Great location. for winter and summer 2 beds ,2 bath new kitchen with everything you need. Central air and heat. Private pool just for condo owners and guest, 2 balcony's, washer dryer 2. Flat screen tvs Cable. Many extra. Including all bedding and bath. Great for families. And for those that like to just get away. Great for family' golf outings
Island Palms is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Onsite amenities include free parking, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor pool. The property is a short walk across the street from the beach and there are several restaurants, attractions, live shows and shopping within a short drive. WE NOW HAVE SNOWBIRD RATES for winter relaxing.

Overall the stay was fantastic! If I were to gripe about anything it would be the main restrooms shower head which sprayed everywhere. The beds were hard as a rock and uncomfortable. The trek up to the 3rd floor with very narrow staircases was not ideal either. But, I’d stay here again! It’s right across from the beach and had quick access to all of the amenities that North Myrtle has to offer.

The unit is very nice with plenty of room and we'll equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the towel and linen service is a big plus. The temperature in the unit stayed cool and comfortable despite the high outdoor temperatures. It was very quiet with the exception of the early morning garbage pickup out back, but cleanliness is way better than the alternative. Parking is tight as was related by the owner, who made checkin easy. The only drawback for me was the third floor walk up.

Location, Location, Location! I stayed here for the beach proximity and things to do in North Myrtle. You are 5-minute drive to Barefoot Landing. This is a 3rd floor walk-up with steep stairs. Owner is very easy to communicate with and has recommendations for restaurants. Parking is tight, but I managed very easily with an SUV.

Our stay at this property was one of the worst vacation rental experiences we've ever had.When we arrived, it was obvious the property had not been properly maintained or prepared for guests. One door was missing blinds entirely, leaving a lack of privacy. Every shampoo/body wash dispenser in the showers were completely empty, and there wasn't even hand soap in the bathrooms.The condition of the home was also concerning. There was duct tape holding together multiple items, including the microwave, the washing machine, and even lamps. It gave the impression that things were being patched together instead of properly repaired or replaced.Unfortunately, the experience became even worse after we checked out. The owner accused us of damaging the property and leaving it in terrible condition. We were falsely blamed for breaking the door blinds that were already missing when we arrived. We were also accused of leaving trash everywhere, ripping bed sheets, and leaving wet towels on the beds.None of those accusations are true.We treated the home with respect and checked out exactly as responsible guests should. We gathered the wet towels and left them in a pile in the bathroom, stripped the beds, ran the dishwasher, emptied the refrigerator, and took out all of the trash before leaving. We made every effort to leave the property clean and orderly.Being falsely accused of causing damage that existed before our arrival was both frustrating and insulting. NEVER RENT HERE!

in regards to your review . tape on dryer door they did not have the part in stock and no longer make the dryer door . it was just the handle would you replace the dryer washer combo , same with microwave door, handle tape on the mic door. beds were new. both box spring and mattress you sir left wet towels on new beds great job my cleanings crew and management gave me an ear full . wet Towles on beds you left the place a mess food in fridge disrespect on your part and trash left behind. again good job and disrespectful .

Our host reached out prior to our trip and provided valuable information to ensure a fantastic week at the beach for me and the kids. Will definitely try to book this property again the next time we visit Myrtle beach.

Very nice place right across the street from the beach! Right across 17 from Barefoot Landing and tons of other restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend!

Comfy spot!

This place is accurate to the pictures, it was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend for a nice getaway. The beach is right across the street which was amazing! I would definitely have another stay here.

Excellent week! The facility was exceptionally clean, well cared for, and beautifully updated. The owner was always available, and readily took care of any issues that surfaced. Located across the street from the beach, parking is readily available and covered, easy access to the facility, clean pool, always available, and climate control, exceptional! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again. What a great experience!

Great, clean condo with easy beach access!

The owner, Jeffrey, was great to communicate with and the condo was updated, spacious, and clean. Parking is a bit tight but this is a great place to stay and a VERY easy walk to the beach. We loved it and had a great time!

Great location !!

The property is in a great location close to the beach and most of the mayor's attractions in the area . The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need . Great communication with the owner . I will stay there again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was right across the street from a beach access and our kids loved swimming in the pool. It was quite the climb to the top, but we enjoyed it our stay. We had plenty of room and lots of bath towels and wash clothes were provided. We would definitely stay again!

My name is jeff and we would like to thank you for checking out this condo. . my family and i use this during the off season, i live in nj and love the location to just get away from the craziness, we bought this unit for its location and quietness and hope to retire there at some point., hope you like and enjoy your stay winter get away rates now available.

This spot is just great to get away. quite safe and prefect for a snowbird and summer golfers, eat with fine restaurants nearby. fishing off the surf, and much more for the adventurer you Seak if golf is your thing plenty of that around you can't go wrong,

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

So many things to do and most are very close, the beach is the best for me, for the wife shopping at the barefoot landing, and the board walk with games and rides for the young at heart, if dinning out is your thing you won't be disappointed come have an adventure. please no bike trailers
