Studio condo with kitchenette including mini fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, and stove with oven. Great for a Couples weekend getaway or a long weekend retreat . Fabulous Mountain View’s right from the deck and just minutes from downtown blowing rock. Downtown Blowing Rock has a great laid back atmosphere, with wonderful dining, and shopping. You are only 10 minutes from neighboring Boone and Tweetsie Railroad. Enjoy a day Kayaking at Price Lake or hit the slopes at Appalachian Ski Mountain. Condo Includes tv, internet, gas fireplace, and a spacious deck.

Mountain Weekend

Though small, the studio apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. And the views from the deck are incredible. We would definitely visit again!

Great Stay!

This cozy condo was a little small, but had everything we needed for a short stay. The views were incredible, and it was close to everything we wanted to do in Blowing Rock.It was also very clean.I would recommend it!

THIRD TIME AND STILL CHARMED!

Loved it! It's our third trip at these properties. The location is great close enough to downtown and still feels like your at your own private retreat. The owner is great at communicating. The rooms are always clean and have everything you could possibly need in your stay. We highly recommend! .

The Perfect Little Getaway

This place was gorgeous! It was just the perfect place for us. not too big to be overwhelming but not too small to feel cramped. The view was amazing and it snowed the last day we were there and it was perfect. It’s not very far from any shopping center or any fun thing to do. Absolutely amazing! 10/10!

Loved the patio!

We loved our stay here. Very cute and cozy. Watching the sunrise from the patio was awesome. We did have problems finding the rental. Apple Maps took us about a mile past the property. We also were looking for the bed when we arrived. 😂 But then saw the Murphy bed. It worked great and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Great value for the price.

Good, but different.

Convenient location. Very "cozy" unit ; more so than I was expecting. Do not have streaming vs live tv at home so there was a learning curve. Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. Fortunately the weather was good so we could eat on the covered deck as there was no dining table in the very small unit (not room for one). Great view, though Convenient location came with highway noise, especially on the deck. Not so much on the inside.

Lots of nice touches. Coffee bar was nice. Very clean. Great location. Hostess was responsive and nice. It was much, much smaller than I expected. The biggest reason I cannot give it a 5 is the Murphy bed was extremely uncomfortable. I have never slept in one, so maybe they are all like this. It was so bad, we almost left a day early. If you want a clean and convenient place, this is it. If you want to sleep well at night, you may want to look somewhere else.

Cozy Condo with a View!

My husband and I enjoyed our recent stay at the cozy mountain getaway. The condo was clean and had a great outdoor sitting area to gaze at the mountains. It is a beautiful vista. The location is only a few minutes to Blowing Rock and very convenient to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. We always love the cool mountain air and strolling downtown Blowing Rock. We saw several artist at Bass Lake as they were painting their portraits. There was an art show the day after we left. We also visited Boone, which is only about 10 minutes away and enjoyed seeing all of the students coming into Appalachian State to start the Fall semester. The condo is small but has everything you need to be comfortable. While we did not cook, the condo is equipped with everything one would need. The Murphy bed was comfortable and not too difficult to raise up and down. The sofa was comfortable and the decor was very nice with the high country vibe. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

The place was very clean and so nicely decorated. Got some of the best nights of sleep! The bed was excellent. I’ve stayed many places where the mattress was uncomfortable, which makes staying a few days rough. So a comfortable place to rest is something important in the stay. Great view and close to downtown. Would definitely recommend 5 stars!

Cosy Mountain Getaway!!

We stayed in Apple Ridge for a long weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time! The hostess was so nice and accommodating. Apple Ridge is conveniently located very close to the town of Blowing Rock AND has a beautiful Blue Ridge mountain view! There is a lovely covered deck where you can relax and enjoy the view. The condo has recently been updated and it is gorgeous! Loved the decor! Everything was so comfortable from the bed to the sofa to the plentiful plush towels!! We enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning from the Keurig coffee maker. There is an adorable aqua microwave and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, although with so many wonderful restaurants nearby, we ate out for dinner. I can't say enough nice things about Apple Ridge and we look forward to coming back again!

Excellent Place for Couples

The property was a great size for my partner and me to spread out and relax. It had everything we needed (though the kitchen sink was a little small for washing big dishes). We will be renting this again for future stays if it is available.
