And for being charged an extra cleaning fee for the deplorable condition you left my cottage in. Necessitating extra cleaners to get down on their hands and knees to clean the juice off the floor from the piles of children running through the house. The cottage was trashed. You booked for 2 guests. You refused to talk to me to go over cottage details instead having your cousin communicate with me. 15 people showed up. A camper pulled up. You had a family reunion with the entire cove going through my house using its facilities, People with dogs. When my cottage is only set up for 10 And with this years worst drought overuse the well could have run dry and burnt the water pump . And we do not allow events per our VRBO description unless discussed prior to the booking. THE SECURITY CAMERA IS NOT ON THE PROPERTY IT IS ACROSS THE ROAD. IT IS THERE FOR SECURITY OF OUR PROPERTY ACROSS THE ROAD THAT HOUSES ALL OF OUR BOATS FOR OUR GUESTS. IT IS THERE TO MONITOR THE SECURITY OF CUSTOMERS VEHICLES. Plus there was a bear in the area so we monitor the area to ensure the safety of our guests. We are able to capture the back of the cottage. We saw 3 vehicles and a camper.
