Wonderful anniversary trip

We stay at the Majestic every time we come to PCB. This was the easiest check-in/check-out process yet. Everything was done online and didn't have to speak to one person. We had an amazing anniversary trip with our family.

Hotel and beach experience

It was great and easy, definitely going back. Beach view was great, had a view from side to side! There was a little sand but your on the beach, what do you expect.

Overall it was an “ok” place to stay. Disappointed in the cleanliness Of condo

Beach, Pool and overall facility and staff was great. However, the wait line for elevators (without air conditioning) & condo cleanliness really disappointed me. There was so much grime and goo in the shower that I had to stand on a towel to keep my feet from touching. The amount of sand (very understandable considering it’s the beach) was amazing. It’s smelled clean when we walked in but there was still grit everywhere. The pullout sofa even had sand and it was super uncomfortable to try to sleep on. The staff were all great and pleasant. Loved the pools and the bar. I wouldn’t stay in this particular condo again unless it had some major cleaning and updating. They may want to check the dryer as well. It didn’t seem to dry out clothes efficiently. Was just sadly disappointed in our condos cleanliness most of all

Several changes this year

Bathrooms were not cleaned Both lamps and overhead lights in living room all blown bulbs. Ceiling fan light was supposed to be three lights and only one and was blown out. Refrigerator never got the drinks really cold Water poured down into bottom bins and ruined expensive pizza. One kitchen cabinet door hanging off by the hinges. Major issue and could have been a major problem The bathroom door by the bunk beds inside knob broken and everyone that went to that bathroom was immediately locked in!!!! Someone had to keep going and letting them out. Usually I go by myself for the first part of trip and I would have been locked in the bathroom with no way out!!! And no way for anyone to know. Maintenance came and fixed all issues relatively quickly except refrigerator was next day. Room cost was extensive this year like everything now however on top of the increased cost of the room in seven years I have stayed at Majestic the room always includes two beach lounge chairs, this one did not so that was another high cost for chairs! Ridiculous Then only one parking pass allowed Complete runaround on that Front desk said flat out NO even though I had TWO handicapped guests Said wait until next day and go to HOA office for help NO again Because I didn’t reserve with Schulstadt rentals Front desk and HOA both stated this. 6 person room and one pass STUPID Especially since handicapped Seven years never these problems and then another high cost to park across the street and they had to walk!!! Chairs even stupider Very narrow and hard and do not lay all the way back could not turn over for sunning on back side Useless!!! The guy was extremely rude on several occasions Told me not made for turning over to use a beach towel and lay on the sand!!! I didn’t pay for chairs to lay in the sand. Disappointed totally this year and embarrassed I took my family that had never been for such a crappy stay. Will not be staying in this unit again and with the parking and cheap chairs not a majestic Maybe time to look elsewhere

Great condo in a great location

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The pools were great and the store and restaurant on site were very convenient. The only frustration during our stay was the elevators. The tower is 23 stories and they only have 4 elevators so the lines were long for the elevator, especially the day of check in. Just be prepared to wait in line or take the stairs.

Unexpected expense

This is a large property with different check-in procedures which made check-in a bit confusing, but we managed... No mainline telephone access (wasn't included in room $$). Coffee pot stopped working after 1 use... we managed without them. But the biggest disappointment was -- NO SHEETS OR PILLOW CASES for master bedroom. Only had text access to Panhandle Gateway (property management group) We were told they were on their way with the sheets/pillow cases... after 3 hours received that same message. They eventually stopped responding. I emailed them and was told to text the number that I had been.. Had to go back to Walmart (which is a nightmare on its own) and wait in line for an hour to purchase KING size sheets/pillow cases (which I had no other use for)

Great location

We enjoyed our time at The Majestic. The room was clean and roomy. The location was great. Parking across the street but easy to access and get in and out. (Even with the construction). The beach was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and kind. Enjoyed having the market and Starbucks there. Many pools to chose from but way too cold to enjoy even when it was warm outside! Would definitely stay again!

It was pretty good.

The condo itself was pretty clean. Everything was in working order and it met the need at the moment. The tile floor color is brownish so you can't tell the floors are as dirty as they are. When we arrived I took my shoes off ant the bottom of my feet and my family's feet got black on bottom. The balcony had bird poop all over it. It hadn't been swept in a very long time. The condon itself is well kept according to furnishings this issue I speak of has everything to do with who is cleaning the unit.

Overall enjoyed the Condo

Overall the experience was great. Condo was nice but accessing the king size bed from the wall side was difficult. There were minor maintenance items in the condo but noting of any consequence. It was certainly worth what we paid. The management company was at our door just about check in time. They provided all we needed and did well.

Pros: LOVED the beach/gulf view, large windows, patio furniture to sit on in balcony two bathrooms, great water pressure luggage cart to transport luggage from car to room all pots/pans/Tupperware/silverware needed were there efficiency washer/dryer towels provided plenty of seating around table, at the kitchen bar, living room area Cons: long walk to and from parking garage (thank goodness for the luggage carts) just one hook on the back of each bathroom door to hang bathroom towels, nowhere else to hang them except over shower ironing board cover was stained no big knives, had to use steak knife to cut watermelon would be nice if basic spices were provided such as salt, pepper, oil (but we knew that ahead of time, ad was very clear)

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a very pleasant experience in our condo. The condo was very clean and all that we needed, in regards to cooking, washing, ironing etc., was right at an arms reach. I don't like being too high up in the condos so therefore the 12th floor was perfect. I would stay at this condo again and also refer family and friends as well.

Very nice condo!

Very nice condo! Very easy to rent and loved not having to check in at desk. The only complaint we had was the wait for elevators and the way the Majestic Towers occupies the entire beach with their rental chairs and umbrellas. We do not rent those and had to walk a good distance to find an empty spot on the beach. This of course is no fault to the owners we rented from, it was the policy of the Majestic Towers. The unit and owners were very easy to work with and very clean and comfortable.

Majestic Beach! The best!

It was not very expensive. We stood there for three nights. It was very good very place, confortable beds and very nice personal attending. I would go to there again. Recommended.
