Belle maison de 3000 pieds carrés située dans un quartier calme à McKinney. This property has plenty for room for large family. I love the kitchen space and spacious living room. We needed a home to host a family Christmas. Location is perfect; quiet and close to shopping. Communication was fantastic with the owner.

We were in town for a 17U baseball tournament in Melissa. Turned out we played all over the DFW area. The house was the perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay again next year for the same tournament.

Very spacious

We had family fly in for graduation. The house was spacious and very clean. Lots of areas to spread out and visit. We played lots of cards at the table and the foosball table was a lot of fun. I would return to this location.

Fantastic home with a great location!

The home owners were very accommodating and nice. The house was exactly as described. We had to stay for 6 weeks due to a flood at our home. It was comfortable and easy to get to. The walking around the neighborhood was lovely as well. Thank you so much.

It was disappointing. Left a day early because house was very uncomfortable, mainly because of the ac. The house had a Nest thermostat that we were not able to control even though host said we could. Had to call host every time we wanted thermostat changed. Hot during the day (it automatically went to 78 during the day) and a cold front came through one night and it was cold the next morning and we had to call the host. Also, toilets very loose and kitchen floor was dirty. The beds were comfortable. Complained to the host and she wanted to know what know what could be done to make it right. I said refund one night's stay since we left early. She tended to blame me for everything and wouldn't refund any money.

Memorial Day weekend

We were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was in a lovely neighborhood and its location was perfect for traveling to the different baseball fields in the DFW area. The house is well maintained and very comfortable. There were only 3 of us (plus a dog) but the house would be very comfortable for a larger group. We enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood.and the convenience of a fenced in back yard. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and anyone who needs a location that has access to the many things to do just north of DFW.

Our stay was wonderful. The neighborhood is quite. My kids enjoyed the near by park. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very helpful and made the check in process easy. We would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling in this area.

Beautiful home

We had such a great experience in this home. Communication with management was so easy. They stocked the home with toilet paper, shampoo, dishwashing soap, detergent which was an unexpected surprise. The house was very clean and spacious for the 11 of us with a nice supply of extra pillows and blankets. We would definitely stay here again. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay

Lacking in basics

This property was clean, the check-in process was simple, and the neighborhood was convenient for what we needed. The house is lacking is basic needs. The kitchen is understocked. There were no baking pans to reheat food. The cooking utensils were damaged. The towels and washcloths were as cheap as I have ever seen in a VRBO. I expect cheaper furnishings in a VRBO, but the furnishings here are so cheap that I was actually concerned about damaging them. The kitchen chairs wobble and creak as soon as you sit on them. The mattresses are uncomfortable. The game table was so rickety that we chose not to use it. For the price that we paid, I was expecting better quality. We use VRBO for most of our travel lodgings and this one absolutely has the atmosphere of an income property rather than a comfortable "home away from home". With a little bit of attention, this could be a very comfortable VRBO.

We messaged you 1st before your arrival, 2nd within 24 hours after you arrived, and 3rd before you checked out, however we didn’t get any replies from you. We have Kirkland Stainless Steel Cookware and Non-Stick Cookware in stock, plenty cups/glasses/plates/bowls/utensils too. Please see the listing photos. If you need anything specific, you could simply reply my message when I asked “how was your stay and do you need anything?" We provide Beautyrest Classic Pillow Top Mattress in the master bedroom. Zuri Extendable Dining Table with 8 Stainless Steel Cantilever Framed Leather Chairs in the dining room. We did not provide extra thick plush towels due to the drying time. But we provided plenty extra towels and comforters in the upstairs and master closet. We wish something may lighten up your day and also hope you will still enjoy traveling with VRBO in the future.

Great place and responsive host.

Great place, quiet neighborhood, responsive host and perfect for my family. We had the garage derail on its own, called the host who showed and fixed in less than 1 hr. I had to clean up some in the bathrooms after getting there but overall it was a good place. I would recommend it to someone else.
