This home has both pros and cons.Pros: The interior was clean, including the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. The pool was clean and heated, the A/C worked well, some bedrooms had blackout shades, and the drive to Disney was convenient.Cons: The property appears to have aged since the listing photos were taken and does not fully match its online presentation. The dryer vent was disconnected and venting into the garage, leaving lint and dust throughout the “game room” and making it largely unusable. Only the video game worked reliably. We arrived with only 6 bath towels for 8 guests. Additional towels were delivered the next day. There were several maintenance issues, broken lamps and dresser handles, torn screens, peeling paint, clogged sinks, bad tasting ice, and overgrown landscaping with litter. The listing was also inaccurate. It advertised in the photos two king beds, two queen beds, and a bunk bed, but the actual setup was one king, three queens, and a bunk bed. The bathroom descriptions were also misleading. No en suite for the king, and no Jack n Jill. Communication could be improved. Important information was split between email and text messages, and some questions went unanswered. Be sure to review the pool rules and allow an hour for the spa to heat up. Overall, the home was clean, the pool was enjoyable, and the location was good. However, for a stay costing over 4000, the condition, amenities, and listing accuracy did not meet our expectations.
