Maricopa Visit

This stay was great. The hosts were very communicative and responsive with any request. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to stay near Phoenix without being in the city.

Enjoyable Family Visit

We are repeat lovers of this home for our stays in Maricopa, AZ to visit our grandson and his family. We enjoy the confort of staying in a home rather than a hotel. We can have our great grandchildren over and they love the backyard! There's enough space for us to have a nice meal together too! We will definitely be staying here again!

Work Stay

The time we spent at the house was minimal, but I had absolutely no complaints. It was clean and all the appliances worked. I also liked the location. It was close to anything we would need.

Desert Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Maricopa property. The back yard was a shady retreat for coffee, wine and watching the hummingbirds. The bed and living room furniture was comfortable and we appreciated the garage for parking.

Lovely, Feels like Home!

We love staying in this home! This is our fourth time; and it is so comforting to arrive at the end of a long day of travel, knowing a clean, open, light, and welcoming place is ready for us. After a great night's sleep in the so comfortable beds, we're ready to begin all fun we've planned. This home makes it possible for two great grandparents to enjoy our great grandchildren. Golf Get Away

Family Easter Fun!

As before, lovely home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Outdoor space with dining and barbecue to enjoy with our family. Grandchildren loved hunting Easter eggs in the backyard and playing games outside. We'll definitely be back again soon!

Comfortable house in nice neighborhood.

We loved our stay for a number of reasons. It was a great location, house was clean and had a number of nice features for the reasonable price. We especially liked the recliners, comfortable beds, TV coverage and outdoor grill. In addition, Roger and Sandy were very responsive to any needs we had. Would stay there again!

Family Reunion

We used this house as overflow for a large family reunion. It was perfect. Had everything needed. Very comfortable and very relaxing back yard and patio. Communication was great, neighborhood great. Nothing to complain about.

Really uncomfortable the whole time

Great location in Maricopa, really close to everything. My issue was with the way they conducted the repairs that were being done to the patio. I was told it would be done the Saturday I got there, which was fine because I was getting in late. Then late on Sunday (9pm) I got an email saying they didn’t get to it and that it would be done Monday. They were there first thing Monday morning and had to go back and forth through the house. Then Tuesday I’m woken up by the sound of them drilling and they just let themselves into the house without knocking and are going back and forth. I’m lucky I was dressed and had the bedroom door closed. I kept waking up all through the next night because I was so paranoid they were going to just walk in unannounced again. As a woman traveling by myself it’s quite frightening having strangers just walk right into the house, even if they are the owners. I went there to relax but felt even more stressed leaving than I did when I arrived. I don’t understand why the repairs couldn’t wait until I was gone. All they were doing was putting up an awning on the patio. Plus the house smelled really strongly of dog and the floors were filthy, plate was left in the microwave, extra toilet paper under cabinet was all wrinkled like it had been previously wet, hair was in the ice maker, and dog poop was in the back yard.

very comfortable

s a good layout for families, as the master is at one end of the house and the other 2 bedrooms are at the other end. Well-equipped kitchen. Lovely outdoor space with BBQ, firepit and shaded table big enough for 6. Owners were exceptionally responsive.

Great Hotel Alternative

We had judges come in for a dog show and opted to have them stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel. It was much more homey and comfortable for them. This property worked out well for our needs.

The home is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and love the location, neighbors are very quite!

My family very much enjoyed our stay at the Wade home! Beautiful stars at night, enjoyed a nice family BBQ dinner, watching the stars with a light fire pit going. Enjoyed a nice bike right to the beautiful community park! Sandy & Roger are very sweet and prompt to all communications, they really made us feel at home in their beautiful home! We'd love to come back again! ;)

We stayed 2 months and the house was great 👍 our cat loved the front window and watching the birds in the morning. Sandy was right there when we had a problem.

Our rental properties consume of a lot of our time. As we take pride in our properties. always updating and doing maintenance on them. Both of us are still full time employed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Maricopa is a great small town, bedroom community of about 50,000. 30 minutes south of Metro Phoenix. Quiet, less traffic, small community feel. Easy to get around in. It has enough of stores, restaurants and amenities, for the community. Yet, close enough to the greater Phoenix [Chandler Mall area] area to enjoy Spring Training games, or a day's drive to Sedona, the Grand Canyon or San Diego. Harraha's casino in town, if you enjoy gambling. Copper State ball fields, and rec area. Small Parks, many with children swings. Walking/biking paths, movie theaters and bowling and so much more. Or just sit out back, relax and enjoy a cool drink on the covered patio. WE provide a few bikes.

We're especially proud of the back yard. . The artificial grass is always green, patio looks out over it with patio tables and comfy chairs and a fire pit [for cool winter months] and Barbecue. Weather is a big factor and being outdoors to enjoy is the big draw in Arizona.
Summers night are warm. But they do Cool off.
