RĂ©cemment mis Ă  jour 2 chambres 1 1/2 salles de bains maison de ville au rez-de-chaussĂ©e (haut / bas) unitĂ© directement sur la piscine dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e! Les deux chambres et salle de bain complĂšte sont Ă  l'Ă©tage. La chambre principale a un lit king size, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Samsung Smart 4K de 55 pouces et un dressing. La 2Ăšme chambre a un lit queen. Salle de bain a une douche et une laveuse et sĂ©cheuse. Nager dans les 2 piscines communautaires et profiter du soleil dans les chaises longues. Il y a un joli porche fermĂ© avec un barbecue Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Attrapez votre propre poisson dans les 4 quais de pĂȘche de la communautĂ© privĂ©e, ici mĂȘme! La partie commune du club abrite une salle de billard avec 4 tables de billard, une impressionnante salle de sport, des saunas sĂ©parĂ©s pour hommes et femmes avec vestiaires / douches et un bain Ă  remous intĂ©rieur! La communautĂ© MBYC est sur l'eau et Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage pour regarder les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Ou marchez dans les bars et restaurants - Le Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar - L'italien Frabotta - Le Dive Bar - The Daiquiri Deck. Le parc ROC est juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© avec un terrain de balle, des courts de tennis et du basketball. Un court trajet en voiture de 3 km jusqu'au cĂ©lĂšbre John's Pass Village pour des excursions en bateau de pĂȘche, des boutiques, Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Overhead Surf Shop et bien plus encore!

Le parc Archibald Beach est Ă  400 mĂštres et se trouve Ă  seulement 5 minutes Ă  pied de la plage, Ă  1 minute en voiture.
Épicerie est .2 miles, à 4 minutes à pied ou à 1 minute en voiture.

Profitez de vos vacances à la plage en Floride avec des orteils de sable et des baisers salés!

Hosts and condo both amazing

Wonderful caring hosts presented a condo perfect for a rejuvenating family vacation. There was no stress involved with our stay, checkin or time spent here at the yacht club. The hosts were VERY responsive to anything we needed. Chris and Missy obviously care about their customers. It was a nice change from how the world seems to respond to each other currently. We will be back we all loved the trip!

Absolutely Paradise

The property and location are perfect for a wonderful beach vacation. The property managers, Chris and Missy, were extremely responsive to questions and a minor issue (which was resolved with expediency). The condo is perfect for two people. The extra bedroom was great for guests that visited. The downstairs living area is a bit dark because the only windows go out to a huge lanai. But there is plenty of indoor lighting as needed. The owners have stocked the unit with everything you might need, including a wagon that you can load up with chairs, towels and a cooler for the beach. The beach is an easy 0.2 mile walk. It is a beautiful beach for walking, sunning, shelling and swimming! If you prefer poolside, the condo is located right on the large pool within the development. You walk out of the lanai onto the pool patio. Absolutely perfect for those windy days. The condo is well insulated so noise was not a factor at all. The location is extremely convenient with a beautiful park across the street for pickleball/tennis, grocery store, CVS pharmacy and many, many restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend this development and unit. We are already looking forward to next year!

Wonderful property near the beach!

The hosts, Chris and Missy, are very invested in making sure you have a great stay in their condo. Chris personally checked us in. The condo is well stocked including a mini cooler to pack lunches. Loved the layout of this condo with the bedrooms upstairs. The condo is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect beach for walking, running and swimming. Across the street is CVS and a grocery store which was so convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby too. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice area, lots of places to walk to. Near proximity to John’s pass. Property was clean, pool was right outside the door. I was under the impression that the master bedroom had its own attached bath, but that was not the case. One full bath downstairs and one upstairs where bedrooms were located.

Vacation in Paradise

We very much enjoyed staying here. We utilized everything this property had to offer and were very pleased. The beach was a short distance walk. The pool was very clean. I used the gym on days I just needed to run on the treadmill. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the beach and pool. We used the grill and the kitchen every day. It was all very comfortable. Great washer and dryer that we used every day. The air conditioner worked great. Zero complaints. Thanks again!

Wonderful family getaway!

Missy and Chris made our family getaway the perfect vacation! The property was clean and comfortable, and it had some many touches that made it a perfect home away from home. Great place!

