Niché au cœur de la vieille ville de Key West, à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de Duval Street, vous êtes à quelques minutes de marche de tout ce que vous voudrez vivre pendant vos vacances tropicales. Prenez le café du matin dans les rues de Cuban Coffee Queen, Starbucks et 5 Brothers Coffee ou prenez votre déjeuner et vos boissons dans des restaurants et des bars de renommée mondiale tels que Carolines, Fogarty's, Blue Heaven, Irish Kevin's et Sloppy Joe's. 10 minutes à pied!

"Queen Conch" est la maison idéale pour les grands groupes et comprend trois locations de vacances séparées - "Sea Conch", "Rooster Conch" et "Horse Conch".

Le bas, unité de deux chambres - "Sea Conch" - offre un plan d'étage ouvert et spacieux dans le salon et la salle à manger. De belles portes françaises s'ouvrent sur le porche couvert et le jardin et la piscine luxuriants et tropicaux. Chacune des deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée comprend un lit queen-size confortable et une salle de bains privative dotée d'une grande douche à l'italienne et d'un joli décor Key West.

À l'étage supérieur, deux suites séparées d'une chambre - "Rooster Conch" et "Horse Conch" - sont accessibles depuis le balcon ombragé qui surplombe la piscine ci-dessous, offrant un endroit frais pour les après-midi chauds. Chaque suite est décorée avec ses propres touches de couleurs tropicales et ses confortables lits queen.

Chacune des trois unités possède sa propre cuisine entièrement équipée, un système de climatisation silencieux et un canapé-lit, ce qui en fait le lieu idéal pour les escapades de groupe telles que les réunions de famille, les anniversaires ou les enterrements de vie de garçon ou de jeune fille! fêtes d'anniversaire!

Four Bedrooms for Family Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have many local family members and used this rental for four couples to stay five nights, including a family dinner. There is no shared half bathroom on the main floor, so it is necessary that the two downstairs bedrooms allow regular use of their bathrooms. The stairway to the upper one-bedroom units is not convenient to the main level. It requires users to go out the back steps, around the landscaping to the back stairway. That means a lot of privacy, or isolation, and that was often a plus and sometimes a minus for our family interactions. The pool is great. It was shaded or sunny throughout the day, allowing both preferences to be met. The cleaning was very very good but not perfect, some hair was found in bathroom on arrival. It is VERY well equipped in the kitchens with more cooking implements than most units we've stayed in over the last ten years. Nice quality cookware. Plenty of silverware and glassware. Lovely decor, except for the tacky cocktail photos over the toilets. Who needs to see a giant alcoholic beverage with a cigar on it? Just gross. But that's so unimportant, really. The common area outside allowed us lots of ways to be together. The downstairs bedrooms picked up ALL of the living room and kitchen conversations. Thankfully there was a lantern to use for having board games outside after the front bedrooms retired for the night. Inside was just too loud for our early sleepers. Put the social birds downstairs I'd say where they share noise and bathrooms. That was very hard on our elderly family who needed to avoid those stairs to the upper levels.

Private Oasis in Key West

This home is AMAZING. Amazing. It houses my bachelorette party with 13 girls extremely well, but the backyard is the best part. Extremely private, huge, great sized pool, we were out there every free second we got. Seriously, you are in your own world back there, then you walk a block and you are in the middle of the hustle & bustle of Duval St. Amazing, amazing, amazing vacation home. 10/10 recommend!!

Amazing property & location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the entire property for 4 nights and it was perfect for our group (11)! The property was well-appointed with everything we needed and very clean. The pool was the perfect place to relax and cool off. The management company went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Location was great. Highly recommend!!!!

We are sooo happy you had a good time at Queen Conch ~ it's perfect for everyone to be 'together', but still have some space. And that pool (am I right?). We are looking forward to seeing you all again! You always have a family vacation home here with us. ~ Jennifer @ HKWVR

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was absolutely a dream! We were there for a bachelorette weekend. It was clean, accessible and walking distance to all things. Best rental property I’ve stayed in. Had all amenities. Has 3 units, perfect for 4 couples. Loved everything about it.
