This property was an amazing stay! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downfall was we could not utilize the lanai due to No-Seeum biting, but that is out of everyones control! Would highly recommend staying here!

Ocean's Reach has such a great location for Sanibel beach time, whether it's for shelling (right next to Gulfside City Park!), walking, wading, swimming, floating or just plain sitting on the beach. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay, and had great views for sunrise, sunset, and storm watching. Plus, all the staff were extremely nice.

Perfect Location in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Ocean's Reach. We have stayed there twice, have booked our next stay already, and will be bringing all the kids and grandkids here in the future. The location on the beach is exactly where we want to be and the shelling was excellent this year. Now, if those danged no seeums would just leave us alone!

The condo is beautifully updated and decorated. The location on the beach is perfect as we were able to walk out from our condo right to the Gulf multiple times a day without having to drive to fight parking at the other beaches. I highly recommend this condo and this resort.

The pictures do not compare to the real thing. 4D2 was exceptional! When you walk in and see the view from the front door, it sets the tone for the rest of the place. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want. The bed, ( we only used the master) was very comfortable. Everything was Beautiful, clean, well stocked and the screened in balcony with the ceiling fan was great. The walk to the beach took a couple minutes and if you are into collecting shells, this is the beach for you. Never over crowded, everyone was very friendly. There is no reason to leave the island, everything you need is there. We will definitely be back!

Perfection

Very nice room! Very impressed! Everything about the stay was excellent, even the beds. The only downside was a few flying, biting bugs along pathways. Bring bug spray. Besides that, it is a perfect little getaway!

The condo was beautiful. The pictures are very accurate. The ocean view from the living room area and master bedroom were breathtaking. Check in/check out was very easy. I liked the fact that there was just a code to get into the condo and no key necessary. Our flight got in early and they were able to accommodate us early too. The office lady was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying at Oceans Reach and particularly this unit. We had a great time.

The location was ideal although maintenance and inspections due to the past natural disasters may have happened frequently during our stay, the inconvenience was minimal. The only other main issue I had was minor and that was the elevator access made you walk around the entire either end of the building. An access ramp at the elevator to the parking area would be ideal… other than that, the unit was awesome and the location can’t be beat. The pool was perfect and the beach access was directly downstairs from the unit. Given the destruction surrounding the area, this is definitely a diamond in the rough. We will be back!

Vacation Getaway🏝️

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place to stay, enjoyed the newly renovated condo. Was pretty clean when we arrived other than the no see ums getting into the condo. We couldn’t open the patio door or even sit on the patio without being attacked by them. We had to vacuum daily, clean the counter tops and wipe out the sinks to get rid of them. We sat on the beach outside of our condo the first day for a couple hours and had gone inside with hundreds of bites covering our bodies. It really put a damper on the remaining part of our vacation. We’d love to come back and visit being that the staff was very friendly and accommodating, but will think twice because of our experience with the bug bites.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the renovated condo and found our staff friendly and accommodating. We’re truly sorry to hear that the no-see-ums impacted your stay — they can be especially active during certain times of year and weather conditions. We’ll continue working on ways to help guests minimize their presence and will make sure future visitors are reminded of effective prevention tips. We hope you’ll consider visiting again under better conditions so you can fully enjoy all that Ocean’s Reach and Sanibel have to offer.

Million dollar views!

I just finished my stay in 4D2 and I can't say enough about how wonderful this place was! The view of the gulf from the lanai and master bedroom was incredible. The unit is well stocked with eating and cooking utensils/items. All of the fixtures and furniture appeared to be high end and modern. The only thing even remotely negative I could possibly say would be about the murphy bed as it would be great for kids but adults may find it a little uncomfortable. The amenities in the complex were outstanding and the shell cleaning station really came in handy! The complex was quiet and there was plenty of space to enjoy the beach. The entire complex is amazing and the other guests/owners were all so pleasant. The location is fantastic. We visited a few local restaurants on the island and took a few trips back over the causeway to Ft Myers for dining and mini golf. I will definitely be back to Ocean's Reach and highly recommend unit 4D2 or really any other unit within the complex! #SanibelStrong

Perfect!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything in this unit seemed brand new and was very clean. The property description was accurate and actually better than the pictures. The property managers were very helpful and friendly. Loved that we could rent bikes and umbrella on site. The location on the island is perfect and proximity to the beach is awesome!! We loved it so much we booked for next year. I would recommend spray for the no see ums- that was the only thing we didn’t like. We also had the best food while we were there!! We ate at Gramma Dots, Doc Fords, The Timbers (twice!), Rosalita’s (so fun because it was Cinco de Mayo!), The Green Flash on Captiva and Tutti Pazzi. Would also recommend Captiva Cruises. We did the sunset cruise and it was great! Looking forward to next year’s visit.

The property was as described and second bedroom even bigger than photo suggested. Well supplied kitchen and well designed. The rental is filled with light and windows and probably has best view of beach and ocean of complex. Lovely to sit on balcony at nite. We would definitely come back. It was pretty close to perfect!!

Nice stay

Great location right on the beach for great sunset & sunrise views- pool is small in complex but nice grills & tennis courts- easy to bike up to Jerry’s & shops - but you do need a car to get to restaurants- great shelling! Only covid thing is to bring your own condiments & salt & pepper etc - hope to be back!
