EAST LAKE GEM ON THE GREEN est une destination de détente, idéalement située à proximité des plages, des restaurants, des boutiques, de l’entraînement de baseball de printemps, etc. Passez vos journées dans la piscine étincelante ou prélassez-vous sur la véranda privée à côté de la faune. Accès facile au golf fabuleux et à quelques minutes seulement de superbes plages et de merveilleux restaurants. Cette maison est superbement décorée avec des meubles et une décoration haut de gamme. La chambre king au rez-de-chaussée romantique comprend de beaux sols en carrelage, de superbes commodes en bois et une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire de jardin. Il dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat et de grands placards pour vos effets personnels. Des portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur la piscine avec vue sur le parcours de golf.

La SECONDE REINE BEDROOM a un lit queen confortable, une télévision à écran plat intelligente et un dressing. Des portes coulissantes en verre s'ouvrent sur la piscine avec vue sur le parcours de golf.

La troisième chambre a un lit queen confortable, smart TV à écran plat et un grand placard.

La cuisine entièrement équipée est situé au centre de la piscine. Un barbecue et un mobilier de jardin confortable, POOL SIDE, offrent davantage de choix en matière de restauration et de divertissement. La cuisine est équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour faire des repas fantastiques.

Le salon du rez-de-chaussée dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat, d'un mobilier somptueux et d'un décor exceptionnel. Cette chambre est idéalement située à côté de la piscine. Il y a aussi une barre humide pour stocker et faire vos concoctions préférées.

La salle à manger est juste à côté de la cuisine et peut accueillir jusqu'à 6.

La maison est livré avec une laveuse et une sécheuse. Des planches à repasser, des sèche-cheveux, des serviettes de plage et des jouets de piscine sont fournis.

The property was just as listed, comfortable with a beautiful view of golf course. Watched the deer in the morning. Property manager was always there to answer any questions we had.

Spacious and relaxing

We enjoyed spending our week at this location. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to spend time together but also plenty of room when we needed a few minutes to ourselves. Unfortunately, Because of low temperatures, we weren’t able to use the heated pool but we did enjoy sitting out in the back.

We came for a week and the home was perfect. As described in the listing. The pool was amazing! Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The area was quiet and a lovely neighbourhood on a golf course. It was easy to access. Brian was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area

Nice property with a great pool, golf course view, and pool table in a quaint neighborhood. Beaches 30-45 min away. Would have rated higher if the house was better equipped for our stay: ran out of TP and paper towels, not enough blankets, no laundry detergent, foil, cooking oil or COFFEE…

Hello Mary, We thank you for taking the time for leaving a review. This home is a wonderful spot to have a terrific vacation. We want to take this opportunity to clarify what should be expected when you stay in someone's property as previously communicated. Typically we provide a starter roll of toilet paper. There’s usually another roll of toilet paper on the toilet or under a sink. As a rule we try to stock in addition to toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, hand soap at every sink, dish soap, laundry soap, bleach tabs, shampoo, conditioner and on and on. Most days the cleaners do a few units and it is not uncommon for us to provide 20 rolls in a day. Having said that, it is possible the cleaners either ran out or failed to stock one or more of the starter items. However, it is the guest's responsibility to purchase all toiletry and cleaning supplies as explained in greater detail in your rental agreement. ***The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished. Items such as Coffee, cooking oils, foil and so forth are usually in the home, but this is not an item typically stocked by the owner or property manager. More often what we see is renters purchase what they need and great guests will leave what they do not use for other guests.

A perfect getaway for the family

We arrived and instantly felt at home. Thehouse is as big as it looks. You have doors to access the pool and patio from the bedrooms and living area and the pool was a great place to spend our days. Groceries and shopping were easily nearby and there is a great park just across the street from the developement that is a three minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Communication was fantastic to the point that we never had the need to call the manager until it was time to check out.

Awesome house and great stay

The house was truly beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed our time there. I only wish we had more time to enjoy the house. We attended a conference in Clearwater and it had a very aggressive schedule, so we spent most of our time there and commuting back and forth. The house itself was very comfortable. My wife is disabled and in a wheelchair and needs a special bed to sleep. The house was very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely rent this house again.

Great vacation! Super comfortable and spotlessly clean. This place had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet. The golf course was never very busy. Use of garage, 7 bicycles, games, pool toys, grill, pool and pool table! On the rainy days we still had plenty to do. The property is surrounded with gorgeous, lush plantings from gardenia bushes to ferns and orchids. Lovely! Exceeded our expectations. I’d like to spend a month there next year!

beautiful home

house was gorgeous, felt like we were in a museum with all the beautiful furniture and art. loved the pool and outside dining table. kitchen was nice and large (dishwasher didn’t work so kids washed dishes by hand). we had everything we needed right there. half hour from clearwater. this neighborhood was perfect. pool toys were available, grill, bikes (we didn’t end up using though). husband and son golfed on the course the house was on. Everyone had their own big room, big bed and their own tv and bathroom. We would definetly book this house in the future.

Just what we needed

Our family spent a week in this wonderful rental. We enjoyed the home and the kids loved the pool. Brian is a dream to work with and we will definitely be using Florida Vacation Rentals again!

It's a great place for me and my wife. I love...

The house is beautiful and we loved the pool as well as the big shower. We spent our honeymoon here and had everything we needed. The house was just a little big for just the two of us but we just wished for more people to enjoy it. We picked the house because of the private pool and pool table and it did not disappoint. House was nice

Ac was set on 73 and wasn't aloud to be touched some days it was really hot in house the one bedroom the ac didn't work at all... There was no mixer so we had to buy one to cook with a lot of broking pool toys we went and bought more the location of the house and over all was nice just some things they need to improve for new renters

Great house

We had a great stay at the house. Everything was as described and were able to get in after a minor mishap with the code to get in. We also had a minor mishap with the thermostat in the first day and was quickly fixed the following day by Brian and followed up with a service tech. After the first days issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the family. The kids enjoyed the clean warm pool and the pool table. We would definitely stay there again and Brian was a great guy to work with. About the only the thing that would have made our stay better would be if the house had a hot tub😉

Lovely home and pool.

This rental home was very nice, clean and well maintained. It is nestled into in a quiet neighborhood, alongside a golf course, but you will hardly notice any golfers. The home's pool and amenities were also quite nice, and worth the visit alone. A perfect place to rent if you are looking for a quiet getaway from the tourist areas. If you are looking for a rental, near the beach, this may not be a good choice. We found the 20-30 minute drive, to the closest beach, through daily congested roads a bit frustrating. The only other negative aspect of this property, and our reason for not giving it a 5 star rating, is the handicap accessibility. We specifically looked for properties that were wheelchair accessible. While this home is quite open and spacious, perfect for a wheelchair user, the toilet areas are cramped and confined, and very difficult to maneuver and transfer in. I was fortunate to have family with us during this trip to assist. Similar concerns were encountered entering and exiting the home. There is a formidable step at the front door and garage entrance. Note: there is a small threshold to transverse from the various doors to the pool area but those were easy to navigate without assistance.

Excellent family home!

This property was beautiful, spacious and provided the perfect home away from home for our Spring Break. I loved having coffee by the pool while the kids played. We had a great time and our property manager was great at communicating expectations. Highly recommend!
