Patio de la cour avant a une vue spectaculaire sur le mont. Princeton avec éclairage extérieur pour une ambiance parfaite. Très paisible!. Vous pouvez observer les cerfs et la faune toute la journée. La zone de bureau a un livre de bienvenue, un guide de restaurant, des brochures d'aventure et d'information disponibles et des ports USB. La salle de bain a une armoire à pharmacie pour un rangement facile, un sèche-cheveux est fourni, si vous aimez le vôtre, veuillez l'apporter. Planche et fer à repasser situés dans le placard du hall.
Le salon a un canapé en cuir italien et une causeuse et un futon. Wifi - 60 "Smart TV Vizio. Lecteur DVD avec vidéothèque. Plan de plan d'urgence situé dans le couloir à côté des chambres. Wild Wedding Weekend

Mt. Rain was centrally located for our daughter's wedding venue at The Barn at Sunset Ranch, to town and to all our family and friends. My Husband and kids were able to go fishing while I was running around all over Buena Vista prepping for the wedding. For us the location was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house as well; especially when I had continuous projects to work on. The back yard was lovely to just sit and relax in. Very well-maintained property. We did not do a lot of cooking but, it appeared to have all the necessary types of cooking utensils available. Nice to know that you are able to cook anything you would like there. A very homey, comfortable property - Enjoy!

Perfect location in quiet town

We were in BV for two weeks and this place was perfect for us. Place was very clean and very nice. Location is great to all things in BV. Communication with owner was quick and helpful. Buena Vista now has our hearts... loved the stay. Food: Buena Viking - great burgers and tots Eddyline Brewery - great pizza and beer, two places: go to one on south main, has a larger menu. K's - great small town burger and ice cream place Casa Sanchez - best mexican food in town Deerhammer distillery - great smash burgers, didn't try whiskey as we are not drinkers Locals are great.. just start talking to people. Browns canyon rafting - we took a half day trip, guides were all very knowledgeable and great with kids. Collegiate peaks golf course - great 9 hole course, beautiful backdrop, and well kept course. Lots places to stop and soak in the river, we enjoyed camping spots that were open along the Numbers section of Arkansas River, if have time to chill and relax, highly recommended.

Hidden Gem in Colorado

Traveling to Buena Vista, we had no idea what to expect. Our three days there was filled with great outdoor activities and we can’t be more happy with our visit. We can’t wait to return and enjoy more of the natural beauty that Colorado has to offer.

Anniversary vacation

We booked this stay for a anniversary get away. The location was very convenient to town and many other short day trips. The home is very clean and had a very nice back yard/ patio! House was stocked with everything we needed. The views in the area are so beautiful! The town definitely lives up to it’s name! We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we find our way back in that area!

Spectacular view of Mt. Princton

Fine home with most of what we needed for a week of seeking adventures in the mountains. Wonderful location close to the Arkansas river and downtown BV served as a nice peaceful place to rest our heads at night. Very clean and excellent communication with the owner. Thanks for sharing your place!

Mountain View in Buena Vista

House was clean with all the advertised amenities. Nice furnishings with open living room, dining area and kitchen. Property manager communicated well via text and answered questions promptly. Check-in was easy. House was roomy enough for a family of 4. Back yard offered lots of outdoor furniture and a grill. Convenient location just a block off the main highway at the edge of town. Great view of Mt. Princeton across the street out the front door.

Mtn Rain

Kerrie and her Vrbo family provided us with a great vacation experience. The house looked to have been cleaned within minutes of our arrival! The decor was very clean and warming. The rooms were perfect with ample closet space and were particularly enjoyed that everything was labeled in the house. If we return to BV in the future, we will definitely check to see if this home is available. Kerrie was prompt with text messaging and provided friendly customer service. Although we didn’t utilize it, the backyard provides a great opportunity to enjoy the Colorado weather with bbq capabilities. We would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect place under Mt. Princeton

I have stayed at many VRBOs and this property was the cleanest and most updated property I have ever stayed at. It was perfect for my family of 4, my children both being under 7. It was a great home base for visiting the hot springs, rafting, hiking, and kayaking Cottonwood Lake. We will definitely seek this property out again in the future.

Exactly as we imagined, and we were so thankful

My husband and I had never booked with VRBO before this trip so we were a little nervous as this was my husband's 50th birthday vacation celebration in Colorado and I wanted it to be special. Kerrie made me feel at ease from the start and the Mountain Rain property was exactly as it was presented in the listing. From the front patio's daily breakfast with a mountain view, to the comfortable furniture, to the obvious professional cleanliness of the entire property. It was so welcoming, our home away from home for a week. We used Buena Vista as an ideal central location for exploring the natural beauty of Colorado on a motorcycle, in addition to rafting and hiking nearby. In the evening we would use the quiet neighborhood streets to take a walk into town for dinner. Some evenings we stayed in to cook either on the backyard grill or in the kitchen which was fully stocked with every small appliance, serving bowl, pot, pan, utensil, glass and plate you could possibly want. There was even a First-Aid kit in the closet along with puzzles for a rainy day. We didn't want for a thing but if we did, we felt Kerrie was readily available to assist with any questions. Our next VRBO rental is going to have big shoes to fill as Mountain Rain set the bar high!

Clean, comfortable, and cozy!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property—it was so clean and organized but also very welcoming. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into the details of this home to make guests comfortable and we appreciated that so much! It was quick to access town, the hot springs, and some great hiking spots, and the neighborhood is calm and quiet. We loved our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to come stay again!

Cozy, clean, and comfortable

The house is exactly as described, except that the magnificent view of Mt. Princeton isn’t mentioned enough! The furniture is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and found the house in a great location to enjoy a variety of Colorado hikes and activities.

Lovely Home away from Home

The home was exceptionally clean & well-equipped for our needs. Beautiful furniture & comfortable bedrooms. Outside areas were nice for relaxing. Location was great for many activities: jeeping to Tincup Pass, visiting Monarch Crest Continental Dive, & whitewater rafting. A washer & dryer would have been nice.

Perfect house, great expeience

This house was as described and extremely clean. We had a great view of the mountains from the front of the house. For those of you that are not from Colorado and are concerned that there is not AC in the house, don't be. We opened the windows at night and closed them in the morning and the house stayed very cool. We had to wear sweatshirts and use blankets during the day while in the house. They house was well equipped with everything that we needed(no washer and dryer if that is something that you need). There are many things to do in this area. Our host provided two binders filled with places of interest and restaurants in the area with their menus. Our host answered any questions we had quickly and she even reached out to make sure that everything was going as planned. We would definitely stay here again. Great house and great host.

Perfect Getaway!

My daughter and I spent our spring break vacation at this property. It was our home away from home! The property was clean, perfectly decorated, access to anything you would need in the kitchen, comfortable beds and beautiful sunrises. You can’t beat this location. We had an easy daily drive to Monarch Mountain, enjoyed the restaurants in downtown Buena Vista, made a quick trip to Leadville for dinner one night and were lucky enough to soak at Mount Princeton Hot Springs! We can’t wait to come back!

Great holiday get away

Rented this property while visiting family for the holidays. It was perfect for my fiancée, 3yr old daughter and myself. The house was clean and nicely decorated! The property manager was extremely helpful and responsive. She even left my daughter an Xmas stocking with little mittens and a beanie! Overall the whole experience was awesome! Would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Wonderful stay

The home was lovely, comfortable and exactly as listed. Our host communicated check in and other helpful information in a timely manner and even texted once during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything else. Very hospitable! The home is conveniently located near Brown Dog coffee, a grocery store and the main road into town, and yet is also very quiet.
