The property was so nice and so clean! It was perfect for our trip to Durango to visit where my dad grew up. It was close to all of the things that we went to see. The house was immaculate! It had everything that we needed and more! We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Very good communication From the host. Kitchen had a broken drawer and the stove was a little tricky to operate. House on 8 acres but not usable(steep mountains) it did provide privacy.The garage was not accessible which was a dissapointment beaxause we had several expensive MTB bikes to store.The views from the home are fantastic. Lots of room to spread out in the home. Our group was very happy with the accommodation.The hot tub was clean and hot.Would definitely rent again.

We appreciate the note on the kitchen drawer and stove, and we’re getting the drawer repaired and adding clearer stove instructions to the house guide. We’re also sorry about the garage. Great home for multi family vacation. The only thing wrong are the steps from the driveway to the house. Uneven and not safe for anyone with back or knee injuries. I am that person. I can navigate normal steps, but these were uneven. Everyone else did fine.

Excellent in every respect! The resident bear entertained us twice from a safe distance, and we loved that. Property is well maintained and exceeded our expectations!

We loved the house and the views were awesome! Only issue was regulating the heat in a couple of the bedrooms but not a huge problem. Hope to stay here again!

Wonderful vacation home

Plenty of space for several families to have private quarters, yet the huge deck was large enough for all of us to gather together. Many happy memories made.

Durango getaway!

The house is fun, clean, roomy and the property is beautiful and secluded. Great for family wanting to get away and chill. There are also plenty of things to do around Durango based on your preferences.

Steep rock Spectacular

This property was everything I was wanting and more! It is very suited for a medium to large group! The separate suite was perfect for grandpa and I to get away after a long day of activities! It made our vacation very special!!

I owned a cabin in the Needles area for 30 years…Kids knew it well, but grandkids had never been to Durango…so I brought everyone out for a week.. (14 of us). great stay at your place

Extended Family Vacation in the perfect home

Our extended family of 9, 3 families, spent 5 nights in this perfect home. Each bedroom area had comfy beds, great bathrooms, and complete privacy. The outdoor areas were awesome got grilling and also enjoying the surroundings as the views from the home were spectacular! We will book this home again next time we are in the Durango area. Also, location is close to grocery stores and historic downtown Durango.
