We were very happy with Stella and are very grateful for her help. She was incredibly friendly and assisted us quickly with every issue (and unfortunately, there were many). We would also like to highlight that the floors, bed linens, and towels were absolutely clean upon our arrival.As for the house itself, it was surely very beautiful once – large, with many balconies, a huge terrace, and a big garden. Unfortunately, it has become quite run-down over the years, and not in a charming way. We couldn't use one of the four bedrooms due to a strong musty smell. During heavy rain, water dripped from the ceiling in this room. Additionally, there are cracks and water stains on the walls and ceilings throughout the house. In two of the four bedrooms, the air conditioning didn't work properly. The washing machine was connected to two exposed wires sticking out of the wall, which caused the circuit breaker to trip multiple times during every wash cycle. Wi-Fi was not available.The house is old and the price is undoubtedly affordable, but in this condition, we would not book it again. It is a great pity that the building has been so neglected, as it was truly beautiful once and surely has an eventful history.
