Rates include: cable TV, fiber-optic wifi, bed linen, towels (large & small), household linen, 1st necessity products, tourist tax.

The “penthouse” apartment is cleaned with the greatest care and completely disinfected by a professional team.( my partner Camy)

The place is unique with its large terrace, its tikki bar, its bbq & plancha (to be collected in the kitchen) with an Amazing view of the ocean.

Its position is in the city CENTER (fine white sand beach, 2 supermarkets, restaurants, leisure activities, walks..... less than 5 minutes on foot
free parking at the bottom of the residence.

Completely redone end 2018 and especially its large terrace & tikki bar with an exceptional 180° sea view.

Renovated at the end of 2018 according to current standards, electric roller shutters in the living/dining room, in the 2 bedrooms, it benefits from Daikinn air conditioning, complete for 100m2, and dry inertia radiators in each bedroom.
WI-FI CONNECTION and a breathtaking view of the SOUTH facing ocean.

Two bathrooms with walk-in shower. as well as two bedrooms with twin beds and one double bedroom. Reversible air conditioning for summer and winter.

The induction kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

In order to welcome you, we would like to offer you a bottle of local wine, red or white, a fresh bottle of mineral water, coffe, tee.....

This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with WiFi (fiber!) can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the 300 days of sunshine per year in the Algarve. Portugal at its best... No need for a car in Praia da Luz but if you have one you can park anywhere for free.In addition to visiting the charming village of Praia da Luz and enjoying its beautiful beach located along a path lined with palm trees, you will not want to miss the neighboring town of Lagos with its many shops and restaurants, its pedestrian historic center and its famous cliffs of Ponta da Piedade where you can take the most beautiful photos of the sunset...Don't forget to book a boat trip to the sea caves and/or go see the dolphins for more great photos! Praia dos Três Irmãos in Alvor is also a must; the Algar Seco site in Carvoeiro, with a wooden boardwalk along the coastline, is wonderful for nature lovers; the fortress and the cape of Sagres will amaze you with their “end of the world” settings; those who enjoy hiking will want to try the famous “7 Hanging Valleys Trail” route...
And if you prefer to simply relax at the spa, the 4* Estrela da Luz resort is located just behind the penthouse with its wide range of soothing treatments.
