Step up to this picture perfect setting surrounded by lush vegetation drawing you into your island dwelling. Find yourself greeted inside with a tastefully decorated and sun-filled Great Room perfect for bringing the family together. Cozy and inviting furnishings surround a flat screen TV for movie and game nights. A fully equipped and updated kitchen allows you to whip up your meals seamlessly for everyone to enjoy around the dining table for 6 or casually at the bar top for 3. 

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Head up to the second level to a king guest room with a flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with a shower and jet tub with an adjoining balcony off the suite. On the 3rd floor you will find a room with two twins that can convert to a king upon request, and another queen guest room across the hall. A shared bathroom lies steps away with a shower. A sofa sleeper occupies the Great Room with the convenience of a powder room nearby.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Soak up sultry sunshine and revel in the island breezes out on the back deck with a sparkling private pool (heated in the winter!) gas grill and seating to dine al fresco with a cocktail in hand. Enjoy swinging on the front porch as you savor your sweet surroundings. Overall a great stay! Location is perfect. Quiet little area (barely hear the cars pass by), but just a block or two away from the bustling Duval street. It’s across the street from a 24/7 CVS, perfect for last minute buys. The kitchen has most if not all your needs. Has regular wear and tear of a lived in house, but very cozy and spacious at the same time. I’d say the only downsides are: limited designated parking (only 1 spot available, expensive public parking (but that’s key west)), a slightly weird smell (we bought some air fresheners that helped), and it’s hard being sneaky in the house (can hear footsteps, squeaky door hinges, thin inner walls, neighbors within seeing distance). Loved the stay. Would book again.

This property was flawless. Don’t over think it or analyze it, like we do. Absolutely, book it! We are frequent travelers and neat freaks. This house checks all the boxes. Kuddos to the cleaning people.

Loved location! Near southern point and duval, plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Very comfortable! The beds are very comfortable which is a big plus for me! The pool was nice!The only thing is you only have one parking space so extra guests have to fight for a parking space, but that’s probably normal anywhere you stay . The two upper bedrooms are on a “3rd”floor , make sure you can go up and down stairs. I loved this place and would definetly stay there again.

Excellent Location

This house is really well located. The on-site parking is great. The house is nice, if lacking in a few amenities I would expect for the price. There’s no full-length mirror or makeup mirror. There wasn’t a cutting board in the kitchen, and none of the outdoor lights work at the moment. The pool is small, but a great respite from the afternoon heat, when it’s too hot to wander. There was always plenty of ice for drinks for three people, but if you come in a group, definitely get some bagged ice. The third floor bedrooms were hot and stuffy in the summer heat. The note above the thermostat says not to turn it below 72, which didn’t help with the temp at the top of the house. Would probably stay again, but maybe not in the deep summer.

We walked everywhere. The home was comfortable for five adults. We enjoyed the pool. It was a private, shady retreat. We would happily stay here again! Some minor complaints: None of the lights in back (both deck and pool) worked. And the book mentioned the pool would be cleaned on Thursday. However, if the pool is being treated with a level of chlorine that no one should enter pool for an extended time, renters should be warned. Bathing suit were ruined entering the pool several hours after the cleaning.

Family weekend in Key West

We enjoyed a fun and relaxing family weekend in key west, and brought our pup for her first time on the island. Overall had a great time and didn’t spend a ton of time at the property but it was well equipped and comfortable for us. There is a bit of noise from Truman but otherwise we found the location convenient and the home cozy. Next to a cvs and a golf cart rental place which was very nice for forgotten odds and ends and our cart rental.

Great property!

We had a family of four, and it was a great trip. The property was a perfect location to walk everywhere. We loved the house. Unlike other house, it was actually cooler on the top floor compared to the other floors, but it worked out well with the bedrooms upstairs. Great communication with the property, and albeit small, the pool was a nice addition.

Key West fun

We’ve been to KW many times and wanted to bring our 22 and 21 yo kids to show them the island. We enjoyed the house, it was a great size for 5 people. We enjoyed coffee by the pool every day. The location was ok.

Great Location

Located 1 block away from Duval Street. Property Manager answered our few questions almost immediately. We enjoyed the pool and ease of checking in and out. Centrally located by everything. I would recommend if you need 3 bedrooms downtown. Off street parking for one car is also included.

Perfect New Years Getaway

This was a perfect stay for our family getaway from the cold weather. The house was perfect and there was enough space for everyone to have some privacy. The pool was a perfect size for our teenagers and adults.

Perfect place for family of 5 in Key West

We spent Christmas in Key West and this place was perfect for our family of 5. It was super clean, we loved the pool which was warm since it was a tad chilly outside, the host provided all information we needed and location was perfect walking distance to everything but also quiet. We highly recommend this property!
