic landmarks such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, Louvre, to name a few. I would definitely stay here again. One thing to keep in mind, if you have the windows open, is there will be some noise from nearby cafes, late into the night (2 am). This is part of the charm of the neighborhood, however.

Emplacement parfait et calme

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour chez Marina. L'emplacement est parfait: quartier animé à deux pas du Louvre. En plus l'appartement est au dernier étage donc trÚs calme. Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours à Paris en couple ou en famille !