Great location, very close to beach and grocery store. Convenient for catching an Uber/Lyft to anywhere you want to go if you don’t have a car. Property is exactly as pictured. Very relaxing place to stay. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice salt water pool right outside the enclosed patio. Great park across the street with basketball, tennis, softball, splash park, etc. Unit has tons of recreation toys for the beach and the park. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent condo centrally located

My husband and I stayed for two weeks and were very comfortable working and living in this spacious and well appointed condo. Chris was very responsive with everything from check-in to questions after we arrived. We loved the screened in porch for being able to work 'kind of' outside. The porch is right at the pool, so expect some noise when the pool gets busy. That didn't bother us. I would encourage people to rent a car, as there's not a lot that you can walk to. There is a Winn-Dixie grocery store, a CVS and the immediate beach and beach bar close by along with a handful of places to eat all within walking distance. Our favorite was the Gulf Bistro, a family-owned French restaurant. It was a welcome change from typical fried beach bar food. John's Pass is about a 30 minute walk, but you can catch the trolley, although it is a bit unreliable. Use the app to know when the next trolley or bus arrives. We took the trolley to Clearwater beach, although it takes about 45 minutes to get there. Lyft and Uber can also be inconsistent, non-existent or pricey. So, I would recommend renting a car. then you can go downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete's beach, Clearwater, and any other place (like Tampa) that you may want to visit. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wants to visit Madeira beach or the surrounding area.

Very nice condo. Very clean, updated, and well equipped. Hosts were very responsive. Very close to ROC park which we enjoyed. Loved walking around the park, playing Pickleball, and watching the softball tournament. Condo was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great place with great amenities. Beach is only 1/4 mile from the place with sidewalks. Pool is right outside the unit, HUGE hit for my kids. Owners were super nice and always available by text or phone call. Will for sure stay again!! Thank you for sharing your place with us and letting us enjoy a piece of your paradise.

Our Paradise for a week....

We had a wonderful stay at the Poolside Paradise condo. The owners/managers met us on-site to check us in which was thoughtful and helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The leather sofa/sectional was very cozy. TV’s in every room were a great hit with the family. With having kids and an elderly family member we weren’t fond of the glass tables, so we avoided using them. The condo was well stocked with all the necessities (linens, cookware, dishes, washer and dryer) and the owners/managers were thoughtful to include starter packs of paper towels, toilet paper, K-cups, for the Keurig coffee maker, beach/pool toys and such. There were even basics like sunscreen, air freshener, laundry detergent, zip baggies, dish soap, hand soap, cooking spray and such. Whether left behind by other guests or provided by the owners/managers, we found it extremely helpful as most people don’t think of those things when travelling. We always pack all those things or purchase them, so we were prepared. We did purchase some things like garbage bags and left them behind to pay it forward. The overall cleanliness of the condo was great. Though it could use a good dusting under and around the furniture. The biggest downside was the lack of consistency in the temperature despite following the recommendations as given by the owners/managers. The downstairs would get hot while the upstairs would be too cool at times. Additional portable fans would be beneficial. As well, as an explanation for how the thermostat works. Those not tech savvy may have difficulty. An additional handrail on the top staircase would be beneficial. The location of the condo could not have been any better. The condo is just steps from the main pool and connected to the main office and amenities like restrooms, sauna, hot tub, gym and game room. We only used the game room which was as nice and as expected. Several people commented to us how lucky we were to have a condo located so close to the amenities, especially since a key fob is needed to access the amenities. Unfortunately, the 2nd pool was closed this week and the red tide and impact on marine life made visiting the beach miserable, so the main pool right by the condo was crowded. It was about a 10 walk to the beach with waiting to cross thru traffic. The parking for this condo was just outside of the gated community and right by the condo and very convenient. The R.O.C. park that is located next to the condo

Mike and Debbie are longtime visitors to the beautiful Madeira Beach area, traveling from Carol Stream, Illinois to Florida’s Gulf Coast for more than 30 years. After decades of making memories on the Barrier Island, they decided in 2020 to make their favorite getaway a permanent part of their lives by purchasing a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo in the highly sought-after Madeira Beach Yacht Club.

In 2025, Hurricane Helene significantly impacted the entire Barrier Island community. Following two years of extensive reconstruction and careful attention to detail, Mike and Debbie are thrilled to welcome guests back to their fully refurbished condo.

They’ve thoughtfully refreshed the space to ensure it’s comfortable, relaxing, and perfect for beach and sun lovers looking to experience the charm, warmth, and beauty that first captured their hearts decades ago.

They look forward to sharing their little slice of paradise with you!

You will be personally check you in at arrival & when you leave to make sure that we meet you & that you have a nice vacation!

Guests will receive an email a day or 2 before arriving with check-in instructions.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our property includes starter supplies for your convenience at check-in: one bottle of water for each guest, a few coffee K-cups and creamers, a few dishwasher pods, a few Tide laundry pods, paper goods, Dawn dish detergent, liquid hand soap, shampoo & liquid shower soap in the bathrooms.

Fully equipped for you & your family with fresh linens & bath towels, washer & dryer, hair dryer, and fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, silverware, utensils, plus many more!

Our check-in time is set at 4:00pm (ET) and check-out is 11:00am (ET). Please plan your stay accordingly, as we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-out times due to our deep and thorough cleaning schedules. For example...say your flight arrives at 8:00am, you will not be able to check in until 4:00pm, so booking for the night before allows you to start your vacation right away after you land.
