Le meilleur emplacement à Breckenridge! Vous pouvez littéralement aller à pied au télésiège et à tous les bars, restaurants et magasins depuis cet appartement pittoresque et confortable! Montez à bord de la navette municipale juste à l'extérieur, rendez-vous au River Walk Centre pour les événements! Une place de parking souterrain est également disponible. Unité rénovée en 2018 avec tous les nouveaux appareils et meubles. Grande unité au 1er étage à droite sur Ridge St. (à un pâté de maison de Main) calme et accessible à tous ce que Breck a de mieux à vous offrir! Demandez aussi à mes autres emplacements!

Tout l'appartement est à vous! Déposez votre sac et détendez-vous! Un clavier permet d’enregistrer les enregistrements tardifs. Accédez au parking de la ruelle de Main St pour un parking souterrain! Pas de pelletage de neige!

Perfect Location for our first visit to Breckinridge

We loved being walking distance from all the great little shops and restaurants, and there are great shuttles and trolleys for getting around to other attractions. The condo was comfortable and cozy and we had a great time!

Location, location, location

We only stayed one night but we’ll be back for longer next time. The check in/out was painless, all the information we needed was provided. The condo was cozy, clean and the location was perfect. Walking distance to main street where all the restaurants and shops are located. Great place to stay.

Perfect staycation steps away from Main Street

Loved this property and perfect for us! Having a new baby we needed all the creature comforts, this place provided it... a bonus, our pack n play fit right into the closet area. ☺️

Simple yet effective condo! Underground parking was great. Can’t stress enough how awesome it was being so close to everything! (Main Street, dog park for our dogs, grocery store across the street). Will definitely be back!

Don’t be fooled by the lack curb appeal. Close to main street and all the amenities, parking garage is a plus and quick response to all inquiries. Will definitely book again!

Great location; comfortable stay

Location was fantastic, one block behind Main Street. Lots of great restaurants in the vicinity, as well as a grocery store that opens till 9pm. Apartment was clean. Kitchen was well equipped not only with cooking utensils and cutlery, but dried herbs as well. Bedroom was comfortable. Sheets were very soft.

Bait and switch

Picture showed a remodeled condo, track lighting, updated furniture and fireplace. Received old and dated unit with furniture for a college dorm including a dedk and 2 chairs. We did not stay and looked for another dog friendly place. Found a beautiful place at Beaver Run for 100 more. Terrible parkung and experience.

Struggled to communicate with property manager upon arrival. Walls are very thin, lots of noise from other occupants made it difficult to sleep/enjoy. Lack of clarity regarding parking. Smell of apartment was odd as well. However, location was perfect.

Great location - that's about it

The location is right off of Main Street Breck which was great. Aside from that unfortunately that was the only positive. The walls to the apartment are paper thin and you could hear every step in the apartment complex. There was lipstick smudges on the glasses, hair on the bathroom walls and the pull out couch does not pull out but rather you can pull out a cot from underneath the couch. The instructions for check in was confusing as there was outdated pictures/codes to get in. The lock box code to get into the apartment was outdated. We tried calling the property manager multiple times with no response. Upon rereading again there was a different code that was correct in a different portion of the instructions. However, we never received a call back from the property manager. Not worth the price

Nice location

Great location for walking around town. The bed is not very comfortable and the bathroom fan needs to be cleaned. The location made up for the problems.

Breckenridge condo

Property was clean. Screen was not correctly installed. It may be time to rotate the mattress (or replace?) - each side was recessed and the middle was like one of the mountain ridges that surround the town. Sleeping on it was a true alpine experience! And, does the garbage disposer even work? The dog next door continually howled/barked. Were the owners ever there? We never saw them.

Great location! Upstairs/Beside Neighbors- Poor

Great stay in Breckenridge! Great location and within walking distance of all amenities. The neighbors to the side and above were horrendous. Late night partying and as soon as 11:00pm hit, endless stomping and slamming around. Quite honestly, the most unbelievable situation. Contemplated confronting them myself or involving the local authorities but we threw our pillows over our heads and prayed for the best. Can’t win all the time, other than that, it was a great trip! Would say here again if the other occupants of the building disappeared.

Very Sketchy owner

The owner is a bit scarey. He accused me twice of saying things I never said! The place was great but I would never ever rent from him again!!! In fact I thought he was so strange, we figured out a way to block the door the last night. I have never felt that way about anyone.

Great Location, Uncomfortable Bed

The location was phenomenal and walkable to main street and the slopes. The place was clean and pretty well stocked, bring oil or cooking spray if you plan to cook. The ski storage was very helpful since it was a tighter space. While it was mostly good, the bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and my husband and I didn't sleep well either night. It felt like there was a hard rod or board in the middle of the bed. The leather pullout sleeper was more comfortable. Also, you can hear everything in the hallways and from the neighbors above. Luckily, it's a quiet facility and people seem to go to bed early. The location and cleanliness is why we gave it the three stars.
