Le quai a été agrandi en 2009, qui comprend un salon couvert, de beaux meubles à quai, une plus grande plateforme de bain et de soleil, plus 12 'X 28' Le bordereau de bateau invité couvert pour votre usage!

Cet emplacement Premier sur 'The Lake' se trouve à seulement quelques minutes du quartier sportif et de divertissement d'Osage Beach et de tous les meilleurs restaurants de la région par terre et / ou par eau. Les terrains de golf de championnat, les spas de jour de luxe, le parc aquatique, les chariots à pied, la voile, les grottes souterraines, l'équitation, le mini-golf et le parc d'état sont à proximité. Fisherman c'est l'endroit! Les lits à l'eau profonde et au crabe attirent le crabe, le poisson-chat et la basse pour certains des lacs de la meilleure pêche. Poissons de 100 pieds de façade naturelle du lac de roche ou à droite du quai.

La vie sauvage naturelle abonde à cet endroit privé. Des armoises, des écureuils, des cerfs et une variété abondante d'oiseaux régulièrement observés dans toute la propriété. Trois Eagles ont déjà été repérés cette année! Le lot de deuxième niveau fortement arboré permet des moments amusants hors de l'eau et beaucoup de place à explorer.

We have stayed in this lake front home several times and have enjoyed every minute. Great views, relaxing deck and comfortable home with everything you need. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation!

Great Extended Family Vacation

We spent 4 nights with 2 families (total 9 people) and never felt crowded. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are huge. We spent a lot of time on the dock and used the fire pit a couple times. The water was rough for swimming on Friday and Saturday but that was expected during busy times. Very nice hosts. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Lake Weekend

We had such a great time at the Babb's lakehouse for the 4th of July weekend! There were 11 of us and the house slept everyone comfortably with an extra air mattress--plenty of space for everyone. We really enjoyed the fact that the rooms were large and that there were two living spaces! Our favorite part about the trip though had to have been the dock. It was unfortunately raining most of the weekend, so having a large portion of the dock that was covered still allowed us to be outside the majority of the time. When we were able to catch some sun--the large uncovered portion of the dock was used to the max! We loved everything about it. Thank you for letting us stay!

The dock is the diamond of this property

Overall our experience was good and the dock was amazing with plenty of room for 10 adults, a diving board, misting fans but the house left a little to be desired. It does not accommodate 10 adults. It states there is a pull out couch, but there is not so two adults had to end up sleeping on couches which was quite uncomfortable. The fourth bedroom in the basement is very odd in that you have to walk through the third bedroom or a bathroom to get to it so you are kind of trapped if those other two rooms are occupied. This odd room did not accommodate two adults well and it houses the washer and dryer in its closet which is extremely hard to get to as the W/D doors do not open all the way because of the closet doors.. There is a cleaning fee you pay so I was surprised when we arrived and there were towels left in the dryer we needed to remove and fold so we had enough for everyone to shower. The house needs some TLC as does the bedding and the towels so set your expectations accordingly. If you have a boat then you will get around just fine, we did not so it was a 25 minute drive to get groceries and 50 minutes to Osage beach. If you have 6-8 people and just want to lounge on the dock this place is perfect no complaints about the dock. Suggestions would be to bring your own toiletries (shower soap as well) bring some extra camping chairs as some of the chairs on the dock are broken and bring your floaties as the swimming is great off of the dock

Beautiful place, we had a blast!

The fishing was great, the dock was so much fun! The house was beautiful and the neighbors were friendly! Just wish we had empty trash cans because the raccoons are a pain to clean up after every morning but other then that we couldn’t have found a better place!!

Family Friendly in a Nice Cove

We had a great time at this house. The dock was our favorite part - it was huge, perfect for a large group to hang out, swim, and fish from. We loved the cove this home was in, as it was nice and quiet. The inside of the house was great for our large group of 10 adults and a couple kids. Overall we loved it!

Lots of room. We did bring a fold up table and extra chairs. Because we like to eat as a family. The high top table was nice but not enough seating. Busy area of the lake. Rough waters for swimming.

Great location and great outdoor space.

House is well kept with plenty of space for 3 families. AC was strong. House has everything you need. Dock is great with lots of space to hang out. Only complaint is that it is not 4 bedroom. Yes it has a bed but it is in the closet of the downstairs bedroom. It has no window and it’s connected to the bathroom and the third bedroom so you literally could get trapped if someone is in bathroom and someone sleeping in bedroom. Good room for kids if you keep door open. Not a good house for 4 couples basically, if your expecting a bedroom. 3 couples with kids and it’s perfect.

