Cascading Waters domine la RIVIÈRE ELLIJAY, à seulement 90 marches de certains des plus beaux rapides de la rivière. La cabine de Sliding Rock Cabins, en bois rond, à un seul niveau et réservée uniquement aux adultes, est décorée avec goût et offre tout le confort que vous êtes en droit d'attendre pour une escapade à la montagne. Profitez d'un pique-nique au bord de la rivière, rejoignez votre cabine en tube, prenez un bain relaxant dans le bain à remous ou passez simplement la journée dans le porche donnant sur l'eau. A cozy paradise tucked away but not too far from downtown Ellijay. The hot tub was hot and clean. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. The chairs by the river were bliss. Such a lovely weekend away. Definitely hope to be back!

The cabin was spotless and well maintained. The back porch was the star with a beautiful view of the river below. Stairs were a lot for someone older, but worth it to sit by the river. The road there was dicey but doable. Parking is narrow and right by the road. Still a beautiful place to retreat to for some rest and relaxation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property is in a beautiful location however the road in and out can be a bit tricky to navigate, especially at night. Road condition was a little bumpy in places but overall good considering rainy weekend.Only condiments provided were salt & pepper (no other spices) and days worth of coffee (no sugar or cream). Bathroom provided with soap but no shampoo. Bring all that you need!

Cabin was exactly as described and made for an amazing weekend for myself, my husband and our two dogs. Loved being able to hear the river from the cabin/deck and sitting by the fire pit down below. We will be back!

Nice cabin type home. Grill, hot tub and the big back porch was very nice. Be in very good physical condition, or pack everything you need for the creek before you walk down those stairs lol. The scenery is well worth the walk down though.

Creek-bluff cabin

Wonderful little cabin overlooking the Elijay River. Several cabins nearby and one in view, but not intrusive and still felt secluded. Dog yard is small but adequate. Higher energy pups would appreciate a stroll down the road or to the creek and back. The Elijay River was a perfect temperature and flow for summer relaxation. I would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful 5 days enjoying the Ellijay and Blue Ridge.

Everything was clean and neat, the views were beautiful and the weather was perfect for hiking during the day and cooled off in the evening for a nightly campfire. This was our fourth time renting from Sliding Rock and we will return next year.
