Notre appartement est un autonome appartement 2 chambres avec jardin privé.

Il est situé à distance de marche des stations de métro (métro) de Swiss Cottage (3 minutes à pied), Belsize Park (10 minutes) et Finchley Road (5 minutes).

Salut vitesse à large bande wifi est inclus dans le prix.

Il ya trois petits et deux grands supermarchés à moins de 10 minutes à pied.

Nous sommes à proximité de quelques-uns des plus connus des espaces verts Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath et de Regents Park à Londres. Nous sommes à seulement 6 minutes (3 arrêt) en métro à la station Bond Street direct sur la Jubilee Line vous emmène en plein cœur du centre de Londres shopping à Oxford Street en face de Selfridges.

Hampstead, Belsize Park et Swiss Cottage sont une zone très élégant et exclusif de Londres. Le Hampstead Theatre très acclamé est juste autour du coin et le cinéma Odeon Imax nouvellement ouvert et le centre O2 cinémas Vue sont à 5 minutes à pied. Le Centre Cottage suisse des sports nouvellement construite est également juste autour du coin avec squash, badminton, salle de gym, spa, mur d'escalade intérieur et la piscine.

Perfectly Located Comfortable Flat

This is a lovely little flat in an ideal neighborhood of London. Literally at steps from the Tube that is a 10 minute ride into central London. The flat was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next trip to London.

Great Location

The flat was in a great location with easy access to the Swiss Cottage tube and plenty of local food options. it is a bit of a stretch to say the flat sleeps 4 as one of our group had to sleep on the futon couch. Overall I would highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced flat with easy access to central London.

Great location for London Holiday

Visiting London with my son for 10 days. Best part of this flat the location. Short walk to tube station and bus station pretty much just outside the door. Short walks to area restaurants and grocery stores as well. We usually walked into the city, but would take the tube home. It is a little run down as stated in previous reviews, but the apartment is cosy. Stephan is quick to respond to all my emails. I recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Spacious apartment with good transport links

Good location, easy access to public transport and grocery shops. Spacious apartment had everything we needed but in need of some general updating. Fully equipped kitchen though we ate out and didn’t cook. sink in awkward position where you hit your head on staircase above. Bedroom door in second bedroom wouldn’t shut properly, some of the PowerPoints didn’t work in the bedrooms owner aware and will be fixed. Expensive for what it was, but it suited our needs as we just needed a base whilst in London.

Great location

Enjoyed our experience for the most part. There were definite pluses and minuses. Starting with the positives the location was great really close to The tube station easy walking to the shops on Finchley road and Royal Central. It was pretty quiet even though it’s on a busy street. The owner was lovely and was quick to communicate everytime we reached out to him. Now for the minuses The kitchen is limited if you want to cook. You really need to watch your head when washing up as the sink is right under the stairs. We all managed to hit our head while cleaning up. Bathroom needs a bit of TLC as one cupboard had peeling paint and my husband had to fix the shower head as it sprayed water all over the bathroom floor the first time we used it. (For US visitors note that beds here are definitely smaller than in the US. A Queen bed in the UK is really the equivalent of a full.)

Comfortable flat, good location

The Garden Flat was perfect for my 14-year-old daughter and me on our week-long London theater holiday. The bedrooms were a bit nicer than what I expected from the photos and the place was very quiet -- very little road noise and just a little creaking of floors every so often from the upstairs tenants. We slept soundly. And even though the entrance is below street level it did not feel dark and had lots of natural light. The bathroom and kitchen worked very well for us (bought groceries for breakfast/snacks at the Tesco Express just a few hundred feet down the street). As expected they were compact and a bit tight for what most of us over-stuffed Americans are used to, but it was hardly a problem. The kitchen was out of clothes-washing supplies when we arrived (the new maid had left the dirty rags in the washer), but the washer worked very well for us. As some other reviewers noted the flat is a bit well-worn and could use an upgrade, and the back garden space is neglected and could be a huge selling point with a little work. But the location is very good -- Swiss Cottage connects easily to many other lines, some decent breakfast/dinner restaurants are nearby, the excellent Hampstead Theatre is just down the street, and we felt safe coming and going at all hours. Stephan was a great host -- was able to let us drop off our bags early when we first arrived and responded quickly to any questions. I would stay here again.

