Ne laissez pas le nombre de chambres vous tromper! Cette maison est immense et dormira confortablement 10-12. Le sébaste, la limande et la truite sont à portée de main sur votre jetée privée éclairée de la baie de Carancahua.

Chambre n ° 2 a un lit king et deux lits jumeaux avec une salle de bain privée 1/2.

Chambre n ° 1 a 4 (quatre!) lits queen plus un lit complet et une salle de bain complète avec baignoire.

3ème bain avec douche.
Salle de bain séparée en plein air.

Deux espaces de vie / salle à manger avec une grande cuisine permettent de grandes réunions de famille.

Prenez votre café sur la terrasse couverte et profitez de la vue imprenable sur la baie. Lancez votre bateau au lancement du quartier, faites un tour vers la baie de Keller, Salt Lake, la baie Red Fish ou vers "The Point", une plage de sable propice à la chasse aux coquillages! Passez la journée à skier ou à nager dans la baie, à observer les oiseaux ou à vous asseoir sur la terrasse et à regarder les dauphins!

Paradise

Want to start off by saying the pics don't do justice to the home. The pics are nice but looks even better in person! The host were super friendly and helpful! The home has everything we needed and the outdoor area was awesome to hang out in and watch TV.The best part for our family was the private Dock!!! Is was well maintained and the green lights were a plus. My son caught a variety of fish species and couldn't get him off the dock.This is our new favorite getaway spot and will be returning soon!!

Family fishing trip!

We had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend with our whole family. The accommodations are amazing with beautiful views and lots of space inside and out. The house is clean and well stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The fishing pier was a huge success with our whole family we really loved this place and we will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and great view of the water. The road access was not paved and muddy, so slightly treacherous. Also, their was dog hair on all of the sheets and blankets. When I let the owner know, she said she would tell the housekeeper but did not offer any discount for us. We did not feel comfortable sleeping under the covers, so we got blankets out of the closet to sleep on and their was still dog hair on them. Overall, it was a very nice home and clean, but very disappointing not to have a clean bed to sleep in.

Coastal getaway

This property is absolutely beautiful, the hosts thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, they are the first hosts that have ever checked on us midway thru our stay to make sure everything was going good and we we’re enjoying our stay!!! A great time was had by us and our friends.

Beautiful home

Besutiful home in a quiet location. Very peaceful setting with more than enough space inside to accomadate larger parties. The owners are very communicative and welcoming. I highly recommend this home.

Relaxing getaway

We love this place as it is so relaxing and accommodating. The owners were nice and gracious. It is such a peaceful place and we all enjoyed it. The kids enjoyed catching small fish and the adults were happy to have R&R. Thanks for letting us stay at this lovely home. Memories !

Great weekend getaway!

Second time staying here and it was another great visit. Was sad to see the ice maker in disrepair this trip, it was a hit last visit, but there is a store 5 miles down the road we were able to get ice from! Thanks for another great weekend at your lovely home! We will be back!

Great Simplicity

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood on Carancahua Bay with its own lighted fishing pier. Very clean and comfortable. Short drive to Port Lavaca for groceries, restaurants, etc. Also good access to great fishing spots like Port O'Connor and Seadrift. Would definitely stay here again.

The proper is much bigger and nicer than I think the pictures depict. We loved the layout of the house and had plenty of room! The fenced in patio is awesome!!!

Amazing waterfront view

We had just an amazing time. Highly recommend the home for family gatherings. Shanna was awesome, she took really good care of us. My family is asking when are we going again. The home is very spacious, and comfortable. Love the patio. Will be booking it again.

Beautiful

I brought my five sons to spend a few days here being boys. We had a great time. The house was wonderful and well equipped. The boys loved spending time fishing on the dock! And those amazing sunrises....beautiful! I look forward to visiting again.

Great House- The pictures in the website do not reflect how huge the house is- the pier was great!

Huge House- Super Clean- fishing activity was the best- be prepare with groceries since HEB is 30 min away- plenty of rules but ok with me. Overall everything was perfect!

Late June Family vacay

Wonderful property! Exactly as described. The long table in the kitchen was perfect for family gatherings. The bedrooms, two living areas and outside fenced area were very accommodating. Everything worked very well from the showers, to the A/C to outside ice maker and so on. Our family really enjoyed fishing off the pier and we look forward to booking again.

Shanna - my dad was a Coastie stationed in Port O'Connor years ago so Port Lavaca has always had a special place in my heart! I'm so glad to be able to bring back those childhood memories and make new ones! We currently live in Austin but get down to Port Alto every chance we get!

Bradley - Fish Fish Fish! What more to say??

We have three (almost) grown kids - 26, 22 and 18! Our youngest loves to fish! This is a second home for us and we are happy to share it and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the neighborhood! Go back in time when life was taken slow, cell phones did not exists and we waved and smile at everyone we met! It's such a friendly place and we are so excited to share it with you! Our street is like old timey Main Street U.S.A. where we used spend our Friday nights going from one end to the other! Down here, its just golf cart traffic!