Pros and Cons to this Property

I have rented quite a few homes in my time, so want to make this a thoughtful review to help the owners with opportunities for improvement. This house is in a great location and there's some great things going for this house, but I question if it was worth what they charged per night. Pros of the property: - Layout was good for two families to stay comfortably. - Dock was so much fun with diving board, fridge, fans and furniture in covered area - Great opportunities for fishing in the open well and around the dock. We caught crappie, bass and catfish all from the dock. Areas for opportunity: - The pictures are a bit deceiving of the house and it's updates. I would say there's been some updates in some areas, but not in others. The back of the house is a little rough around the edges with a lawn that needed to be mowed and a fire pit that had no seating and was full of shot off fireworks. We didn't feel it was safe to use because we didn't know how long ago they had been there. - The dock had moldy and broken metal lounge chairs. - Toiletries aren't provided, so bring your own. - 2 of the 4 beds had stained bedding/sheets. We didn't have access to extra bedding, so had to wash it and it was set in stains. This is a BIG bugaboo for me. Bedding needs to be spotless. - The beds were just ok and you could tell they were old. Again, I feel like this is an investment that goes a long way with guests. - Overall general cleanliness was a bit of an issue. The grill was pretty dirty when we went to cook on it. The trash bins were full when we got there and then were overflowing by the time we left with animals getting into it every night and making a mess.

This house was perfect for us!!

This house was a perfect fit for our family. The four bedrooms all had king or queen sized beds, so none of the couples had to sleep in bunks - bonus! The house was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen items...plenty of pans, pots, etc, even a good blender for slushy drinks : ) There are two bathrooms and plenty of refrigerator space as there's a full size one upstairs, a full size downstairs, and even a small fridge down on the dock for when you're too lazy to walk back to the house for beverages! And lets talk about that dock - THE BEST! We spent the majority of our family time on the dock. There are lounge chairs and plenty of sunny areas, but also a wonderful shaded area with comfy deck furniture. There's a slip for your boat, and our host was even kind enough to let us use his lift for a couple days when his boat wasn't there. Oh, and the dock has a diving board - that made for some very interesting water entrances! The dock is very large - we even played our bag toss game down there! And there's pretty decent fishing right there - we caught some bluegills, which was fun for our young granddaughter. Kelly and Linda were super nice to deal with, answering all my questions quickly, even the dumb ones like how to use the trash compactor! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a a relaxing time on the lake.

Fabulous lake house with amazing dock!

We had such a great family vacation here! There was plenty of room for our family of seven to stay in the four bedrooms. It was nice to have both a living room upstairs and a family room downstairs for people to spread out in. We ate dinner outside on the upper deck around the table and drank our morning coffee on the lower deck chairs. Both decks have wonderful views! I won't lie, we spent the majority of time either on the dock or the water. The boys went fishing all the time right off the dock and caught quite a few fish! The diving board and ladder into the water made our swimming time super fun. We tied off our tubes and floated around leisurely all the time. We had rented a large pontoon boat and it fit easily into the extra boat slip. The house is right across the channel from a fun restaurant called Jolly Rogers. We could hear the live music from the deck on Friday and Saturday nights. It was just a two minute boat ride across to it. The location on the lake is perfect because the neighbors aren't too close and you can get to several fun bars/restaurants within a fifteen minute boat ride. We were happy not to be on the main channel because the water in our area never got too choppy. We would for sure come back and stay at this house!

Great house and perfect location!!!

What a wonderful place to stay! The home was perfect for our two family vacation. We had plenty of room and a beautiful view of the lake. Loved the dock and quickly discovered Jolly Rogers which became our favorite place to eat. First time staying so far from Osage Beach but it was totally worth it. Discovered a whole new world on the Gravois Arm and highly recommend it. We will be back!!

Summer 2015

My college group of friends takes a lake trip every year. This was our 4th year and we absolutely loved staying at the Babb home! Very accommodating for our group of 9! We had fun playing games at the home, hanging out on the dock & visiting Coconuts, the Jerk Shack and the near by coves! The house was spacious and the bed options were great! We would definitely like to stay there again!

Fun Family Vacation

I rented this property for a family vacation with my adult children and their significant others. We found the property to be exactly as described, very roomy and comfortable with plenty of activity options for each person in our group. We spent most of our time lounging on the very comfortable furniture on the dock and everyone enjoyed the diving board and the easy access swim ladder. This property was in a perfect location on the lake, it was close enough to restaurants by both water and land. There is also great shopping close by in case you encounter some rain during your stay. We brought our fishing boat but everyone caught most of their fish right from the dock. Neighbors were great - one of them even brought us a bottle of wine! My family highly recommends this property and will look forward to our return next year.

Our family have been spending our summers at Lake of the Ozarks for years and love everything thing the lake lifestyle has to offer. The drive from Kansas City is far enough away to feel like an adventure and close enought to make it an easy drive.

After an extensive 2 yr search for the perfect property at the best location by land & water, we discovered this wonderful property on the 4 MM of the Gravois Arm. The search was over. There is as much to do off the water, as on! Unbelievable wildlife, go-carts, caves, movie theatres, golfing, Ha Ha Tonka park, seeing the castle ruins is a must!

There are several popular restaurants on the water we enjoy very much. We love watching all the different boats go by like powerboats, cruisers, sail boats and fishing boats. We literally spend hours on the new dock every day rain or shine, fishing, swimming and relaxing. Within 5 minute boat ride you can get to popular restaurants/bars such as Coconuts, Mermaid cove at Westport Yacht club, Jolly Rogers, The Jerk Shack and Cabana Jones.