Excellent Place

Clean, large and a great base to explore London. One of the previous reviews mentioned a staircase affecting the kitchen - I found the staircase a very (very) marginal affect on the kitchen (and only on the sink. There is a large double room leading to a garden (which I didn't use) and a regular size single room. Great place - worth the stay and hope to come again

Upgrade

The property provide all that was needed for a stay, and thankfully is quite close to the underground, However, some upgrading is needed. Paint was all pealing off the cupboard door in the bathroom, and outside the front door there were bags of garden refuse that looked like they had been there some time. As I had read in another person's review, the sofa provided is really a futon and very close to the ground, and impossible for an older person to get up from it. I had to sit on three cushions to be able to use it. Not comfortable! As suggested by someone else, an armchair wouldn't come amiss!

A superb stay

Absolutely superb. We stayed for several weeks after relocating to London from overseas. The flat is quiet, warm, has nice light, and is well provisioned. The host is responsive and very, very nice. There are lovely bakeries and grocers in Belsize Village, it is just a 20 minute walk to Hampstead Heath, and broader London is well connected by tube, overground, and bus. We feel lucky to have found the Garden Flat!

A Very Nice Flat in a Quiet Neighborhood

My wife and I stayed at the Garden Flat in Swiss Cottage. The flat was spacious and very clean. The flat was close to a tube stop and a bus stop...the bus took us to St. Pancras to catch our train. We had a great time except that it rained most of the time.

Perfect London family stay

Great location! Easy and Convenient

We had a great time visiting London. The location was very close to the Underground, grocery store and a fantastic ice cream parlor. The Garden Flat was spacious and had everything we needed. Stephan was very responsive and helpful with information. Great experience.

The flat was just as advertised. Lovely, clean, books to read, all appliances, AND close to the tube

We all were pleased with the flat. I was especially happy with the fact that the subway really was within walking distance. We were comfortable there and thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience. The only suggestion that I have is that an easy chair in the living room would be great. The sofa was to low for me to get on and off of, and there were four of us, so we couldn’t all use it anyway. It was a little hard to watch tv sitting on a kitchen chair. My son and his friend took one look at your lovely flat and wondered if they could move! It is that nice, and much larger than theirs! Thank you!

Perfect accomodation to enjoy London

We spent one wonderful week in Stephan's Garden Flat. The flat is the right size for a family of 4, like us. It's comfortable, really close to everything you may need or wish, fully equipped and it really makes you feel at home. Easy to reach from Stansted airport and close to London tube and many useful bus lines. Stephan is a very good host: precise, carefull, helpfull. I really hope I can find it free for our next stay in London!!!

Excellent location, great apartment

We stayed for a week, a couple and 3 children. The location is excellent - quiet but very close to the underground, buses, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment is very nice, cosy (large living room, small kitchen) and well-equipped, and fine for 5 people (2 on sofas in the living room). The owner is very helpful, always replying quickly and very nice.

Comfy and quaint

Very nice flat. Just a short walk to the underground which will take you anywhere you’d want to go. Loved the conservatory looking out over the small garden, complete with a little squirrel 🙂. Flat had any amenities you’d need...washing machine, ironing board and iron, hair dryer (don’t bother packing one like I did🙃), etc. All in all it made for a great stay and reasonably priced.

wonderful apt

We spent 10 days in this apartment. Near tube and bus stops very easy to reach any destination. Restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. Very quiet.

Wonderful little flat near the centre of london

Wir reisten mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in London an und waren sofort begeistert von der Lage der kleinen Wohnung. Wenige Meter entfernt von der U-Bahnstation konnten wir ganz London bereisen. Aber auch South-Hampstead und das Belsize Park Wohnquartier waren perfekt. Viele kleinere und größere Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf, Cafes und kleine Plätze luden zum schlendern und verweilen nahe der Wohnung ein. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar, wenn es irgendwelche Fragen gab. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ließen uns immer spüren, dass wir willkommen sind. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was uns und unseren Kindern wichtig war: Spül- und Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle und Herd, großer Fernseher und W-Lan. Dazu ein Wintergarten und eigener kleiner gemütlicher Garten. Vielen lieben Dank für diese tolle Woche in London.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You cannot help but falling in love with NW3: Belsize park and Hampstead. Despite being central, the area has an openness not found in other parts of this great city. Restaurants, bars, cinemas, theatres and beautiful parks are all within a short walk from our home.

- Less than 3 minutes walk to Swiss Cottage Tube Station (Jubilee Line), 4 minute walk to Finchley Road (Metropolitan line) and 10 minute walk to Belsize Park Station (Northern Line).

-Ten minutes Tube ride to Bond Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Square, Covent Garden (National Gallery, Tate Modern, Royal Opera House)
