OCEANFRONT - Charmant condominium au 4ème étage, avec vue imprenable sur l'océan! Balcon donnant sur la célèbre promenade et à quelques pas du chemin de la plage, ce condominium est parfait pour une escapade à la plage. Les restaurants et les magasins se trouvent à deux rues au nord et, bien sûr, de la plage. juste des pas tout droit. Chambre �� coucher avec lit King TV par câble / DVD et salle de bain principale avec un combo baignoire / douche. La deuxième salle de bain est commune à la salle. Le salon a un lit Queen Murphy, un divan-lit Queen, une télévision et un lecteur DVD. La cuisine est entièrement équipée et comprend un lave-vaisselle. Mobilier d'extérieur pour votre plaisir sur le balcon pour regarder les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Laveuse et sécheuse sur place disponible pour les clients au rez-de-chaussée. Parking pour 2 véhicules. À distance de marche de presque n'importe où en ville. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. NOTE: CECI EST UNE PROPRIÉTÉ NON-FUMEUR. We had a great stay at this property. It was located within walking distance to restaurants and activities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend if you heading to Seaside.

Great location

This condo is in a perfect location. Very relaxing views and nice set up. The blinds were broke in the living room but we figured it out. Lived having the elevator. Used the laundry room and it was clean.

Excellent view and close to everything. Would definitely stay again. Elevator was in and out of service and we were on the top floor, but could probably use the exercise.

GREAT LOCATION

This was an incredible place to stay in Seaside. It was within walking distance to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and downtown. It was also close to golf courses, Only thing that would have been nice was a listing of TV stations. We ended up making our own little guide.

Great location, clean house

Stayed with my young daughter and some friends. The place was very clean and had very comfortable furniture. The only negative I would say is the kitchen was slightly lacking in cooking equipment. If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring what you need. Location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a wonderful stay! View is amazing. Clean except for the dishes in the cupboard. Guessing last person that stayed put the dishes in the dishwasher but didn’t turn it on. Cleaning crew just emptied it without looking.

This is my second time staying in this complex. You cannot beat the view and location, however units are in need of updating. I will be back!

The view and location are amazing. We walked most places we went. The views are wonderful because there is a balcony you can go out and enjoy or just leave the door open a little and have the sounds of the ocean. The unit wasn’t very clean. The dishes were dirty so we washed them before we used them. Like standing grease in the pans. The bathrooms had hair from other people on the floors and walls. So more attention to cleaning would be great. The location and price made it all worth it. We don’t mind cleaning but some people might not want to do that on their vacation.

Stunning View Made Up for Issues

The view was stunning and the overall space was lovely. A few issues: main door, 1 shower, and hair dryer. The main door I was unable to open once I was inside. The property manager came to help with the TV but even she has issues opening in for several minutes. We had to leave from the side door to open the front door so then we could lock the side door and lastly the main door. One of the showers, we were unable to pull up on the faucet so the shower would work. So we used the other shower. The hair dryer also did not work well at all. Lots of work around but the overall view and location made up for all of these work around s.

The location to the beach, promenade, and shops and restaurants was perfect. Every thing in short walking distance. The condo was comfortable and fully accommodating and exceptionally clean upon arrival. I would 100% recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again in the future.

The view was amazing! We enjoyed listening to the sounds of the serf from the balcony. Access to locations via the boardwalk made it easier to get around...especially to get our waffle cone treats.We didn't realize the volleyball tournament was scheduled the first weekend that we arrived. We welcomed the calm after the noisy crowds left the beach.

Great location

We had a very enjoyable time staying here. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an awesome view of the beach and it’s just a two minute walk to the beach. It’s also a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again!

My wife has a very stressful job and the beach is her therapy! This location has a great view and it is right along the promenade, which makes for easy walks on the beach. We had a great time.

Seaside rainy getaway!

Despite the rain, we had a terrific time! Even the ocean in the rain is magical plus Seaside had plenty of attractions to keep us happily occupied for 3 days. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed plus a great view!
