COMPLEXE / COMMUNAUTÉ
Seahorse 207 l est un endroit idéal pour tous les amateurs de plage. Il ne se rapproche pas de la plage à moins que vous ne vouliez dormir sur le sable. Le golfe du Mexique est à seulement 500 pieds et vous pouvez l'entendre juste devant la fenêtre de votre chambre. Lorsque vous êtes prêt à vous rafraîchir après une longue journée sous le soleil chaud, sautez dans la piscine fraîche, puis détendez-vous au bord de la piscine et profitez du soleil. De nombreux restaurants et magasins se trouvent à 3-4 minutes en voiture. Le tout nouveau parc aquatique Schlitterbahn se trouve à seulement 3,2 km et des attractions populaires comme le Padre Island National Seashore et le Mustang Island State Park sont également à une courte distance en voiture. Vous voulez faire plus de shopping? Ensuite, prenez le court trajet en voiture (15-20 minutes) en ville et faites vos achats jusqu'à ce que vous tombiez.

Ce condo confortable au deuxième étage avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est confortablement meublé et dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée pour répondre aux besoins de tout chef. La chambre principale est livrée avec un lit king-size de marque et la chambre d'hôtes avec un lit queen-size et un lit double, qui ont tous deux de nouveaux sommiers et matelas. Il y a aussi une salle de bain priv��e pour les invités dans chaque chambre ainsi qu'un réseau wifi privé et une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre confort. Venez rester Seahorse # 207 et profitez au maximum de votre temps sur la plage sans avoir à vider votre portefeuille!

Clean, safe, comfortable and enough space were high on our must haves and this was exactly that. Condo included comfortable living room seating for our family, comfortable dining table we played games at, clean kitchen full of necessities to cook and clean up after. Add to all those amenities and this condo had a nice view of the gulf water from the living room and dining room. We will definitely be making this one a favorite for our future stays.

Very nice and clean. Property was very pretty. Did not like climbing the stairs, very difficult. We had to leave early because of the approching hurricane and the rain would cause flooding.First few days were nice and relaxing.

Most of the property was clean, but a few areas needed attention. The check-in / check-out process was easy. The website was useful for finding restaurants and attractions around the property. 1) The coffee maker should have a filter. You should not expect tenants to know what type of filter they are required to bring with them.2) The dishware tray does not have wheels in the front, making it very hard to push the tray back in when it is full of dishes.3) All but two pots and pans are usable. 4) heavy mold around the washer needs to be cleaned.

Property is rundown, living room couch and loveseat very uncomfortable, skimpy on amenities like toilet paper trash bags laundry soap etc. residents dogs disruptive barking. We had rented another unit at this property four years ago and it was far superior to this unit. Next time we visit padre island we won’t be staying at this venue.

I took quite a few sunrise pictures without leaving the condo. The courtyard was awesome and kept very clean everyday. The winter Texans and residents were very nice and welcomed me into their little community. I can't wait to get back there next winter.

Big common areas

The bedrooms and common areas where big and nicely furnished for our group of 8 plus a baby. The pool was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay... Good Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Some of the furniture is a little dated. Some areas could use remodeling (bathtub has some stains... etc.. ). But located in a great location. Pool was nice. Ease of access was accommodating. We would recommend!
