Downtown BV - Main St Home - 311

'Downtown BV - Main Street - 311' est situé au cœur de Buena Vista, CO. Construit en 2019, il partage une ruelle rustique avec les commodités, les restaurants et la musique de Main Street. Un demi-mile de marche à l’est vous amène à la rivière Arkansas où vous pouvez faire de la randonnée / du vélo de chaque côté. Vous pouvez également vous détendre dans l'amphithéâtre et le parc de surf 'Beach' à South Main et profiter de vastes événements / rassemblements organisés tout au long de l'année par South Main.

Notre mission est de créer une expérience incroyable pour les clients de notre maison de vacances ...

L'espace

Conçu avec des finitions de style rustique et moderne, le premier étage comprend une «grande pièce» à aire ouverte comprenant un salon, une cuisine et un coin repas, à côté d’une salle d’eau. La «grande salle» se prête aux artistes du monde entier comme lieu de discussion, de rire, de boire et de goûter.

Le deuxième étage contient trois chambres (1 King Room, 1 Queen Room et 1 Bunk House avec 4 lits doubles) ainsi que deux salles de bain complètes. Chaque chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur de plancher et / ou d'un ventilateur de plafond (parfois les deux) pour la circulation de l'air et le bruit blanc. Nous avons sciemment utilisé un isolant phonique entre les murs pour donner à nos clients l'assurance d'un repos réparateur.

Parking - Nombreux parkings pour tous les invités dans la rue devant ou dans l'allée arrière de l'allié.

Our favorite rental in BV

Great house! Very well stocked. Great location…walking distance to everything! Large living area, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, great backyard area. We’ve stayed in probably 8-10 different rentals in BV, and this was our favorite. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

We stayed for 2 nights. The rental was very clean and the location was perfect. You could walk easily to the downtown restaurants and shops. There were lots of beds so the sleeping arrangements were great.

Very nice property and good location

Very nice, new construction. Went skiing in Leadville which is about an hour drive, and went to Cottonwood Hot Springs which was about 10 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping just a quick walk around the corner. View from house itself is of commercial properties vs. the cuter area of downtown, but you are only steps away.

Great Location

Location was great! You could walk to everything… restaurants, shops, hiking trail, groceries, liquor store. The house is very clean and comfortable. The sitting area in the back is a nice perk to have a private spot to relax outdoors.

The pictures don't do this house justice. It's much bigger than it looks, and it's perfectly located near main street for easy walking distance to pretty much any kind of food or store you'd want.

Birthday Celebration

Our family was all together to celebrate my husband's 75th birthday (to hike another 14,000 foot mountain) -- five adults and four children. The house was in a perfect location and accommodated all of us well. The property manager was excellent in communication. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect base for exploring BV and beyond

This home was perfect for our group of 5 adults. Incredibly clean & comfortable. Quiet street. All of the amenities you hope to have. Subtle but important touches like tankless water heater so no worries of lukewarm showers. Great location for exploring BV >> short walks to restaurants, bars, shops, and the river. A short drive to rafting and dozen of trailheads including 14ers. Dan The Owner is super responsive. We will definitely book this home on our next trip to BV.

Convenient location to town center

This was the most well-appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot!! The host was extremely easy to communicate with and was very accommodating to all of our needs. The house was immaculate. We’ll definitely stay here again when in the area.

We've stayed in BV two times before, and this was by far our best experience. Such a beautiful and comfortable home, and more spacious inside than it appears to be. Hard to imagine a a better location for a VRBO of this caliber.

Perfect location & great space for a family

The house could not be in a more perfect location. All restaurants & shops only 1 block away. This home was the most stocked rental we have ever been at. It was very clean, spacious & the bunk bed room was a hit with my children. We went dog sledding, skiing, snow mobiling & to the hot springs. Great stay!

A family wedding brought us to town and we rented both houses …. The location could not have been better. The backyard and patio was incredible. The house was clean. Layout was great. Fans were in every bedroom so we slept cool at night. We would stay here again!

Awesome Location

We loved our stay. Dan was easy to work with and the home is beautiful. Laid out for a large family. My sons are both over 6ft tall and could sleep comfortably in beds. The back yard is so relaxing and everything in downtown BV is a short walk away! Loved our time!!!!

BV Charm

The property was exactly as listed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We also rented the house next-door and were able to utilize both backyards to host all our family. The location right by Main Street allowed us to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this location and would definitely come back again.
