Great Family Vacation

The resort is perfect for the whole family, they’re a kiddy pools where the kids can play, and peaceful areas for adults. Great location with access to other resorts, restaurants, and golf.

Great Resort

Resort is nice… unfortunately it was spring break and the were swamped with guests so we were not able to check in until 6:45pm. They were very nice about it. Rooms were great- located close to pool and ocean. Bring reef shoes- swimming/snorkeling right off the beach was great! Pool lounges fill up very quickly!

Excellent stay

The Westin Kaanapali is a great property with beautifully maintained amenities. Concierge Realty manages the villa we were in and were attentive to our needs with no issues whatsoever. The beach, pools, and facilities are top notch with great proximity to a whole host of activities and dining options. Snorkeling right off the beach is fantastic with an extensive reef and regular sightings of turtles, eels, etc. Stayed here 9 years ago and it remains as great for grown children as it is for smaller children. Highly recommended.

Overall impression was really good. The only exception was the ridiculously slow check in process.

Great Vacation

Everything about the reservation and check in process was easy as can be and the quality of property and location were first rate. We had a beautiful ocean front Villa. Very quiet and family oriented. The property does feels like it still has a bit of a Covid hangover.............housekeeping only came once in a week and still had to chase after them for multiple essentials that they missed on that one visit, and the one high-end restaurant on the property is still clear. But otherwise the staff were helpful and enthusiastic whenever you engaged them... and the facility was always clean and is still family oriented.

Spacious, lovely 2 bedroom at fantastic family resort

This is a fantastic property on the top floor in Building 5. It consists of 2 units with adjoining doors (easy to prop open) with a full kitchen in 1 and a kitchenette in the other. Each kid got their own bed with a 2 balconies to choose from. We overlooked some great family games on the lawn (giant size shuffleboard, grills), with fantastic views of the ocean. Who doesn't love seeing the ocean as soon as they wake up? Only downside was the check in, as the manager told us that check in time was not guaranteed and we had to wait another hour (we had gotten there early). Fantastic service by the concierge, as well as run pools.
