Cette charmante maison de plage dispose de trois chambres réparties sur deux étages et d'un parking pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre véhicules! L'espace de vie principal occupe le deuxième étage et vous trouverez également deux chambres et une salle de bain complète à cet étage. Avec un plan d'étage ouvert, vous rassemblerez facilement la famille, que vous profitiez d'une soirée cinéma dans le salon ou prépariez vos repas préférés dans la cuisine entièrement équipée. Rendez-vous au troisième étage où vous trouverez la suite parentale avec salle de bain privée.
Cette maison se trouve à seulement un mile de l'accès à la plage de Blue Mountain Beach, donc naviguer vers votre place dans le sable sera un jeu d'enfant tous les matins. Avec une douche extérieure, vous n'aurez pas à vous soucier du suivi du sable blanc qui fait la renommée de cette zone dans la maison. Deux balcons privés vous permettront de profiter de l'air frais de la Floride lorsque vous n'êtes pas sur la plage. Profitez du café du matin pendant que le soleil se lève sur les arbres ou d'un cocktail en soirée pendant que vous préparez le dîner sur le gril à gaz privé. Destin Trip

The house was just as pictured. Very clean and spacious. Overall had a great stay. Beach was walking distance (about a 15 minute walk) and neighborhood was nice.

Loved this place!

The house was exactly as pictured. Spotlessly clean and a very much-needed time away from our home state. This was our first vacation since the Covid lock-downs and it did NOT disappoint. We are so happy we found this place!

Beautiful home, fantastic location

This is a five star beautifully built and outfitted home. Every aspect of the property has been built/acquired as high quality product - very impressive for a rental. Location perfect for us with so many opportunities for biking, beaching, kayaking. ANd of course eateries!

Beach Getaway April 2022

Our stay was spectacular!! The property met and exceeded expectations. It was clean and well furnished. The ONLY small item that needed attention was the gas grill. It was really dirty and needed to be cleaned before we used it. But overall, our stay was relaxing and very enjoyable. We will definitely return!!!

Spring Break 2021

Loved the location!! Private and very quiet cul-de-sac! Well stocked kitchen, just a little hard to find stuff you needed. Recommend you add: tin cookie tray, pot holders...maybe we just missed.. lol Also recommend guide to a/c system, and TVs. thankfully our teenager guided us thru TVs...and we got great access to movies and more!!

Cute house!

The house was great! There looked like there was some water damage on the ceiling and it looked pretty rough in kitchen/living area. We were going to grill out one night and went to turn on the grill and had no tank. We texted and one was brought the next day no problem . Just wish that there had been a more specific note in the description that there is no access to a pool from that neighborhood. Overall, we all had a great week and look forward to coming back in 2022.

There’s so much mold in the house that they’ve just covered with paint that every single one of us was sick by the second day there. I didn’t feel it was even safe to be in the home. Couldn’t breath the entire time. Bugs everywhere inside the home. You have to bring your own toilet paper cause there was none more trash bags

No Refund

Wife spent 16 days in hospital with pneumonia and congestive heart failure... sudden onset, hospital acquired stuff. Could not make the trip this year (have stayed previously and loved it). But no refund was offered, no negotiation, no deferred rental. So did NOT cancel - House stood empty for weeks! Not even a refund for cleaning! Take out insurance next time.

Property was ok but we did run into some issues with the house. There was not enough air blowing into the main floor bedrooms and restroom. Also the dryer they had didn’t work properly, we had to turn on the dryer about 5 times for 1 load to finish drying. And also we saw a few insects inside the house (roaches, spiders and ants). We did contact the property agent and they came out and said they would send someone to resolve the issues, not sure if someone did come out while we were away from the house.

Outdated, but works in a pinch.

Blue Mountain Beach is a wonderful place to visit! Overall the house was fine, but we wouldn’t book again. It was not cleaned well at all, there was trash and cigarette butts left on the balcony and the floors were dirty. We had some issues with bugs and ants in the Master bedroom and the air conditioner did not work well, likely due to the fact that the filter was extremely dirty. The property management did come out at 4pm the next day, but didn’t remedy anything. The kitchen area was sparsely stocked, not even a pair of scissors. The kids loved the bunk room and the swings downstairs and it fit our group nicely. It’s really too far to walk to the beach and parking at the beach access is not easy. A golf cart would be needed at this property for easy beach access. For the purpose of our weekend, it was fine all things considered. However, the property needs to be spruced up and offer more onsite amenities to really compete with other properties nearby.

Air conditioning nightmare

A/C went out during our stay. We had to spend two days on the phone trying to get help. We had to sleep in an oven. Miserable. Purchased 6 fans at Walmart for a total of $130. Not offered any refund for this horrible experience. Even after the service technician came the house never cooled off properly. Thermostat shows temp inside home to be same temperature as outside.(80-90 degrees) 🥵 Didnt seem too concerned about our discomfort. Never again

Nice house close to beach

For the most part the house was very amenable but there were a number of maintenance issues that need attention and so that was a drag. The beach was pretty close and it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood/spot.

Beautfiul beach home

House was perfect for our group with kids of all ages - LOVED the patio area and all the decks. Beds were comfortable and layout was great! A little further from the beach than we were used to, but it really was only about 10 mins walk. Driving to and from beach was our best option, as we had small children and the hills and heat were alot! We never had an issue finding a parking spot at the public access though! Beautful home - and away from the traffic and congestion. We would absolutely stay again!

Nice House for 1 Family

First off don't look at where the house is pinned in the listing. You need to look the address up, it's not far away, just on the other side of 83. It's nice and at the end of a cul-de-sac. First impression was great. After being in the home awhile it seemed that we were the first people in the house in months (including the cleaning crew). The ice maker was completely frozen over, all the ice was pretty much in one huge chunk (like it had been there a long time) and the dispenser was jammed with ice. We also noticed dust and debris in places on the floor. The location was just at the limit of walking to the beach. My only suggestion is BIKES. If this home had provided bikes it would have been a game changer. It is so close to 30A and so many things. We tried to rent from Big Daddy but they were completely booked up, our fault. The house has a condo complex behind it but there is a nice size yard, so you still feel secluded. Just seemed like wasted space, though. Maybe a fire pit?

Destin in mind

We booked with Destin in mind but we never even made it to Destin. The location was wonderful the beach was nice. Overall it felt like home away from home definitely will be booking again.
