Un appartement d'une chambre avec deux lits simples, une armoire et une commode. Salle de bains avec baignoire. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle vêtements, cafetière, grille-pain, etc. Il y a beaucoup d'espace pour le rangement dans le placard de la salle où un coffre-fort. Le salon est spacieux, avec une table de salle à manger. Deux canapés, un lit pour deux personnes. Le salon a trois portes vitrées se ouvrent sur un balcon donnant sur la pelouse. L'endroit idéal pour dîner plus tard dans la journée. L'appartement dispose également de la climatisation, d'une télévision et d'une chaîne stéréo. L'appartement est à côté du jardin dans un quartier calme de la copropriété. Pendant le séjour, vous pouvez profiter de la piscine, avec des espaces dédiés aux enfants, mais pouvez également rejoindre la plage sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Cinq minutes de marche et être dans l'eau!

Wonderful vacation!

Everything was excellent! Hosts were very nice. The unit was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The kitchen was also very well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Being a corner unit, there was lots of natural light in the living room and dining area. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Hosts were very accommodating with regards to accessing a baby walker and high chair for our 8 month old.Have stayed here a few times and love it.

Great Location!!

Lovely spacious apartment in the center of Alvor, easy walk to both the beach, bars, and restaurant's etc.Great communication from Sarah,answered our messages promptly and was extremely helpful.The apartment is situated in a complex with a lovely outdoor swimming pool, the grounds are all well maintained.The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything you need for a self catering holiday. would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

A great trip to Alvor, made all the better by being able to stay in Vila da Praia. A lovely quiet apartment in a lovely ‘development’ (Vila da Praia). Great swimming pool, pleasant pool attendant, great holiday all round 👍.

Birthday celebration

A lovely apartment for a weeks holiday to celebrate a special birthday. Location very central to the village and beach. No need for a car if you only want to stay in Alvor. Occasionally there weren't sufficient sunbeds around the pool but plenty of sun on the grass around the terrace of the apartment.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our one week stay. The apartment is very conveniently located. Short walk to beaches, sports complex and town center with restaurants, shopping, etc. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. Grace was very pleasant to deal with.

The apartment is modern,spacious and spotless clean and has everything you need and more. It is also in the best complex in Alvor Vila da Praia with its beautiful gardens and huge pool. Lovely apartment in great location.

Can't fault anything about this apartment. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and furniture, spacious rooms and on ground floor. Alvor's beautiful beach is a ten minute stroll away and the old town is even closer, yet the apartment is still in a peaceful and quiet area. Book with confidence.

Nice and clean appartment.Only -point for me was the shower, because i am long i didnt fit under it. The dishwasher was broken and replaced within 2 days. We didnt even have to stay at home for it.Good location,

Pleasant six days in Alvor

Pleasant basic apartment, very well situated to enjoy the old town of Alvor, and its many restaurants ,the beach and the promenades on the different board walks, and also convenient to explore the surrounding coastal villages,The equipment in the kitchen was quite satisfactory, the living room comfortable, the shower-bath somewhat tricky, and we did not like the polyester bed sheets.The contact person at the property was very helpful and solved the initial internet problem.

Spent a month at this property.The unit had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and welcoming.The location is excellent with the conveniences of a close supermarket,lots of restaurants and short walk to the beach with a beautiful boardwalk stretching for miles.The owners were easy to reach and so accommodating.Looking forward to returning! Comfortable appartment

Nice and clean appartment with a nice kitchen equipment. The only disappointment was that the sun is coming at the terras the second half of the day in February. Location is very nice, 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the village.

Friends trip to Alvor

A beautiful apartment in a great location. Well equipped with a lovely pool. One minor issue was the fact that the bath sealant needs replacing. Every time the shower was used we had to put towels on the floors to prevent the bathroom flooding. But overall a great apartment.

Relaxing and Beautiful

This apartment is really fantastic! Very clean, comfy beds and great outdoor space. The pool is so nice, and the children's section worked great for our little one. Grace was a pleasure to work with. She made our stay with my 10 month old so much easier by providing both a high chair and travel cot. Additionally, she made herself available so that the toy rental company I used could drop off some items before we arrived. Also, the town of Alvor is great in itself, and you can easily walk there or to the beach from the apartment. We would love to stay here again if we return to the Algarve.

Fantastic Apartment in Ideal Location

Loved everything about this really spacious accommodation. There was everything we needed from fully equipped kitchen to a decent hairdryer. Three patio doors from the lounge to the wrap around terrace. Gated complex felt really safe and the pool area is lovely with no fighting for sunbeds. Restaurants and bars are close by and it is only about 10 minutes to the centre of Alvor and to the beach. There is a smart TV but no British channels on it. The patio chairs and table are wooden and it would have been nice to have a more comfy chair to lounge on outside. Other than that, it was perfect and so clean. Would definitely return.
