Seventh Time At Oceans Reach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our seventh trip back to Oceans Reach, our first since Hurricane Ian. We were pleasantly surprised on how the island is recovering after Hurricane Ian. As always, we experienced no issues with our unit and the staff was friendly and accomodating.

Most relaxing vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Oceans Reach numerous times in last 20 yrs. Never disappointed with any of the units. We were just there 2nd WK June. Perfect weather, crystal clear water. Piles of shells all along the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Love the bug misters around the pool.

Unit is impeccable with cleanliness and accuracy of description. Unit has everything you need for 2 people any more will be tight. Only negative is with a brand new bathroom they installed a new 18” high tub vs walk-in shower. Two shower bars well placed. Over all wonderful unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carpet by door had dead bugs. Frig kept rolling from wall. Way too many bugs!!! Last year was bad this year worse!!! Water leak on bedroom. Exit sign blown durning storm. Hall way like a wind tunnel. We saved a father and kids from that mess. Tiny ants all over the balcony table (no food around). Just not as nice as building two. 1

Amazing Location!

The location was great! Literally just steps from the beach after you exit the building. Everything was very clean and comfortable (with the exception of the pull out couch…..it was pretty bad) We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Great stay

The condo had the absolute BEST view! We loved the short walk to the beach. It made it easy with kids. The condo was exactly as described. Comfortable and very clean! The ceiling fans were impressive. The front desk was great to work with when we needed extra towels, paper towels, and a pate check out! The only thing I would fix is adding a decent nonstick skillet and a sheet pan of some sort.

Excellent Location for Beach Front View

Amazing view, excellent location to restaurants, shopping, and visiting other island beaches. Our room was great for a couple. Very comfortable and clean. Great shelling for this location.
