Thanks for your great review. Yes, we do get a lot of great comments about the location of this condo. Yes, the condo is in the Iconic Ilikai, made famous the the Hit TV show, Hawaii Five-0. It is just steps away from the beach, does have a restaurant onsite, shopping, rentals store, mini mart, etc. Walk through the beautiful Treed courtyard to reach the outside Patio by the Marina. Yes, we look forward to having you back again.

We want to thank these guests for their review. We are sorry to hear that one owner close to our condo was renovating his condo. There are strict rules when an owner is renovating about hours of work and noise control. It is a benefit to the guests and the building to have condos that have been renovated. We also renovated a few years ago so now my guests are coming to a nicely renovated condo. Regarding Smoking, The Ilikai building and common areas is strictly NON SMOKING These guests were given 2 pages of information with contact information before they checked in. They were told to go see Ilikai Administration office. But they did not follow my instructions and instead went to the Ilikai Hotel Reception which only serves their Hotel guests. Also, the guests had phone numbers for Ilikai Security. If they had called Ilikai Security from the condo, this issue would have been solved in 5 minutes. Lastly, these guests did not email me to let me know that there was any issue with smoking or noise. But they did email me after they checked in to tell me that their plans had changed and they will checkout one day early. I guess they were hoping to get a refund. Thank you.

Thanks for the review. Yes, the condo is close to shops, restaurants, beach and the Convention Centre. In the bathroom Vanity cabinet, you will find various items such as shampoo, conditioner, Sun lotion, hair dryer, etc. There are additional towels in the closet. thanks for this great view.
