Bienvenue à Lair De Leon. Grande maison de six chambres à coucher de style floridien avec une immense piscine éclairée pour les baignades en été. Très privé. Jardin tropical luxuriant. Plan d'étage ouvert, grande salle à manger pour la famille. Emmenez les enfants à la ferme des alligators ou à l'amphithéâtre sans se soucier du stationnement. À quelques pas du plus ancien phare des États-Unis. Pouvez-vous inventer les 219 étapes? En face du parc d'état d'Anastasia. Nous sommes situés au centre pour tous vos intérêts de vacances.
Vous pouvez faire du vélo jusqu'à la plage, rentrer chez vous pour vous baigner, prendre une boisson glacée et regarder les oiseaux s'envoler vers la ferme des alligators, au bord de la piscine. Allumez le barbecue et le barbecue, faites fumer avec les enfants sous le chêne géant à l’extérieur. Allez dîner juste en face du pont du centre-ville ou dans l’un des restaurants de l’île. Si cela ne suffit pas, une baignade nocturne vous attend. C'est tes vacances, pourquoi pas? C'est la vieille Floride, tout est détendu et confortable. Notre maison attend la famille.

Beautiful home.

Michelle was a great Hostess that was willing to help anyway possible to make our stay a pleasant stay. The house was warm and beautiful and fit our needs for three families to get together.

2nd stay just as good as the 1st

Second time staying at the house, all aspects of rental were fantastic. House was spacious for 3 families of 4 with 6 teenagers, clean, well appointed, and the best part was the proactive and timely response from the hosts. Great stay 2 years running.

A fantastic place for fun and friends!!

Great house

We had a great Thanksgiving vacation in this house. It is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The house has everything you will need. It is very close to downtown and the beaches. Michelle was wonderful - we had some questions and she got back to us very quickly and was very helpful.

Great family vacation

We had a great time for our week stay. Michelle and Michael were amazing and so responsive. They had wine, chocolates, flowers, and some fun floats for us which was such a nice touch. The house was great, very comfortable and spacious for 3 families and all the kids. Also, a great kitchen for cooking since going out to restaurants isn’t something we wanted to do. Would love to stay there again.

Perfect fall break getaway!

We drove down for fall break from Atlanta, and loved our time at the property and in St. Augustine. The home was clean, spacious, and easily accommodated 6 adults and 6 children. The beach wasn't too far and the kids loved swimming in the pool in the evenings. The host Michelle was extremely responsive, polite and helpful. We definitely recommend!

Family vacation

The house is just perfect for families of various ages. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. Having a outside grill is an added benefit. Location is great...within walking distance to the Alligator Farm. Everything is within a short drive. Beautiful home! Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Home

Not only was the house spotless when we got there, but the pool was clean and perfect for both families who stayed there. The location is very close to Anastasia State Park which is the best beach access if you want to avoid fighting for parking along A1A Beach, and it’s also close to great restaurants in the area (O’Steens, OC White’s, Mellow Mushroom, etc). The owner was awesome and is available for any issues or assistance with the area. Highly recommend and we bookmarked the house for future visits!

Christmas in Saint Augustine

Michelle and Michael's house is beautiful, clean and was a perfect family getaway over Christmas! They were very easy to communicate with and made sure our stay was relaxing. Great location - beautiful neighborhood to run in and close to all the attractions. Highly recommend walking over to the alligator farm for the zip line experience! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Family Reunion

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need. Plenty of bath and pool towels. Pool area was great and we loved having it screened in. Location! Location! So close to all kinds of activities and St. Augustine. Michelle was a wonderful host, answering any questions and concerns promptly. Recommend this home to any large group looking for a relaxing stay!

Excellent property and even better location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was clean, up to date, and comfortable. The host was helpful and responsive in fixing a minor issue. The pool was great and we had everything we needed. The location is hard to beat! So close to the beaches and the bridge to the historic area. There are various mattress hardnesses throughout, so try to match those with personal preferences. The living and dining area provided plenty of space for hanging out and playing games.

Fantastic overall experience

We loved everything about this rental! Michelle was very responsive, friendly, and kind and also accommodating with some special requests we had. We loved the layout of the house, the neighborhood, and the location. We were very comfortable in the house. Our group was varied ages from six to grandparents. St. Augustine is a great city with so many choices of activities. Thank you so much, Michelle, for a wonderful vacation!!

Comfortable!

We had plenty of room. The pool was nice and my grandchildren were not the only ones that enjoyed it! The only complaint was not enough tv's ! With 4 children 2 tv's do not work at night! We did have a great time though!! Thank you for sharing your beach home!!

Family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. We could not have asked for more. We were welcomed to the home with flowers, a box of chocolates and a bottle of wine. The house and pool was very clean and well stocked with anything you could possible need. The kids did not want to leave the house. They were happy to stay home and not venture out. Great location to walk to Alligator Farm or short drive to the beach st the State Park. Thank you Michelle for helping us have a family vacation we will always remember. The Scaffe family

Great House near everything

Our hosts, Michelle and Michael, were great and answered all our questions. We were greeted with chocolate and wine. The house was large and comfortable. It is actually more beautiful in real life. After sightseeing, it was great to come back to the house and jump in the pool. Pool towels were supplied, along with floats and pretty much anything else you could need. The landscaping was beautiful. Close to everything but still felt private. I cannot say enough positive things. My daughter said this was the best house and the best vacation ever. Thank you again to Michelle and Michael for being such wonderful hosts.

Amazing house in St Augustine

This house was beautiful. We had a 50th wedding anniversary party for my parents and rented this house for my family, my sister’s family and my parents. The house was perfect for our trip. The master bedroom was enormous, but all the bedrooms were very spacious. The house also has 3 full bathrooms. The kids loved the heated pool and the room with the futon. The parents loved hanging out by the pool and in the main living area. There was plenty of room for the kids and adults so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. We all agreed that we would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Michelle and Michael were wonderful hosts.

We are the proud Parents of 3 sons aged 15, 11 and 10. We came to St Augustine for the same reason you might be vacationing and decided to stay. Our home has been a labor of love and we hope that our efforts are enjoyed by you and your family too. Our boys have all helped in preparing to make your stay a joy. We are all excited to host you.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We originally chose the home for its close proximity to our sons elementary school but have benefited from all the perks of its location as well.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our home is in a great location. On a private street that has a tropical feel amid the attractions. The Alligator farm is literally at the end of the street, we bike ride into town and walk to the Amphitheater or Lighthouse. The State and public beach are as close as 1 to 1.5 miles from the house too.
