Grande maison de 2 étages à quelques pas de la plage. Dispose de 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bains, lits pour 18. Détendez-vous sur le pont supérieur ou inférieur avec de nombreuses chaises longues à dossier haut. Le niveau principal dispose d'un salon spacieux, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec de nombreux sièges et d'une suite parentale avec un lit king-size. 4 autres chambres sont situées à l'étage - une chambre a 1 lit queen et 1 ensemble de lits jumeaux / lits jumeaux; une chambre a 2 lits queen; et une chambre a un lit queen, et la chambre avec lits superposés a un D / D et un T / T. Téléviseurs à écran plat avec connexion satellite situés dans la pièce principale et toutes les chambres. Le rez-de-chaussée comprend un bar extérieur, un barbecue, une douche et plus de sièges avec un barbecue à gaz (réservoir fourni, peut nécessiter une recharge). Grande maison de compagnon à Damn Wanda, Sunkissed, Awesome View. Offre désormais une connexion Internet haut débit. Linge de maison disponible moyennant des frais supplémentaires sur demande. Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is large and in a perfect location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint is the house could have been cleaner as the floors needed sweeping and mopping and the rugs are in need of cleaning. We paid extra for linens and were given plenty of towels and washcloths. Check in and checkout was easy and having a noon check-in is nice.

Amazing Beach View

Lovely weekend spent with family and friends celebrating Mom's Heavenly Birthday. House was clean, inviting and comfortable. Had 10 adults with room to have 8 more comfortably. Nice porch area with beautiful views. Swede Real Estate was very easy to work with. Would stay again.

Great House/Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at 2 Cool Livin! The location and beach access were very convenient! The beach wasn't too busy when we were there. The house was very clean and nice! I had to call a couple of times for more info and for maintenance and we got quick service. The only con was that they should have been more clear on the room layout for one of the bedrooms. On the bedroom that has 2 queen beds, its not private at all. The room is behind a basically half wall that is open to the upstairs hallway and across the hall from the bunk room. The wall doesn't go all the way up or down and just has a small saloon style swinging door. This was not ideal for my family as we had a baby that slept in there and it was loud. Also note, if you buy the linen package, they drop them off in bags which means all of the beds have to be made. The comforters/decorate pillow cases were there when we arrived and we had to "make" the beds when we left (without linens) which means they were not washed in between guests. I would recommend bringing blankets for the beds and not using the comforters/pillows that already have cases on them that are in the room when you arrive. Other than that we had no complaints. We would definitely stay there again!

Best house on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is perfect in every way. The kitchen is great if you want to cook and the porches are wonderful for sitting and relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the whole house is modern and clean. The location could not be any better. Clear view of the beach and it sits on an access road. We have only gone in the off season and it is very quite then. It can be foggy, cloudy and rainy in February, but we had a great time, nonetheless.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have an awesome time and the house and location was great. My only negative, more towards management procedures, is the fact that the house does not provide liens. We rented two houses for this trip one came with everything we needed and this one we had to pay extra for liens, which is not what you expect when renting a vacation home as you expect to have everything there. On top of it all, the liens were placed in the living room and all beds had to be made once we showed up. Not ideal when this is a business trip and your bringing customers to stay.

Fantastic

The house was perfect and the pictures did not do it justice. Right on the beach, very clean, and couldn’t ask for a better location. Management was accessible and pleasant. Would recommend this property to anyone! We will be back soon!
