Retraite privĂ©e et luxueuse au bord de l'eau avec de larges canaux et un accĂšs direct au golfe! Coin de rue dans un cul-de-sac avec une clĂŽture pour la vie privĂ©e; piscine d'eau salĂ©e chauffĂ©e, cĂŽtĂ© golfe, et jacuzzi; et un bain Ă  remous intĂ©rieur. Trois quais de pĂȘche laisser tomber un panier pour attraper du crabe bleu vivant; observations de dauphins, lamantins, tortues de mer et d'amis locaux Ă  plumes; ou simplement admirer les levers et couchers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle. Absolutely amazing vacation

The attention to detail was outstanding, asking what some of our favorite food/drinks were. The house was immaculate, the views were outstanding. The fishing was great right out back. The swimming pool was its own little oasis! We can’t wait to go back!

Phenomenal House

This was an amazing property right on the water with great views of the sunset and the gulf. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing during the day and night. Every amenity was amazing and the deck space unparalleled. The hosts were very welcoming and gracious. The place was immaculate and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful property

The house is beautiful and very clean. Two floating docks with enough room for two boats. The are is very quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay her again!!

Restful Days

We had a wonderful experience staying in his home. The attention to detail was marvelous. The house was spotless and the amenities were as promised. We had beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the deck. Wildlife was abundant and even caught a few fish from the dock. The beds are amazing, I think the most restful sleep I had in a long time. What truly set this property apart for us was the communication by the owner. It was the details such as what basics to have loaded in the fridge to get us started off with. The follow up after the stay inquiring if there was anything else that would have made out stay more enjoyable. We could not be happier with our trip. We'll stay here again for sure.

Amazing Vacation Location!

This was our 2nd vacation at this beautiful home and it didn’t disappoint. Deb has once again thought of everything and Carol is always easy to reach with any questions. The home is lovely - clean, well stocked, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. You’re never at a loss for something to do
 swimming, spa, hot tub, kayaks, bikes (great addition), fishing - the options are numerous! Great peaceful location and a wonderful place to make vacation memories! Can’t wait to return!

My Favorite!

We LOVED this home! Deb was amazing to work with - we literally had everything we could possibly need. We have never stayed in a VRBO with so many amenities and so well stocked. The welcome bottle of wine and cold water in the fridge was just what everyone needed after a day of travel 😊. Thank you for opening your home to us. We absolutely loved our stay.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second stay and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Details that I didn't cover in a prior review: -Numerous things are provided to enhance your stay (kayaks, fishing gear, etc.). -The property binder is thorough with instructions on everything you need to know about the house. -Little details are covered like labels on light switches and fan operations, multi-prong outlet adapter by the bed. -Fast wifi (to appease my daughter)

Waterfront Paradise - 5 Star Home

Such a lovely and exquisitely decorated home in a quiet neighborhood - just amazing. This home has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. You can swim, relax in the spa or hot tub, fish, bike, kayak, take out the paddle boat or paddle boards or just soak in the view from the new deck or poolside! Deb has thought of even the smallest of details. The welcome baskets and vanity trays were so thoughtful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!

Awesome house, Awesome location , and Awesome host and property Manager

From the moment you book the house till the day you leave - Deborah (Host) and Carol (Property Manager) are making sure everything is 100% perfect and it was. This house is immaculate from the family room , bed rooms (all the beds very comfortable) to the updated kitchen. There are so many amenities - Pool, Spa, Dock, Kayak’s, Bikes, out door grilling area, Decks
. And many many more. I can’t rave enough about how well Deborah and Carl are to work with - Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!!! 5 ++++ Stars for sure. We are booking it again for next year !!!!

Completely Blow Away! Exceeded every expectation.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. The amenities and hospitality is like no other

 The owners placed a complementary order of the “staples”. SERIOUSLY! The staples included refrigerator stock full of drinks and food. A gift basket with two bottles of wine and other yummy goodies. There were paddle boards, a paddle boat, Kayaks, pool float and pool toys. Everything was pristine and the house is completely adorable. An amazing stress free vacation that was worth every penny. Communication with management company and owner was excellent!

Superhost is an understatement!

We rent houses along the coast monthly and have a couple of small bins worth of stuff we've learned to bring with us...we didn't open them on this trip. Where it seems like a starter pack of a few essentials is commonplace in rentals these days, this experience was the total opposite. Deborah reached out to get preferences in advance and the house was very well stocked when we arrived. Communication with Deborah and Carol was excellent. The guidebook had detailed instructions on everything imaginable and local recommendations. Enclosed porches on both levels and an outdoor balcony give so many options for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Two floating docks, one with power and water were great for our boat (lowest tide was still 8' deep). A long gravel side spot held my truck/trailer (about 55' total) with plenty of room to spare. Inside the house was spotless, modern, spacious, comfortable and full of everything needed to enjoy the stay. We are looking forward to coming back!

Absolutely wonderful and stunning property on the canal with access to the Gulf!

This was our first time staying on the Gulf Coast to explore the area. This home had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. The owners provided everything you would need to have a wonderful vacation. The kitchen was stocked with condiments and spices with everything one would need to cook a wonderful meal to enjoy in their beautiful dining area or on their enclosed porch looking out at the canals where we saw dolphins while eating breakfast or to enjoy the screened in area on the lower level to relax in the seating area or use the hot tub. The outside pool and hot tub is gorgeous and so inviting and you can see the canal. The amenities are wonderful. My husband fished with the fishing gear that was provided (along with the frozen bait; thsnk you) and caught a stingray as well as the fish that got away. Our friends lived two channels away and it was fantastic for them to pick us up on the dock there to go out and explore! We later learned that you could rent boats for your stay which you could use at tie up at the owners dock to go out and explore on your own. They also have kayaks and paddle boards and so much more for guests to use which are more great amenities. As to Deb and Drew's home it is so tastefully decorated and furnished and so comfortable and welcoming that it was a pleasure to stay there. It was also spotless and the property manager was so helpful and available that we would recommend this home to everyone if you want to stay at the best in Hernando Beach for a wonderful vacation. Thank you for the complimentary chocolate covered fruit and wine. It was a pleasure staying at your home and being your guest. If we could rate your home at ten stars we would!

Complete relaxation

The property was exactly what we needed and everything they said it would be. The home was in a beautiful area where we felt very secure. There was a wonderful welcome basket and the house had everything we could have needed. We don't bookmark many homes but this one is locked in for another visit.

First Class!! And I’m Picky!!

I’m hesitant to give such a good review as I don’t want this listing to always be booked! This was an IMMACULATE home with every added convenience one can imagine. I could’ve just brought a bikini and a few outfits and I would’ve been set. I honestly felt as though I was at my own home with all the extras they provided. Carol the property manager was A+ and the owner Deborah A+ too. We will definitely be back!!

4th of July weekend

When we arrived at the house we were pleasantly surprised with how much the owners did for us! So many great little things from snacks to drinks they had it all! The house was great pool and outside area were perfect and we had front row seats to all the fire works going off around us Very happy with our stay â˜ș
